      • 도피불가능한 전기쇽이후 나타나는 통각억제 체계의 선택적인 활성화와 콜린성 체계의 역할

        본 연구에서는 도피불가능한 전기쇽 이후 발생하는 통각억제 체계중 어떤 요소가 선택적으로 활성화되는지, 또한 naloxone(Nal)의 사전처치에도 불구하고 통각에 대한 민감성의 감소가 약물의 투여로 인한 신경화학물질의 변화 때문인지를 밝히고자 하였다. 따라서 혐오성의 정도가 심한 도피불가능한 쇽을 가한후 hot-plate를 사용 통각에 대한 민감성을 측정한 결과, 훈련기에서 Nal집단과 Saline(Sal) 집단 모두 퍼센트 통각감소율이 높게 나타났다. 검사기에서는, Sal-Sal 집단과 Nal-Sal집단은 훈련기에서의 통각감소가 유지되는 반면에 Sal-Nal집단과 Nal-Scopolamine(Scop)집단은 각각의 생리식염수 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 감소하였다. 이러한 사실은 도피불가능한 전기쇽 이후 통각억압 체계의 아편계와 비아편계가 선택적으로 활성화됨을 의미하고, naloxone의 사전투여 이후에 활성화되는 비아편계는 scopolamine을 투여했을때 통각감소가 역전된다는 점에 비추어 볼 때 naloxone으로 역전되지 않은 통각감소(naloxone-nonreversible hypoalgesia)는 ACh의 무스카린(muscarine) 수용기를 매개로 하여 작용했다고 할 수 있다. 이 결과는 콜린성 체계가 비아편계의 활성화에 중요한 역할을 하는 신경화학물질임을 시사해준다. The present experiment was conducted to examine which component of pain inhibition system is selectively active after inescapable electric shock and whether, inspite of naloxone pretreatment, the decrease of pain sensitivity was due to the change of neurochemical substance following drug. In result of assesing the pain sensitivity on using hot-plate apparatus after severe aversiveness of inescapable shock. Nal and Sal group were higher than baseline in the % analgesic rate in training phase. In the testing phase, both Sal-Sal and Nal-Sal group were maintained hypoalgesia but, both Sal-Nal and Nal-Scop group were significantly reduced in compared with each control group. These results indicated that opioid and nonopioid component of pain inhibition system were selectively activated after inescapable shock, and naloxone-nonreversed hypoalgesia was activated by mediation of chlinergic muscarine receptor, in view of that non-opioid hypoalgesia after naloxone pretreatment was reduced by scopolamine treatment. This results suggested that cholinergic drug is an important neurochemical substance in the activation of non-opioid hypoalgesia.

        웨이브프런트 라식의 6개월 임상 성적

        Purpose: To observe the result of wavefront-guided (WFG) LASIK and investigate the ocular high order aberrations of WFG LASIK compare with conventional LASIK. Methods: The uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), manifest refraction, total high order aberration, coma and spherical aberration in 22 eyes of 13 patients who had undergone WFG LASIK were measured preoperative and at 1, 3 and 6 months postoperatively. The ocular high order aberrations of 19 eyes from 11 patients who had undergone convetional LASIK were measured at 6 months after surgery. The ocular high order aberrations of the WFG LASIK and conventional LASIK groups were compared. Results: In the WFG LASIK group, the UCVA and spherical equivalent increased from 0.06 to 1.08 and from -6.13D to -1.16D, respectively after 6 months. The total high order aberration and coma (RMS) were 0.40 and 0.31 in conventional LASIK and 0.28 and 0.16 in WFG LASIK after 6 months. There was a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusions: The clinical outcomes of wavefront-guided LASIK by 6 months were a stable improvement in the visual acuity and a correction of all the optical aberrations of the eye. The postoperative high order aberration was significantly smaller than that in the conventional LASIK group.

      • 제주해녀문화의 보전 및 전승 활성화를 위한 정책 현황 및 발전 방안 연구

        제주해녀문화가 유네스코 인류무형문화유산으로 등재된 지도 5년여가 지났다. 제주특별자치도를 중심으로 제주해녀문화의 전승주체인 해녀를 대상으로 한 조례와 정책이 신설되거나 강화되었으며, 해녀의 삶의 질을 향상시키고 자긍심을 고취시키기 위한 여러 교육이 진행되고 있다. 또한 진료비, 고령해녀수당, 은퇴수당, 물질도구 지원 등 재정적 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 제주도의 해녀 복지 및 지원 노력에도 불구하고 현직 해녀의 수는 해마다 줄고 있다. 신규해녀의 정착을 지원하기 위한 정착지원금과 어촌계 가입비 등의 재정지원에도 불구하고, 매해 신규해녀로 어촌계에 가입하는 해녀의 수는 매우 적다. 살아있는 유산으로써 제주해녀문화를 다음 세대로 전승하기 위해서 재정적 지원을 넘어선 다변화된 신규해녀양성정책의 개발이 필수적이다. 또한 ‘현직해녀-신규해녀 네트워크 형성’ 또는 보유자-전수교육조교-이수자로 대표되는 기존의 국가무형문화재 전수시스템을 일부 차용하는 방법을 사용한 해녀 및 공동체 중심의 양성제도가 마련되어야 한다. 또한 제주해녀문화와 특성이 비슷한 해외 모범사례를 참고하여, 대중의 인식을 제고하고 정규교육과정이 마련되어야 한다.

        ‘마음건강’ 척도의 개발

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the ‘Mental Fitness’Scale, which was designed to measure the characteristics of being mentally fit or positive mental health. Methods Interviews using open-ended questions were conducted on 105 healthy adults between 20 and 65 years of age to obtain the 25 candidate items of the ‘Mental Fitness’ Scale. To evaluate the validity of the new scale, these items and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS), and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS) were administered to 212 healthy adults. To assess test-retest reliability, the preliminary ‘Mental Fitness’ Scale items were administered two weeks later to 47 healthy subjects selected by random sampling. A comparison was made between the 212 healthy subjects and 42 psychiatric patients with depressive or anxiety disorders. Results Factor analysis yielded four subscales (mental energy, empathic communication, flexibility, and self-assurance). Five items were excluded due to their low factor loadings. The test-retest reliability coefficients were significantly high, ranging between 0.57-0.76. Internal consistency was computed, and Cronbach’s α for four subscales ranged between 0.66-0.88, and was 0.90 for the total score. Concurrent validity was assessed by correlating the four subscales and the total score with total scores on the BDI, PANAS, and ESS. The correlations were all at significant levels. Conclusion These results indicate that the ‘Mental Fitness’ Scale is a reliable and valid instrument for assessing positive mental health.         회역산(回逆散)으로 호전을 보인 아토피피부염의 치험 2례

        Background and Objective : Atopic dermatitis is a type of dermatitis, an inflammatory, relapsing, non-contagious and itchy skin disorder and affecting up to 30% of children in the Korea. In this study, Huini-san, which is mentioned in Shanghanlun(傷寒論), and acupunture treatment on Atopic Disease was investigated. Methods : We have classified the patients according to the Shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system and the patients are treated with Huini-san. The severity of Atopic dermatitis was evaluated by SCORAD index, visual analogue scale(VAS) and pictures. Results : After the treatment the SCORAD index and VAS of 2 patients dicreased significantly. Conclusions : Huini-san and acupunture treatment has improved the symptoms of Atopic dermatitis in this study.

        Safety Air Bag System for Motorcycle Using Parallel Neural Networks

        Due to the development of leisure sports industry and the increase in delivery demand, the demand for two-wheeled vehicles such as the motorcycle is increasing every year; moreover, the motorcycle accident rate is increasing. The motorcyclist’s body is exposed to the outside, and in cases of accidents, the head and the neck are particularly vulnerable. This paper proposes a study about an air bag equipped with Artificial Intelligence to protect the driver’s neck spine from motorcycle accidents. Through the six-axis sensor, it receives the driver’s motor condition data about the acceleration and angular velocity data and measures real time speed and angle; combines them with algorithms that can judge accidents through Artificial Intelligence learning to activate airbags in real time. Data were collected and learned by dividing the types of accidents; for Artificial Intelligence learning, the general Neural Network method was not used however, a mix of parallel Neural Network with an existing Neural Network were used instead. The Artificial Intelligence learning method proposed in this paper has been found to have more improved accuracy, stability and learning time compared to the existing Neural Network.

        Towards a Development Strategy for the Recruitment and Retention of Women Seafarers in Cargo Ships with Particular Reference to the Republic of Korea

        The prime objective set for paper is to identify what are the women seafarers' problems and concerns regarding employment on cargo ships. From the cargo ship point of view, the question then is how to provide sufficient solutions for women seafarers in the male-dominated workplace of the ship through Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities. The methodologies of study combine qualitative and quantitative research methods. The progress of research is to conduct a survey by asking a consistent set of key opinion leaders from the Republic of Korea. Moreover, to evaluate the elements of the result, the research explores the way in which we should consider giving priority to aspects of the problem. Finally, based on the terms of CSR, the author recommends measures to support the needs of women when they are employed onboard the world’s merchant vessels.

      • 여성해기사의 해상진출을 위한 국제기구의 역량강화 연구

        전 세계 1내지 2 퍼센트에 해당하는 여성선원 중 상선에 종사하는 여성해기사는 그 중 6 퍼센트에 해당한다. 해운 산업의 구성 인력 중 소수라고 할 수 있으나 여성의 원활한 해상 진출을 위해 국제해사기구를 비롯하여 정부, 교육단체, 노조 및 해운선사들의 지원과 관심이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 그 동안 국제해사기구를 비롯하여 여성해기사를 위한 현존 지원 정책을 살펴 보고, 향후 여성해기사의 역량강화 및 해상진출을 위한 제도적, 정책적 요소들을 식별하였다.

      • 날록손으로 유발된 비아편계 통각감소 : 중뇌수도 주변 회백질 배측 (dorsal-PAG) 전해질 손상효과 Effect of Dorsal-Periaqueductal Gray Lesion

        날록손과 열자극을 배쌍지어 제시하면 통증에 대한 민감성이 감소한다. 날록손으로 유발된 통각감소는 날록손이 사전에 처치되었음에도 불구하고 발생되었다는 점에서 특성상 비아편계가 매개하는 통각감소라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 날록손과 열자극의 배쌍에 의해 유발된 비아편계 통각감소에 책임이 있는 뇌영역이 어디인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험장치로서는 열판 장치를 사용하였고 열자극은 53±0.5℃로 하였다. 통증에 대한 민감성 지표로서는 뒷발을 핥기까지의 잠재기를 측정하였다. 실험결과, 모의시술집단은 훈련시에 발생된 통각감소율이 검사시에도 계속 유지된 반면 중뇌수도 주변 회백질 배측부분이 손상된 실험집단은 훈련시 발생된 통각감소율이 훈련전의 기저선 수준으로 환원되었다. 이러한 결과는 중뇌수도 주변 회백질 배측부분이 날록손과 열자극의 배쌍으로 유발된 비아편계 통각감소에 책임이 있는 뇌 부위임을 시사해준다고 하겠다. Animals exposed to the naloxone-heat pairings reduced their sensitivity to the pain. Naloxone-induced analgesia may be, in nature, non-opioid in that was found in the rat pretreated with naloxone. The present study was conducted to examine the area which is the responsible for the analesia induced by naloxone-heat pairings. Hot-plate apparatus which was thermoregulated automatically at 53±0.5℃ was used for heat stimulus. The latencies for hind-paw lick was recorded as an index of pain sensitivity. The result of present experiment was as follows. Sham operated rats were maintained analgesia which developed in the training phase but, analgesia developed in the rats which belongs to the experimental group in the training phase was reduced to the baseline level after dorsal periaqueductal lesion. This result suggest that dorsal-periaqueductal gray is responsible for the analgesia induced by naloxone.
