장애인에 대한 돌봄 부담이 가족의 경제활동에 미치는 영향

이 논문에서는 장애인에 대한 돌봄부담이 가족의 고용과 노동시간에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고, 돌봄부담과 고용 여부 간 관계와 돌봄부담과 노동시간 간 관계에서 성별에 따른 차이가 있는지 확인하였다. 기존 국외 문헌들을 통해 장애인에 대한 돌봄이 가족돌봄제공자의 고용 여부, 노동시간 등 경제활동에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인했으나 이러한 돌봄부담과 가족의 경제활동에 관한 국내 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 한국복지패널 장애인 부가조사 5개 차수 자료를 활용하여 18~64세의 근로연령대 비장애인을 대상으로 장애인에 대한 돌봄부담 정도가 경제활동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 최대 13,336명(남성 6,424명, 여성 6,912명)이고 5개 차수의 개인-연도 사례수로는 최대 37,419명이었다. 자료 분석에서는 패널 회귀분석에 하이브리드 방법(hybrid method)을 적용했다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 장애인에 대한 돌봄부담은 남성에 비해 여성이 더 높게 나타났고, 둘째, 기술통계에서 여성은 장애인에 대한 돌봄부담이 높은 경우 돌봄부담이 없는 경우에 비해 고용률과 연간 노동시간이 상당히 낮아 매우 큰 악영향을 받는데, 남성의 경우에는 다소 낮을 뿐 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 패널 회귀분석 결과 남성은 장애인에 대한 돌봄부담 수준에 따라 고용과 노동시간에 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타난 반면, 여성은 장애인에 대한 돌봄부담이 높은 경우 돌봄부담이 없는 경우에 비해 고용률은 6.5%포인트, 연간 노동시간은 364.8시간 적은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적·정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

While creativity is generally seen as a talent given to few, research in the area of psychology has shown that it can be learned through training. Although research related to creativity is not very active in translation studies, there are claims that creativity is a prerequisite for production of high-quality TT. If translation teachers and students recognize the need for and the effect of creativity training and conduct such training, it is expected that they can acquire translation competence that can effectively solve such problems as language interference and translationese. This study observes the implications of creativity training for undergraduate students and students at the Graduate School of Interpretation of Translation(GSIT), Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS), after conducting a ‘collaborative class’ as a means for creativity training, and analyzing its effects.

숏폼 광고 특성이 미용제품 구매행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 숏폼 광고 특성이 미용제품 구매행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였으며, 숏폼 광고와 관련한 연구를 통해 미용분야에 학술적 기초자료를 제공함으로써 뷰티산업 및 마케팅 시장에 도움이 되는데 연구 목적이 있다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 미용제품과 관련한 숏폼 광고 시청 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 400부를 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숏폼 광고 특성의 하위요인인 정보성, 소통성, 오락성, 신뢰성, 구체성 5가지 요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 숏폼 광고 특성이 미용제품 구매행동에 미치는 영향은 하위요인인 소통성을 제외한 신뢰성, 구체성, 오락성, 정보성 순으로 구매행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 하여 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 숏폼 광고 특성이 미용제품 구매행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 실증적으로 검증하였으며, 숏폼 광고 특성 중 신뢰성이 미용제품 구매행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 보아 숏폼 광고에서는 제품을 실제로 사용하는 영상이나, 진실된 리뷰들을 소비자에게 전달하여 믿을 만한 제품이라는 확신을 주어야 소비자의 구매행동을 적극적으로 이끌어낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 마지막으로 연구모형에 포함된 변수와 소비자만족이나 재구매의도와 같은 다양한 추가 변수를 확충하여 다각적인 측면에서 연구를 진행한다면 보다 구체적이고 심도 있는 연구가 진행될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 선행연구의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 볼 수 있으며, 숏폼 광고 특성에 따른 미용제품을 구매하는 소비자의 니즈는 시대에 따라 계속해서 변화하기 때문에 시대에 따라서 주목받는 미디어시장과 화장품시장의 소비자들의 니즈를 반영하며 지속적으로 개발하고 연구한다면 향후 화장품 시장의 성공전략과 경쟁력 있는 뷰티 마케팅 전략 구축에 효율적인 기초자료와 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of short-form advertising characteristics on beauty product purchase behavior, and to help the beauty industry and marketing market by providing academic basic data to the beauty field through research related to short-form advertising. Through an online survey, a total of 400 copies were used as the final analysis data. The analysis results are as follows. First, five factors were derived, which are sub-factors of short-form advertising characteristics: informativity, communication, entertainment, reliability, and specificity. Second, it was confirmed that the influence of short-form advertising characteristics on the purchasing behavior of beauty products had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the purchasing behavior in the order of reliability, specificity, entertainment, and informativity, excluding the sub-factors of communication. The implications derived based on the results of this study are as follows. First, it was empirically verified that the characteristics of short-form advertisements have a positive effect on the purchasing behavior of beauty products, and as reliability among the characteristics of short-form advertisements has the greatest influence on the purchasing behavior of beauty products, it is believed that short-form advertisements can actively elicit consumer purchasing behavior only by delivering videos or true reviews that actually use the product to consumers and giving them confidence that it is a reliable product. Finally, if the variables included in the research model and various additional variables are expanded in the future and the research is conducted from various perspectives, more specific and in-depth research can be conducted. The results of these studies can be seen as supporting the results of previous studies, and the needs of consumers who purchase beauty products according to the characteristics of short-form advertisements continue to change with the times, so if we continue to develop and research by reflecting the needs of consumers in the media and cosmetics markets, which are attracting attention according to the times, it is believed that efficient basic data and information can be provided for the establishment of success strategies and competitive beauty marketing strategies in the cosmetics market in the future.

만성질환이 고령장애인의 다차원적 장애에 미치는 영향 - 국제기능장애건강분류틀(ICF)을 적용하여 -

본 연구에서는 WHO의 국제기능장애건강분류틀(ICF)을 기반으로 고령장애인의 만성질환과 다차원적 장애간의 관계와 공식 비공식 지지의 완충효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 50세 이상 고령장애인 450명을 대상으로 2014년도 9차 한국복지패널자료를 사용하여 구조방정식모델(structural equation modeling)로 분석하였다. 건강조건은 만성질환 수준으로 측정하였고 다차원적 장애는 심리 정서적 기능, 일상활동 수행능력, 사회활동 참여빈도로 측정하였으며 환경요인인 공식 지지와 비공식 지지는 각각 공적서비스 이용 총 수와 지각된 사적 사회적지지 수준으로 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 만성질환은 심리 정서적 기능에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤고 비공식 지지는 심리 정서적 기능과 일상활동 수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 공식 지지의 경우, 일상활동 수행능력과 부적 관계를 나타냈고 만성질환과 심리 정서적 기능의 관계에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 고령장애인의 장애 수준 감소를 위한 실천적 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 하였다.

ST(Sight Translation)훈련을 중심으로 한 학부 통역교육 제안

With growing demands for increased volume and improved quality in interpreting and translation training programs in undergraduate courses, specific teaching methods in interpreting, appropriate for undergraduate programs, are also being sought after. Sight translation (ST) has largely been viewed as an exercise done before learning consecutive and simultaneous interpreting. And now it is being recognized as an effective training method for practicing interpreting for foreign language learners in undergraduate programs. Unlike other interpreting methods, ST is often criticized for bing vulnerable to language interference from the source text. However, research results indicate that ST can be an effective way for learners of foreign language to improve their language usage skills. This study introduces ST methods in undergraduate interpreting and translation classes and purposefully exposes the students to language interference. By experiencing the negative aspects of language interference and translationese, the students are encouraged to first become acutely aware of the phenomenon and then learn to avoid them in their language usage. In the earlier stages of the class, the students produced ST in translationese, with many incidents of language interference in grammar and vocabulary. However, as weeks go by, the students showed improvement in their ability to both avoid and overcome such incidents in their performance, illustrating that ST training in the undergraduate programs are indeed helpful.
