A Study on the Relationship between Spatial Distribution and External Factors of Anura Amphibians

Identifying the distribution of species and specific factors related to it is very important because it is habitat conservation that is greatly linked not only to ecological research but also to human health. After all, protecting each one's habitat will protect wildlife and further maintain a healthy ecosystem. Therefore, in this study, data were collected, compared, and analyzed through existing studies and field-oriented surveys. The results of the survey confirmed high species diversity in agricultural areas and forest areas that can reduce moisture supply and moisture loss, and the non-segmental environment, that is, ecological connectivity, was largely influenced by amphibian species diversity. It was confirmed that the non-fragmented environment, that is, ecological connectivity, was greatly affected by amphibian species diversity. In addition, the three factors that affect amphibian survival are: It was identified as the effect of not establishing a buffer space, the effect on the ecological transformation around the habitat during the summer rainy season, and the effect on the disconnected ecological environment.

Objectives: This study investigated the clinical characteristics of functional dyspepsia (FD) patients with food retention (FR) in regard to the parameters of cutaneous electrogastrography (EGG), Ryodoraku, and heart rate variability (HRV). Methods: This study reviewed the clinical records of 33 FD patients with FR who filled out the FR Questionnaire for FD (FRQ-FD) and underwent EGG for six months from March 1st, 2021. We summarized the clinical characteristics of FD patients with FR and analyzed the correlation between FRQ-FD score and parameters of EGG, Ryodoraku, and HRV. Results: FRQ-FD scores had a positive correlation with percentage of postprandial bradygastria and negative correlation with power ratio, detected on Channel 2, 3 of EGG. The total average (TA) Ryodoraku score was lower, and the high frequency density (HF) of HRV was higher than the normal value. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that clinicians can use EGG, Ryodoraku, and HRV to increase the accuracy of diagnosing FR in FD patients.

비장도인법(脾腸導引法)을 적용한 복부 팽만감 주소의 기능성소화불량 증례보고

A 42-year-old patient with functional dyspepsia had suffered from early satiation and postprandial fullness for 1 year despite Western medicine treatment. We treated her with the Spleen Daoyin method, along with acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine and scored her symptoms using a 4-point Functional Dyspepsia-related Quality of Life (4p-FD-QoL) questionnaire, the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS), and a visual analogue scale (VAS). A 7-day Spleen Daoyin treatment decreased her 4p-FD-QoL score from 61 to 51, with a marked decrease in the emotional part (18 to 10). Her GSRS score did not change, but her bloating score decreased from 3 to 1. Her VAS score decreased from 6.6 to 4.3 for upper abdomen discomfort, but lower abdomen discomfort was unchanged. The patient showed high compliance and satisfaction with exercise therapy and reported no adverse events. Spleen Dayoin may be a useful therapy for functional dyspepsia, especially when accompanied by psychological problems.

In this paper we investigated numerically the flow and mixing characteristics of the barrier-embedded partitioned pipe mixer (BPPM) in non-creeping flow conditions. Numerical simulations are conducted for three mixing protocols of the BPPM, co-rotational, mirrored co-rotational, and counter-rotational protocols in the range of the Reynolds number (Re), , focusing on the effect of the Reynolds number, the barrier height, and the mixing protocols on the mixing in the BPPM. Each mixing protocol creates two crosssectional flow portraits with crossing streamlines. Poincaré sections were plotted to investigate the flow system affected by the Reynolds number and the barrier height. Mixing in a specific BPPM is characterized using the intensity of segregation in terms of the compactness and the energy consumption. The dependency of the barrier height and the Reynolds number on the final mixing state of the BPPMs was identified by mixing analyses. The co-rotational protocol results in an efficient mixing in the creeping flow regime. Meanwhile, mirrored co-rotational and counter-rotational protocols, which lead to poor mixing in the creeping flow regime, turned out to be efficient protocols in the higher Reynolds number regime.

안구운동과 인간의 인지기능의 관련성에 대한 체계적 고찰

목적: 본 연구는 노인의 인지기능과 안구운동 능력의 관련성을 알아보고자 체계적 고찰을 시행하였다. 연구방법: 1995년부터 2015년 까지 한국교원학술정보원을 통해서 확인되는 논문을 검색하였고 주요 검 색용어로는 안구운동, 인지기능, 관련성, 안구 운동 프로그램 등의 단어를 사용하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과 총 6편의 논문이 선정되었으며 선정된 구에서의 사용된 중재는 안구운동이다. 인지 기능과 안구운동 능력 사이에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 5세부터 65세 까지 인지능력에 따른 안구 운동 능력은 관련이 있었다. 그러나 연구에서 몇 가지 제한점이 있었다. 첫째, 대상자가 국한되어 있지 않고 나이대로 나눠져 있고, 둘째, 대상자의 수가 많지 않았다는 것이다. 그러므로 향후 연구에서는 대상지역을 확대하고 대상자 수를 늘리는 전향연구를 할 것이며, 장애가 있는 노인의 인지능력과 안 구운동과 관련된 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 연령의 범위를 한정 짓고 조사대상수를 확대하여 수행해보고 정상군과 환자군으로 나누어 비교해 봐야 할 것이다. 고찰: 추후의 연구에서는 보다 많은 수의 대상군의 확보와 추적조사를 실시하고 치매환자 대상자에게 중 재로써 사용이 가능한 지에 관한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

치매노인의 다감각(Multisensory)과 신체활동(Physical activity)을 병합한 그룹 활동 프로그램의 적용 효과

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 치매노인에게 다감각과 신체활동을 병합한 그룹 활동 프로그램이 이상행동과 보호자 고통정도의 감소에 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 치매전문요양원에 입소하여 생활하는 5명의 중증 이상의 치매노인을 대상으로 4주간 프로그램을 적용하였다. 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위해 사용한 평가도구는 신경정신행동검사(Neuropsychiatric Inventory)였고, 12가지 이상행동빈도와 이에 따른 요양보호사의 고통정도를 프로그램 전과 후로 나누어 각각 측정하였다. 결과분석은 비모수 통계방법인 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed rank test)을 사용하였다. 결과 : 치매노인의 이상행동증상 빈도의 평균이 70점에서 48점으로 감소하였고, 보호자의 고통정도는 평균이 47점에서 29점으로 감소하였다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통해 요양원 거주인의 다감각과 신체활동을 적용한 그룹 활동 프로그램이 중증 이상의 치매노인에게 이상행동과 요양보호사 고통정도가 감소하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 증명되었다.

후한(後漢) 말(末) 원소(袁紹) 세력(勢力)의 내부분열(內部分裂)과 패망(敗亡)

袁紹是後漢末形成最大勢力的軍閥, 所以三國時期軍閥研究中, 袁紹勢力的敗亡原因是袁紹研究的主要主題. 對於敗亡原因之一的內部紛爭, 過去的研究大體上以矛盾關係人物的出身地為重點, 認為是以贛州系和河南(黃河以南)系爲中心的地域對立. 但僅從地域對立的角度, 並不能解釋全部, 爲了尋找不同於過去研究傾向的原因, 我們根據史料記載的人物發言, 研究了袁紹勢力的形成過程和策士們的對立構圖. 袁紹勢力的政治集團由元從派和起用派組成, 元從派是袁紹舉兵之前就開始跟隨袁紹的來自黃河以南的集團, 起用派是佔領冀州之後加入袁紹勢力, 在擴張勢力的過程中活躍的集團. 元從派為了克服相比於起用派欠缺的能力和根基, 提出了以袁紹勢力替代漢朝的名分, 並拉攏同意這一主張的部分起用派加入其中形成了誘紹派, 並遊說袁紹獲得了信任. 相反, 不同意這一主張, 認定漢朝名分價值的閼紹派, 想要遏制袁紹和誘紹派的衝動、激進的戰略和步伐. 但是, 袁紹和誘紹派通過持續的誹謗和縮小權限, 將閼紹派擠出了政治舞台, 對其實施單方面的鎮壓, 直到官渡之戰結束. 但由於官渡之戰的慘敗, 閼紹派消亡, 曾是官渡之戰時的戰略和戰術立案中心的誘紹派面臨了戰敗責任的問題, 有過錯的一部分誘紹派失去了權力.失權的誘紹派在袁紹死後, 利用長子繼承之名擁立了袁潭, 試圖作為功臣奪權. 結果, 袁紹勢力徹底分裂為袁尙派和袁潭派. 可見, 袁紹勢力的內部紛爭並不是以地域對立這一單一的形態延續下來,而是呈現出兩種不同的對立形態, 並且由對立關係的集團重組並變化. 但是,表面上的爭論點和對立集團的形態雖然有所變化, 但無能的政治集團以名分為藉口的保身和掌權的企圖在兩種對立格局中均可見, 這可以看作是內部分裂和敗亡的根本性原因.
