        Excretroy Urography in the Minipig

        Excretory urography was performed on eight healthy minipigs to evaluate radiographic anatomical status and excretive function of the urinary tracts and to get an optimal procedure. The right and left kidneys were located in $T13{\sim}L4$and $T12{\sim}L3.5$, respectively. The left kidneys were located more cra-nially than the right. The everage lengths and widths of kidneys were $8.50{\pm}0.58$ $(mean{\pm}SD)$and $4.30{\pm}0.39$ cm on the ventrodorsal projection and $8.70{\pm}0.76$, and $4.10{\pm}0.40$ cm on the lateral projection, respectively. The lengths of kidneys were twice the width. When the lengths of kidneys were com-pared with lengths of the second lumbar vertebras, the ratios of kidney lengths to L2 lengths were $3.62{\pm}0.30$ on the ventrodorsal projection and $3.63{\pm}1.10$ on the lateral projection. The lengths and 쟝손 of renal pelvis including major calices were $4.01{\pm}0.46$, and 2.20{\pm}0.41$ cm, respectively. The lengths and 쟝손 of minor calices were $0.49{\pm}0.06$, and $0.10{\pm}0.01$ cm. The lengths and widths of the ureters were $12.25{\pm}2.05$, and 2.94{\pm}0.86$ cm. The nephrogram stage was reached in 3{\sim}5$ minutes, and the pyelogram phase in $5{\sim}15$ minutes individually after injection of contrast medium. The result of this study shows similar information and procedure of excretory urography for other laboratory ani-mals and leads to the potential use of this method for minipigs. 미니돼지에서 정상 방사선 해부학과 배설성 기능을 평가하기 위해 배설성요로조영술을 실시하였다. 오른쪽 신장과 왼쪽 신장은 각각 $T13{\sim}L4$, $T12{\sim}L3.5$에 위치하였으며, dhlsWHr 신장이 dhfmsWHr 신장보다 두측에 존재하였다. 신장의 길이와 너비는 복배상에서 각각 $8.50{\pm}0.58$ $(mean{\pm}SD)$, $4.30{\pm}0.39$ cm 이었다. 외측상에서 각각 $8.70{\pm}0.76$, $4.10{\pm}0.40$ cm 이었다. 신장의 길이는 너비의 약 두 배이었다. 두 번째 요추 몸퉁의 길이와 신장의 길이를 비교하였을 때, 복배상에서는 그 비율이 $3.62{\pm}0.30$, 외측상에서는 $3.63{\pm}1.10$로 측정되었다. 신우의 길이와 너비는 각각 $4.01{\pm}0.46$, 2.20{\pm}0.41$ cm 이었다. 콩팥잔의 길이와 너비는 각각 $0.49{\pm}0.06$, $0.10{\pm}0.01$ cm 이었다. 요관의 길이와 너비는 각각 $12.25{\pm}2.05$, 2.94{\pm}0.86$ cm 이었다. 콩팥조영사진은 3{\sim}5$분에 관찰되었고, 신우조영사진은 $5{\sim}15$분에 관찰되었다. 배설성요로조영술은 미니돼지 비뇨기계의 정상 방사선학적 해부와 배설성 기능에 대해 전반적으로 평가할 수 있는 간단한 방법이다.

        호텔 종사원의 고객언어폭력, 감정노동, 감정고갈 및 비생산적 업무행동의 구조관계 고찰

        In recent years, emotional labour is emerging as an important factor for the service encounter employees. The purposes of this study are 1) to investigate the relationship between customer verbal aggression and emotional labour, surface acting and deep acting, 2) to examine the effect on emotional exhaustion of customer verbal aggression and emotional labour, surface acting and deep acting, 3) to identify the relationship between emotional exhaustion and counterproductive work behavior, and finally 4) to identify moderating effects of tenure on the relationship between customer verbal aggression and employees` emotional labour and emotional exhaustion. For the empirical test, the data of the study were collected from service encounter employees working in luxury hotels in Seoul. The findings of the study showed that 1) customer verbal aggression have positive effects on surface acting and emotional exhaustion, but no effect on deep acting, 2) customer verbal aggression and surface acting increased emotional exhaustion, but deep acting has a negative effect on emotional exhaustion, 3) emotional exhaustion has a signigicant impact on counterproductive work behaviour, and last, 4) tenure as moderating effect showed the relationship between the customer verbal aggression and surface acting.

        T-50 엔진 공중재시동 시험

        T-50과 같이 단발 엔진을 장착한 항공기의 경우, 공중에서 엔진의 재시동 능력은 매우 중요한데, 본 논문에서는 T-50 엔진의 공중재시동 능력을 검증하기 위해 다양한 비행조건에서 수행한 Spooldown 공중재시동과 APU 보조 공중재시동(APU Assisted Airstart) 그리고 자동재점화(Auto-Relight) 공중재시동 시험 결과를 제시하였다. 자동재점화 공중재시동이 실패하기도 했으나, FADEC의 실화감지 스케줄을 수정한 후 재시동에 성공하는 등 계획된 시험은 모두 성공적으로 수행되어 T-50의 우수한 공중재시동 능력을 확인할 수 있었다. For single engine application like T-50, advanced supersonic jet trainer, airstart capability is very important. This paper presents the results of airstart tests performed to verify T-50 airstart capability for various flight condition. The tests include spooldown, APU assisted and auto-relight airstart tests. Except for the auto-relight tests T-50 engine was successfully restarted for all airstart tests. After modifying FADEC flameout detection schedule, auto-relight tests also were successfully demonstrated. Through T-50 engine airstart tests excellent T-50 airstart capability was validated.

      • Eclipse Collimator에 의한 Z-축 방향 Over Scan Range 감소가 선량과 영상의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The purpose of this study was to research deacrease effect of radiation dose and quality of image by application of Eclipse collimator that reduce z-axis over scan range by interpolation. Materials and methods Using 256 MlXT applied Edipse col limator, We researched difference of radiation dose that patient was delivered with and without Eclipse collimator by Rando phantom, and measured equivalent dose that is different in decrease of z-axis over scan range by Eclipse collimator using thermo-luminescence dosimeter(TLD) and evaluated change of quality of image by radiation dose decrease using AAPM phantom. Results According to the application of Eclipse collimator in an experiment that use Rando phantom. CTDIvol reduced radiation dose of approximately 0.06% by 0.2 mGy from 32.9 mGy to 33.1 mGy. DLP reduced radiation dose of approximately 11% by 75mGyㆍcm from 626.86 mGyㆍcm to 701.86 mGyㆍcm. 10.23 mSv’s equivalent dose decreased by application of Eclipse collimator appeared in an experiment that use TLD, This result displayed decrease of equivalent dose of approximately 8.9%. Region of over scan range reduced equivalent dose of approximately 9.47 mSv. also this result displayed radiation decreased effect of approximately 22.86%. Image estimation of CT number(p=0.344) and noise(p=0.375) by decreased radiation dose was exposed that big difference does not exist. Conclusion By Eclipse collimator that reduce z-axial over scan range reduced radiation dose without decline of image quality exposure that was exceeded to patient could be line approximately 9~11%. If apply Eclipse collimator in various region for example young child examination, examination of organ that radiation sensitivity is high, and examination who wanted follow up case etc, we will get a high radiation dose efficiency.

        연구논문 : 도시 브랜드 증거를 통한 방문객의 브랜드 개발 과정 탐색 -"MICE도시 부산"의 도시브랜드를 중심으로-

        ‘MICE도시 부산’이란 MICE(Meeting, Incentive Tour, Convention and Exhibition)를 제공하는 통합서비스 산업의 개최지로서, 경쟁 우위를 점하는 선두도시가 되기 위해 만들어진 부산의 도시 브랜드이다. 본 연구의 목적은 ‘MICE도시부산’ 이라는 컨벤션도시 특화를 위해 만들어진 도시 브랜드를 이용하여 (1) 방문자의 도시 혁신성 지각을 극대화 시킬 수 있도록하는 ‘MICE도시 부산’ 도시의 브랜드 증거 요인을 밝히고, (2) 방문자가 지각하는 도시 혁신성이 ‘MICE도시 부산’ 브랜드 몰입을 통한 브랜드 개발 행동을 유발시킬 수 있는지 영향관계를 고찰하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모형은 부산 지역의 컨벤션 행사를 방문한 경험이 있는 226명의 방문객들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 구조방정식모형분석을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였으다. 분석 결과는 (1) 브랜드 증거의 구성요소들 중에서 브랜드명, 핵심서비스 그리고 직원서비스는 도시 혁신성을 향상시키는 요인임이 밝혀졌으며, (2) 도시 혁신성은 ‘MICE도시 부산’브랜드 몰입과 브랜드 개발에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 마지막으로 (3) 브랜드 몰입은 방문객의 브랜드 개발 행동을 유발시키는 매우 중요한 요인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 컨벤션도시로서의 특화를 위해 만들어진 도시 브랜드를 통하여, 행사 참여자로 하여금 도시 혁신성을 높게 지각하도록 하는 방안으로 브랜드 증거를 활용하였으며, 참여자가 함께 브랜드 개발행동에 참여하도록 촉구하는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. ‘MICE City Busan`` is the city brand of Busan to get predominance in competition as the Convention City. The purpose of this research is (1) to find the composition variables of the brand evidence impacting on city innovativeness, (2) to investigate the effect of city innovativeness on brand commitment and brand development, and (3) to test the relationship between the brand commitment and brand development with the city brand ``MICE City Busan``. To test the proposed model empirically, data from visitors who visited BEXCO in Busan (n=226) was analysed using structural equation modeling(SEM). The research results showed that (1) three of five brand evidence (Brand name, Core service, and Employee service) positively influence on developing City Innovativeness except price/value for money and servicescape, (2) the City Innovativeness has a positive effect on both brand commitment and brand development, and the last (3) brand commitment has a great impact on brand development. Based on these findings, this research offered useful practical implications as well as theoretical implication.

        게임전시회의 환경적 단서, 참관객 만족, 브랜드 인지, 혁신 전도성 지식 공유 간 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among exhibition`s environmental cues, visitor’s satisfaction, brand awareness and innovation-conductive knowledge sharing intention. Based on a thorough review of the literature, theoretical relationships among study variables(environmental cues, visitor’s satisfaction, brand awareness, innovation-conductive knowledge sharing intention) were proposed. In addition, a structural model involving these proposed relationships was formulated. The proposed model was tested using the data collected from exhibition visitors in G-STAR 2014 exhibition, BEXCO, Busan city, Republic of Korea. The survey was performed in the exhibition period, 20th(Thu) ~ 23rd(Sun), November, 2014, 4 days with 360 visitors who finished the touring of the exhibition. But 349 out of 360 were used for the analysis except for the unfaithful responses. Authors found that the greater the degree of information service, program, souvenir, booth staffs and waiting time of exhibition, the greater the visitor’s satisfaction was. In addition, the visitor’s satisfaction was related positively on the brand awareness and innovation-conductive knowledge sharing. The findings imply that the information service, program, souvenir, booth staffs and waiting time of exhibition had indirect effect on visitor’s brand awareness and innovation-conductive knowledge sharing positively. Theoretical/practical implications were discussed and further research was suggested in this study.

        체크리스트와 사용성평가를 활용한 무기체계 UI 검토 및 개선 프로세스 제안

        최근 개발되는 국방 무기체계는 콘솔 기반의 통제 장치들이 주를 이룬다. 콘솔 화면의 UI는 전시상황에서 사용자가 인적 오류를 최소화하고 신속하게 제어할 수 있도록 설계되는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 무기체계 개발 간 UI 검토 및 개선 활동이 필수적이다. 최근 3년간 자사에서 수행한 주요 설계검토회의 결과를 종합해보면 검토 항목 중 4.7% 정도만 UI 사용성 관련 항목으로 나타나 UI 사용성 검토는 부족한 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 UI 사용성 검토 목적의 회의를 추가로 수행한 일부 사업에서는 검토 항목 중 41.3%가 UI 검토 및 개선에 집중 되어 UI 검토 전용회의의 필요성을 확인하였다. 또한 OO 드론 개발 사업에 사용성평가를 수행하여 평균 22.5% 수행시간 감소 효과를 확인하고 체크리스트를 수행하여 평균 1.3점의 체크리스트 점수가 향상된 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 무기체계 개발 프로세스 보완 방안으로 UI 사용성평가, 체크리스트를 적용한 UI 개발 프로세스를 제시하고 각 단계별 수행 업무, 개발 문서를 함께 제시하였다. Current defense-weapon systems mainly use console-based control devices. It is important that the UI of the console screen be designed so users can minimize human error, and control the system quickly in wartime situations. For this, UI review and improvement activities during weapon system development are essential. Combining the results of major design review meetings conducted by our own company over the past three years showed that only 4.7% of the review items were related to UI usability, confirming that UI usability reviews are insufficient. On the other hand, in some projects that additionally conducted meetings on UI usability reviews, 41.3% of the review items focused on UI review and improvement, confirming the need for a UI-review-only meeting. In addition, performing usability evaluations and providing a checklist for an OO drone development project confirmed that average execution time was reduced by 22.5%, and the checklist score improved by an average of 1.3 points. In this paper, a UI development process applying UI usability evaluation and a checklist is presented as a supplement to the existing weapon system development process. Tasks performed at each stage (and development documents) are also presented.

        생체 모방 로봇을 이용한 관로 모니터링 시스템의 구현

        본 논문에서는 생체 모방 로봇을 이용한 관로 모니터링 시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 생체 모방 로봇은 관로를 이동하며 온도, 습도, 진동 등 다양한 정보를 획득한다. 관로를 이동하기 위하여 기본적으로 갖추어야 할 기능은 로봇이 이동하여야 할 관로의 형태를 인식하는 것이다. 관로의 형태 인식을 위한 센서로 적외선 거리 측정 센서를 사용하며, 모터에 연결된 센서는 회전 운동을 하며 측정된 각도 및 거리 정보 데이터를 이용하여 관로의 형태, 각도 등을 인식한다. 관로의 형태 인식은 모터에 의해 회전 운동하는 적외선 거리 측정 센서에 의해 감지되는 관로의 개수와 위치에 의한다. 한번 스캔된 데이터에서 감지되는 관로의 수에 따라 별도의 퍼지 분류기를 이용하여 형태 및 관로의 휘어진 각도 등을 추정하며, 다양한 형태의 관로에 대해 실제 측정된 데이터를 통하여 제안된 시스템이 효율적임을 확인한다. We present a pipeline monitoring system based on bio-memetic robot in this paper. A bio-memetic robot exploring pipelines measures temperature, humidity, and vibration. The principal function of pipeline monitoring robot for the exploring pipelines is to recognize the shape of pipelines. We use infrared distance sensor to recognize the shape of pipelines and potentiometer to measure the angle of motor mounting infrared distance sensor. For the shape recognition of pipelines, the number of detected pipelines is used during only one scanning of distance. Three fuzzy classifiers are used for the number of detected pipelines, and the classifying results are presented in this paper.

      • 한국의 인바운드 및 아웃바운드 관광수요의 변동성 분석

        Volatility models are used to investigate the conditional volatility and an analysis of volatility is crucial for estimating the effects of shocks in international tourism demand. Thus the purpose of this study is to examine the volatility of the tourism demand by distinguishing between the inbound and outbound tourists in Korea. The month data were used inbound tourists and outbound tourists in Korea from 1998 to 2014, and the GARCH, GJR-GARCH, APARCH, and FIAPARCH were employed the empirical analysis. On the basis of findings of the research, frist, the long-memory property on the volatility was existed on the inbound and outbound tourism demand. This means that the effect of increase or decrease in tourism demand persists for a long time. Then, long-memory property was existed the more strongly inbound than outbound. Second, FIAPARCH model which is considered long-memory feature was identified as the best model among the models. Thrid, the volatility cluster was reveled in the movement of inbound and outbound tourism demands. This means that the periods of big volatility or small volatility were continued. Last, the asymmetric effects on the demand of inbound tourists were presented in this study. This means that a decrease in unexpected foreign tourist (bad news) increases the more larger volatility of foreign tourist. However the demand of outbound tourist has no asymmetric effect. The findings of this results can provide the marketing implications for the tourism industries, such as airlines and outbound tour agency.
