본 연구에서는 2007년 한국고용정보원의 설문조사에 의한 <대졸자 이동경로조사 데이터>를 사용하여 첫 일자리에서의 조기퇴직에 대한 영향력을 분석하였다. 조사내용에 의하면 조기퇴직과 관련있는 설문문항의 수가 매우 크므로, 그 중에서 조기퇴직과 유의한 관련이 있는 문항 즉 설명변수들을 선택하는 데에는 현실적으로 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 설명변수의 수가 클 때 자료 분석에서 가능한 모형 선택의 기준을 고찰하고, Shtatland 등 (2003)에서 제안한 모형 선택의 절차를 응용하여 첫 일자리에서의 조기퇴직에 대한 영향력을 분석하였다. In this paper, we analyze the impact on quitting one's first job based on "Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey" data given by Korea Employment Information Service. According to the survey, there are a large number of questionnaires on quitting one's first job and so it is not easy to choose among them. We will investigate model selection criteria and apply the procedure proposed by Shtatland et al. (2003) to identify the final model.

An experimental study has been conducted to investigate solidification of NH$_{4}$CI-H$_{2}$0 mixtures inside a vertical rectangular enclosure. Solidification process is visualized by the shadowgraph method. Emphasis is placed on the effect of solidification parameters such as the aspect ratio, cooling wall temperature and initial composition. The aspect ratio shows a dominant effect on the number and developing time of the double diffusive layers which reveals the relative strength of solutal convection to thermal convection. Similar flow pattern is observed when the concentration difference between interdendritic liquid and the pure liquid which drives solutal convection is the same regardless of the different cooling wall temperature and initial concentration.

Objectives: The origin of medicinal herbs is crucial to quality control. We aimed to find statistical model to discriminate the origin of boxthron. Methods: We used three types of methods for choosing meaningful variables that to predict the origin of boxthron: standardization, binning, variable selection. Firstly we used LRPC (Iogistic regression model with principal components) and PLSR (partial least square regression) model to discriminate the origin of spectrum pattern, and then figured chemical substance out. Results: We compared prediction power of alternative models according to three factors: variable selection, standardization and modeling. Variable selection method was worse than modeling using all variables. An error rate of the first type of standardization showed the best results among three standardization types. PLSR lower rate of error compared to LRPC. Optimized model, through LOOCV (leave and out cross validation), predicted the time that find out Boxthron origin, and also differentiated the orogin of Boxthron by Glycerol (14.3 seconds) and malic acid (23.18 seconds). Conclusions: We identified and suggested statistical model to discriminate the origin of boxthron by simulation. However, further research is needed to enhance the rate of prediction.
Characteristics of Zinc-Oxide-Sulfide-Mixed Films Deposited by Using Atomic Layer Deposition

Mixed thin films of ZnO and ZnS were deposited by using atomic layer deposition (ALD) to achieve film properties for active channel materials of transparent electronic devices and the characteristics of ZnO, ZnS and their mixed films with various composition ratios were examined. The chemical bond states of mixed films consisting of ZnO and ZnS phases were analyzed and no sulfate or sulfite phases were observed. The structures of the ZnO and the ZnS films exhibited wurtzite hexagonal crystalline structures. However, the mixed films did not show any specic preferred orientation; the amorphous character of the mixed films was due to the large lattice mismatch between the ZnO and the ZnS films. The ZnO thin film showed a low resistivity with a higher carrier concentration (up to ∽1019 cm-3) than the ZnS thin film which showed ∽1012 cm-3 carrier concentration. The mixed films exhibited carrier concentrations of 1015 - 1018 cm-3 and a resistivity range of 102 - 103 Ωcm, depending on the composition. Furthermore, no significant changes in the electrical properties of the mixed films were observed with respect to the post-heat treatments.
