Recently, one of the method to get rid of post-processing is used to roughen the surface by processing the etched pattern on the mold surface in the injection molded parts production. The method represent luxurious design by etched pattern on the surface without post processing. There is also the effect of cost reduction. However, when using ABS of the black color, a problem showing the surface color difference or dirt occurs in some cases. In this study, when using ABS of the black color, the cause of the color difference defects was analyzed. As a result, the cause of color difference occurs according to filling height of etched pattern. Factors are mold temperature, injection pressure, difference of the product thickness and so on. In this paper, It was analyzed in terms of the injection pressure.

Industrial complexes are specially developed areas for concentrating industrial activities and fostering industrial production facilities. These have played a pivotal role in national economic growth and industrial development and have been utilized to invigorate local economies. With numerous local governments competitively pursuing the attraction of industrial complexes, the issue of unsold areas has persistently arisen, leading to a need for the supply of demand-tailored complexes. In this study, we analyzed the determinants of investment scale for firms in new industrial complex, aiming to enhance the efficiency in uncovering firm demand for the timely supply of complexes. Notably, characteristics related to the locations of the firms were recognized as differential influential factors, leading to additional analysis of how these factors vary between local and non-local firms in terms of their impact on the investment scale in the complexes. The findings revealed significant differences in the investment patterns between these firms, particularly location characteristics, assets, and employees as substantial variables. This study highlights the need for a tailored approach to creating and managing industrial complexes, considering the distinct investment determinants of local and non-local firms.

포화 이진 트리를 기반으로 하는 상수 분지수 3의 새로운 그래프 TG<sub>n</sub>를 제안한다. TG<sub>n</sub>의 노드 주소는 n개의 비트로 나타내며, 노드 수는 2<sup>n</sup>개이고 지름은 2n - 2다. 에지는 3가지로 분류할 수 있으며, 루트 노드와 연결된 에지, 중간 노드와 연결된 에지, 말단 노드와 연결된 에지가 있다. 트리를 기반으로 한 TG<sub>n</sub>의 깊이는 편의상 index S으로 나타낸다. index는 노드 주소를 S라 할 때, S가 0이면 0이고 1 이상이면 ⌊log<sub>2</sub>S+1⌋이다. 본 연구에서는 상수 분지수를 갖는 TG<sub>n</sub>을 정의하고, 라우팅 알고리즘과 지름을 분석한다.

One of the important factors in the design of injection molded product is design for injection mold gate. Generally, direct or valve gates are applied to flat plate parts in the case of flat plate parts among various injection molded parts. The side gate is sometimes used because it can not be applied for the purpose of the parts of usage of aesthetic point. When the side gate is applied, dimensional deviation occurs in flow direction because the closer the gate is, the higher the injection pressure is received. In this paper, I would like to discuss what to consider when applying side gates to flat plate injection molded parts.
박판 사출 성형에서 게이트 폭에 따른 충전 불균형에 대한 연구

Recently, the injection-molded products are lighter, and thinner than ever. In this work, Injection molding simulation was conducted to analysis the filling pattern imbalance in high speed injection molding process for thin-wall injection component, 8 inches LGP. Numerical analysis shows that shear heated polymer near the side wall causes filling imbalance between center and side of cavity. Short shot experiments were conducted and compared with simulation results. Filling imbalance ratio showed a tendency to increase for wider fan gate.
