A trigger point injection (TPI) has been reported to have an immediate analgesic effect, and to be one of the most widely employed treatment methods of myofascial pain. There are normal saline, local anesthetics, and steroids as the solutions frequently used in TPI. They can be used separately or in combination. Local anaesthetics have myotoxicity in proportion to its concentration. The purpose of this study was to evaluate microstructural changes in point of the myotoxic effects of the combined solution of lidocaine and dexamethasone (a local anesthetic and a steroid) after being injected into the muscle of BALB/c mice. And this study tested solutions with various concentration separately and in combination, to find out proper concentration of solution without muscular tissue damage. This study shows that lidocaine and dexamethasone combination is not histologically myotoxic in case of the concentration of lidocaine less than 1.5%. Also it is suggested from this study that this combined solution will have an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. Hereafter continuous study should be performed to reveal that these results can be applied to human when lidocaine and dexamethasone combination is used as an injection modality of TrP treatment.

본 연구는 자아존중감 증진을 위한 초등 다문화교육 프로그램을 구안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교육현장의 적용력을 고려하여 교수체제설계인 ADDIE모형을 재구성하여 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가의 과정에 따라 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 자아존중감과 관련 있는 집단 간 이론과 사회정체성 이론을 분석하고 자아존중감 증진을 위한 초등 다문화교육 프로그램의 내용에서 고려해야 할 핵심개념을 정체성, 편견, 협력, 평등으로 구성하였다. 네 가지 핵심개념은 자아존중감의 하위요소 개인, 가정, 학교, 사회에 따라 세부 학습목표를 설정하고 학습내용을 선정·조직하여 전체 16차시로 구성하였다. 교수-학습방법은 대상학생의 특성과 흥미를 고려하여 모둠으로 한 게임, 퀴즈, 토론 등 다양한 방법을 활용하도록 하였으며 각 차시는 주제-학습목표-활동(인식하기-탐색하기-명료화하기)으로 구성하여 전개되도록 하였다. 이후 3인의 전문가 검토에서 나온 의견을 토대로 내용을 수정하여 최종 프로그램을 제시하였다.본 연구에서 구안된 프로그램은 효과를 검증하는 후속 연구가 요구되며 교육현장에서 효율적인 다문화교육으로 활용되기를 기대한다. This study aims to planned Elementary Multicultural Education Program for Promoting Self Esteem. To this end, consider the application force of education and teaching system designed to reorganize the ADDIE Model study was carried out in accordance with the analysis, design, development, process evaluation. To this end, analyzing the between self-esteem and group theory related to them and the social identity theory and key concepts to consider in the context of multicultural education programs for elementary self-esteem enhancement identity, prejudice, cooperation and was composed of equality. Four key concepts are sub-elements of self-esteem individuals, homes, schools, set up a detailed learning objectives in accordance with the social and selecting the learning content and organization, which was composed of a total of 16 class periods. Considering the characteristics and interests of the target students, the teaching-learning method was designed to utilize various methods, including games, quizzes, and discussions, and each class was designed to be developed by organizing them into subjects-learning goals-activities(recognition-exploration-clearing). Since in the three-member expert review, modify the content on the basis of opinions and presented the final program. The program planned by this study, further research is required to verify the effectiveness and utilization in the educational field and expects effective multicultural education.
복합운동이 비만유전자 다형성에 따른 비만남자대학생들의 체성분과 대사성 호르몬에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of combined exercise program on body composition and metabolism hormone according to fat mass and obesity association gen(FTO gene) polymorphism in obese male college students. The subjects when it is performed as aerobic and resistance exercise with 55~70%HRR and 60~70%IRM, respectively as karvonen and Kuramoto & Payne method. BMI 27 of males college students in I City W university were selected as subjects. The subjects were divided into the two group ; a AA+ AT gene allele(10 students) and a TT gene allele(12 students). The variables were calculated by two-way ANOVA with repeated measures(SPSS win ver. 16.0). The results obtained from this study were as follows: First, In the change of body weight, fat mass, and BMI of body composition was lower significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as exercise treatment period(p<.001), but in lean body was higher the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group. Second, In the change of insulin hormone was lower significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as exercise treatment period(p<.001). In the change of cortisol and IGF-1 was higher significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as exercise treatment period.
실시간 제어언어를 내장한 프로그램형 레이저 마킹기 제어 환경의 구현

자동차나 전자제품과 같은 제품 생산 라인에서 제품의 형식번호, 제조번호, 로고등 각종 심벌들의 마킹(marking)은 제품마다 인쇄내용이 다르고 종류와 형식이 다양하여 일괄적으로 제작하여 첨부할 수 없으므로 기본 유형에 수기하거나 특수한 타자기로 직접 타이핑하여 사용해야 하는 불편함으로 인하여 관리가 복잡하고 시간이 오래 걸려 생산성을 저하시키는 요인이 되어 왔다. 그러나 레이저 기술을 응용한 마킹기(Laser Marking Machine)는 다양하고 뛰어난 마킹 기능들이 컴퓨터에 의해서 제어되는 근 적외선 레이저 광속을 이용하여 마킹함으로 고속으로 섬세한 고품위의 인쇄 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실시간 제어언어를 갖는 프로그램형 레이저 마킹기 제어환경을 설계하고 구현하였다.
태양복사열 내부전도 성능향상을 위한 탄소 나노구조체 흑체코팅 열처리 효과연구

The Improvement of thermal performance using heat treatment of carbon nanotubes coated on the copper heat sink to take the radiation energy from solar ray for the energy harvesting in earth orbit. Using the additive coating of purified CNT for the increase of specific area and development of thermal conductive capacity, the performance of heat transfer is improved about 0.181 K/W while applying the power of 22 W under temperature of 3.98℃. Coating of purified CNT shows increase of area and volume of thermal layer however it led the partial thermal resistance. (Received May 28, 2021; Revised June 4, 2021; Accepted June 9, 2021)

본 연구는 Kohlberg의 도덕적 발달단계에 의거한 도덕성 발달 수준에 대한 초등학생의 발달정도와 남녀간의 차이를 알아보고, 도덕성 발달 수준과 학업성취도가 어떤 관련이 있는지 밝혀 봄으로써 도덕성 교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 초등학교 6학년 학생 81명(남: 41명, 여: 40명)이다. 도덕성 발달을 측정하기 위한 도구는 KDIT를 활용하였고 학업성취도는 1년간 실시한 도덕과 수행평가와 도교육청주관으로 실시한 학업성취도검사, 교내 예체능 학업성취도 서술평가의 결과를 활용하였다. KDIT로 측정한 도덕적 판단능력을 도덕성 발달 수준으로 보고 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 도덕성 발달은 3단계에 있다는 것을 알았으며, 성별간의 차이에서는 여학생의 평균이 높았으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 아니었다. 도덕성 발달과 학업성취도의 상관관계 분석 결과 정적인 상관관계를 보였으며 이는 전 학업성취도 뿐만 아니라 도덕과, 주요 과목 학업성취도와도 각각 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. This study is aimed at providing the fundamental materials for moral education by looking into the difference between boys and girls about the stage of development in primary school children and by showing how the moral development norms relate to the academic achievement tests on the basis Kohlberg of the data. The subject target of this study is sixth graders, 81 students, including boys 41, girls 40. The means of measuring for the stage of the moral development is KDIT, and the national academic achievements by province office of education, moral education performance assessments, the narrative tests of the art course in-school for 1 year are used for the academic achievements. Analysis showed that the stage of the moral development in primary school children is on 3rd stage, according to KDIT symbolizes the judgement is considered as the stage of the moral development. Also it showed girls outperformed their boy counterparts, but is wasn’t significant differences statistically. The correlation between the stage of the moral development and the academic achievement revealed statical correlation, and it showed the statical correlation in moral education and the major subjects as well as all of the subjects’ academic achievement.
