본 연구의 목적은 웹 분야에 종사하는 콘텐츠 제작자의 작업 및 사업 환경을 분석하여, 제작자들이 겪고 있는 어려움을 해결할 수 있는 사업모델을 제시하는데 있다 이 사업모델은 디지털 콘텐츠 거래, 온라인 프랜차이즈 둥이 결합된 것으로 사업관련 이해관계자에게 다양한 수익과 새로운 창업의 기회를 제공하게 될 것이다. 또한, 제작자의 수익성 개선, 저작권의 보호 둥을 통해 콘텐츠 산업육성에 기여하는 것은 물론, 일자리 창출, 출산 육아 등의 사회적 문제도 해결할 수 있는 대안이 될 것이다.

We investigated the chemical components of red onion powder dried using the low temperature vacuum method and the inhibitory effects of solvent extracts of the dried red onion powder on the growth of HT-1080 human fibrosarcoma and HT-29 human colon cancer cells and H2O2-induced oxidative stress. The moisture content of the dried red onion powder was 17.95%, while the vitamin C content was 96 mg/100 g and the total phenols content was 39.1 mg/mL. The inhibitory effects of acetone with methylene chloride (A+M) and methanol (MeOH) extracts of the red onion powder on the growth of HT-1080 and HT-29 cancer cells increased in a dose dependent manner (p<0.05). The inhibitory effect was greater on the growth of HT-29 cells, while the A+M extracts had a higher inhibitory effect than the MeOH extracts. Treatment with the hexane, 85% aq. methanol, butanol and water fractions of the extract led to significant inhibition of the growth of both cancer cell lines (p<0.05). Among the fractions, the hexane and 85% aq. methanol fractions showed a greater inhibitory effect. To determine the protective effect on H2O2-induced oxidative stress, a DCFH-DA (dichlorodihydrofluorescin diacetate) assay was conducted. All fractions, including the crude extracts of dried red onion, appeared to lead to a significant reduction in the levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), and these reductions occurred in a dose dependent fashion (p<0.05). Among the fractions, the 85% methanol fraction showed the greatest protective effect on the production of lipid peroxides.

We present a new design for an endoscope objective lens composed of a lexible fiber bundle with 30,000 core, and a gradient-index (GRIN) objective lens with an optical adaptor. The characteristic of this objective lens is to be minimally-invasive to be able to insert easily in the internal organs of live animals. The GRIN lens has a small diameter and a very simple construction, which is selected with the diameter of 1.0 mm and numerical aperture of 0.5 to achieve a minimally-invasive outer diameter and a high resolution. The resultant designed lens shows the performance as follows; a lateral resolution of 1.63 um and diameters of 100% encircled energy of $0.3\;{\mu}m$ and $0.83\;{\mu}m$ for the on-axis and the off-axis image point, respectively. Also, we can present a cheap solution with a lateral resolution of 1.74 um and diameters of 100% encircled energy of $1.10\;{\mu}m$ and $2.84\;{\mu}m$ for the on-axis and the off-axis image point, respectively.

Diabetic gastroparesis is a disorder in a diabetic of delayed gastric emptying in the absence of mechanical obstruction. It is estimated that about 20%-50% of diabetics suffer from gastroparesis. Clinical Sympoms include early satiety, bloating, nausea, anorexia, vomiting, abdominal pain, and weight loss. Severe gastroparesis might result in recurrent hospitalization, malnutrition, and even death, but, no exact treatment has yet been established. Electrogastrography has been known to be a simple, non-invasive, and effective method in assessing gastric motility and EGG has been used to diagnosis diabetic gastroparesis and to estimate its prognosis. Recently, two cases of diabetic gastroparesis were observed. For this cases, manual acupucture, electroacupucture, lumbar skin warming and herb medicine were applied. After application of these therapies, gastrointestinal symptoms improved and these therapeutic effects were confirmed in EGG. Moreover, blood glucose control improved, so patients were able to discontinue insulin injection and change to p.o.medication. In light of this encouraging application of oriental medicine, this is reported along with investigation of the literature.
직하형 Back Light Unit에 사용하는 변형 막대프리즘의 1차원 배열로 구성한 새로운 BLU 필름

A new sheet of back light unit(BLU) to reduce the number of sheets and enhance the optical performances of direct back light unit(BLU) in a liquid crystal display is proposed and designed. In order to improve the straightness and spatial uniformity of brightness of the BLU, we design the new sheet with linear arrays of complicated bar prism by using the fusion of cylindrical lens and bar prism. Then, we investigate and analyze various optical performances of a BLU including the new sheet through an illumination optical system design program. From these results, we determine the optimum geometrical structure of the sheet. Under the optimum condition, the luminance efficiency and spatial uniformity of luminance of the BLU are 53.5% and 83.5% respectively. And the vertical and horizontal widths of the angular luminance distribution are $90^{\circ}$ and $112.5^{\circ}$ respectively. Finally we have fabricated a new BLU sheet according to this design shape by using an ordinary resins.
건강한 폐경 후 여성에서 혈중 비타민 D 농도와 체질량지수의 상관관계

Objective Obesity is associated with alterations in vitamin D (VtD) system. We evaluated the correlation between VtD level and body mass index (BMI), a standard for the evaluation of obesity in postmenopausal women. Methods To study the relationship between VtD levels and obesity, we recruited 310 healthy postmenopausal women between January 2005 and March 2011 and analyzed the correlation between BMI and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-VtD) level. We also analyzed the relationship between serum VtD level and bone health status such as bone mineral density measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, bone turnover marker, and parathyroid hormone (PTH), Results With a cut-off level for VtD deficiency at 30ng/mL, 98.9% patients showed a VtD deficiency, while 87.8% patients showed a vitamin D defi ciency with a 20-ng/mL cut-off level. VtD levels had no signifi cant correlation with age, height, weight, BMI, or bone turnover markers. PTH level and serum 25-OH-VtD level showed a negative correlation, VtD level showed negative correlation with BMI, but statistically not signifi cant. Conclusion In this study, most of postmenopausal women (more than 87.8%) had a VtD defi ciency, and VtD level showed negative correlation with BMI, but was not statistically signifi cant.

The research aims to find implications of machine learning and urban big data as a way to construct the flexible transportation network system of smart city by responding the urban context changes. This research deals with a problem that existing a bus headway model is difficult to respond urban situations in real-time. Therefore, utilizing the urban big data and machine learning prototyping tool in weathers, traffics, and bus statues, this research presents a flexible headway model to predict bus delay and analyze the result. The prototyping model is composed by real-time data of buses. The data is gathered through public data portals and real time Application Program Interface (API) by the government. These data are fundamental resources to organize interval pattern models of bus operations as traffic environment factors (road speeds, station conditions, weathers, and bus information of operating in real-time). The prototyping model is implemented by the machine learning tool (RapidMiner Studio) and conducted several tests for bus delays prediction according to specific circumstances. As a result, possibilities of transportation system are discussed for promoting the urban efficiency and the citizens’ convenience by responding to urban conditions.

This study is to examine the change of status of islands through the analysis of place of exile. That is, it investigates the proportion of exile to the island among the whole places of exile and the shift of exile to the island and then explains the change of status of the islands. For the analysis, it extracts 5,860 articles related to exile from 「The History of the Chosun Dynasty: Chosun Wangjo Shilrok」. The period extracted is from the construction of Choson Dynasty to 1896 when banishment system was changed into prison term system from distance system. Banishment was divided into Exile 2 thousand ri, Exile 2.5 thousand ri and Exile 3 thousand ri according to the distance, and into confinement, detention and exile according to the gravity of the offense. Total 408 places were used for the place of exile. The places of exile were mainly distributed at coastal area, island and northern edges. The frequency of exile shows the similar distribution to the place of exile. Chollado shows the most frequent exiles, followed by Kyungsangdo. In the frequency of exiles by period, it exceeded 900 times in early Chosun Dynasty, but it was greatly reduced to 103 times in 1551-1600. But it was increased again to 1,018 times in 1751-1800. According to the features by the period shown in the change of frequency, first high frequency of 1751-1800 was because the central control was strengthened due to the political stability and the punishment system was strictly applied. Second, high frequency of 1392-1500 was because there were many exiles of the persons related to the former dynasty due to the establishment of a new dynasty and there was the War of Prince S. Third, the frequency of exile was reduced in the period of King Sun Jo and it is because the materials related were lost due to Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. The exile to the island was designated by the nation. It was Cheju, Daejung, Jungeui, Jindo, Geojae and Namhae during the period of King Gwang Hae Gun. But, it was increased in late Choson Dynasty, that is, it included Gokumdo in King Hyun Jong, Gumkabdo, Nokdo, Heuksando, Gogunsando, Weedo and Baekryungdo during the period of King Suk Jong, Narodo, Sado, Shiniido, Jido and Chujado during the period of King Jung Jong, Yeodo in King Young Jo, Godolsan in King Jung Jo and Imjado during the period of King Sun Jong. The increase of the exile to the island was peak during the period of King Suk Jong. The exile to the island was distributed at the West Coast and South Coast and it was noticeable that newly added islands in late Choson Dynasty were all in Chollado. The reason of the increase of exile to the island in late Yi Dynasty was the increasing frequency of exile. Therefore the government substituted it with the island which has good conditions as the place of exile and then the number of exile to the island was increased greatly. But, there was a requirement for the selection of the exile to the island. First it should be controlled by government and has the economic ability responsible for the livelihood of the criminal. It means the island was changed into the place for accommodating the people.
건조방법에 따른 건조 양파 추출물의 항암 및 항산화 효과

본 연구에서는 동결건조 방법과 저온 진공 건조기를 도입하여 양파를 건조한 후 유기 용매로 추출하여 인체 결장암 및 섬유육종세포에 대한 증식 억제 효과와 세포 내 활성산소종 억제 효과에 대해 비교 검토하였다. 저온 진공 건조방법으로 건조된 양파 분말의 A+M 추출물은 가장 낮은 농도인 0.5 ㎎/ml에서부터 농도 의존적으로 인체 섬유육종 및 결장암세포의 성장을 억제시켜 동결 건조된 양파 A+M 추출물보다 높은 증식 억제효과를 보였고(p<0.05), A+M 추출물과 비교했을 때 낮은 증식 억제효과를 나타내었으나 두 가지 건조 방법에 따른 각각의 양파 MeOH 추출물도 암세포 증식 억제효과를 보였다(p<0.05). 동결건조 및 저온 진공 건조방법에 따른 양파 분획물들도 높은 암세포 증식 억제효과를 나타내었으며 그 중에서 동결 건조된 양파의 water 분획불과 hexane 분획물은 저온 진공 건조된 양파의 경우 보다 다소 높은 저해효과를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 따라서 A+M 추출물과 MeOH 추출물의 경우에는 저온 진공건조에 의해 건조된 양파 추출물에 의한 암세포 증식 억제 효과가 컸으며 분획물들의 경우에는 동결 건조된 양파 추출물의 억제 효과가 다소 높았다. 지질과산화물 생성 억제효과 실험에서는 두 가지 건조 방법에 의해 건조된 양파 분말의 A+M 및 MeOH 추출물들과 그 분획물들은 첨가농도 2.5 ㎎/ml에서 blank군과 control군과 비교하였을 때 측정 시간 120분 동안 계속적으로 높은 세포 내 지질 과산화물 생성 억제 능력을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 세포내 활성산소종 억제효과는 동결건조에 의해 건조된 양파보다 저온 진공 건조방법에 의해 건조된 양파 분말의 추출물과 분획물들에 의한 저해효과가 더 높았다. We investigated to determine the inhibitory effects of solvent extracts from dried onion on growth of cancer cell lines (HT-1080 human fibrosarcoma and HT-29 human colon cancer cells) and H₂O₂-induced oxidative stress. Two different drying methods, low temperature vacuum dryer and freeze dryer, were employed to dry onion. Inhibitory effects of acetone with methylene chloride (A+M) and methanol (MeOH) extracts from onion by two drying methods on the growth of HT-1080 and HT-29 cancer cells increased in a dose dependent manner (p<0.05) and the higher inhibitory effect was shown in onion extracts dried by low temperature vacuum dryer. The treatments of hexane, 85% aq. methanol, butanol and water fractions significantly inhibited the growth of both cancer cells (p<0.05) and onion fractions dried by freeze dryer showed a higher inhibitory effect compared with those dried by low temperature vacuum dryer. In order to determine a protective effect on H₂O₂-induced oxidative stress, DCHF-DA (dichlorodihydrofluorescin diacetate) assay was conducted. All fractions including crude extracts of dried onion appeared to significantly reduce the levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) (p<0.05). Higher antioxidant effect was observed in onions dried by the low temperature vacuum dryer method. These results indicate that the low temperature vacuum dryer is useful to dry and produce onion powder.
양파 육질 및 껍질의 화학성분과 항산화 및 항암 활성 비교

양파 껍질의 폐기는 생리활성 물질이 손실 될 수 있으므로 양파 껍질을 이용한 연구는 폐자원을 활용한다는 면에서 의미가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양파를 육질과 껍질로 나누어 이들의 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였고 세포 내 활성산소종 제거 및 인체 암세포 증식 억제 효과에 대하여 비교 검토하였다. 양파 껍질은 육질과 비교했을 때 48배의 플라보이드 함량을 나타내어 양파 껍질에 플라보노이드 성분이 다량 함유되어 있음을 확인하였다. 양파 껍질의 A+M과 MeOH 추출물을 0.05 ㎎/㎖의 농도로 HT-1080 세포에 처리하였을 때 지질 과산화물의 생성을 크게 억제시켰다. 이들 두 추출물들은 500μM H₂O₂만을 처리한 control군과 비교하였을 때 측정 시간 120분 동안 계속적으로 높은 세포 내 지질 과산화물 생성 억제능력을 나타내었고 특히 양파 껍질에 의한 저해 효과가 양파 육질보다 높았다. 양파 육질과 껍질의 추출물로부터 얻어진 분획물들 중에서는 양파 껍질의 85% aq. MeOH 및 BuOH 분획물에 의한 저해효과가 우수하였고 양파 육질의 경우에는 85% aq. MeOH 분획물에 의한 항산화효과가 높았다. 암세포증식 억제 실험에서 양파 껍질의 A+M 추출물의 IC??은 AGS 및 HT-29 세포에서 각각 0.07 및 0.05 ㎎/㎖로 양파 육질보다 저해효과가 높았고 껍질 MeOH 추출물의 IC??은 두 세포에서 각각 0.75 및 3.31 ㎎/㎖로 AGS 세포에 대한 증식 억제효과가 우수하였음을 관찰 할 수가 있었다. 분획물들 중에서는 양파 육질 및 껍질의 85% aq. MeOH 분획물의 AGS 세포에 대한 IC??이 각각 0.04 및 0.03 ㎎/㎖로 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었고. 이들 분획물들도 HT-29 세포보다는 AGS 세포에 대한 증식 억제효과가 높았음을 살펴 볼 수가 있었다. 대체로 water 분획물에 의한 활성산소종 저해 및 암세포 증식 억제효과는 분획물들 중 가장 낮았다. 이상의 결과로부터 양파 부산물인 껍질에도 생리활성 물질이 함유되어 있는 것으로 판단되므로 이를 활용한 양파가공품 개발이 필요하다고 여겨진다. In order to determine chemical components of onion flesh and peel, general nutrients, vitamin C, and total flavonoids were measured. Onion peel showed less moisture (14.3%) and no vitamin C compared to onion flesh. Onion peel contained more amounts of total flavonoids compared to onion flesh. In addition, the inhibitory effects of solvent extracts from onion flesh and peel on H₂O₂-induced oxidative stress and growth of cancer cell lines (AGS human gastric adenocarcinoma and HT-29 human colon cancer cells) were investigated. Acetone with methylene chloride (A+M) and methanol (MeOH) extracts from onion flesh and peel appeared to significantly reduce the levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) (p<0.05) and a greater antioxidant effect was observed in onion peel. Among fractions, 85% aq. methanol showed a higher protective activity against oxidative stress in both flesh and peel and there was no effect in the water and hexane fractions. The growth of cancer cells exposed to medium containing extracts and fractions from onion flesh and peel was inhibited dose-dependently. The growth of AGS was inhibited more in both flesh and peel compared to HT-29, and onion peel was more effective than onion flesh. Among fractions, 85% aq. methanol showed the greatest effect on growth inhibition in both flesh and peel. IC?? values of 85% aq. methanol fraction from onion flesh and peel on AGS were 0.04 and 0.03 ㎎/㎖, respectively, while those on HT-29 were 0.23 and 0.04 ㎎/㎖. From our results, 85% aq. methanol fraction had an inhibitory effect against oxidative stress and growth of cancer cells, suggesting that it may contain biological active compounds.
