        정상 면역가능을 가진 환자에서 발생한 침습성 폐진균증 1예

        Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is a disease occuring predominantly in patients with defects in immunity such as neutropenia, hematologic malignancies or with defects in cell-mediated immunity. The isolation of Aspergillus from respiratory tract of normal host usually signifies tracheobronchial colonization, making this diagnosis difficult. There are isolated case reports occuring in normal hosts but most of them were diagnosed postmortem at autopsies indicating that early diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis in normal host is difficult. We describe here a case of invasive aspergillosis in a immunocompetent host diagnosed by lung biopsy which was successfully treated with Amphotericin-B. Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis should be included as one of the differential diagnosis if a patient with pneumonic consolidation does not respond to usual therapy, even if the patient does not have any defect in immunity.

        대전 ${\cdot}$ 충남지역 단체급식소 조리종사자의 위생관리실태조사

        This study was conducted to evaluate sanitary managment practices of institutional foodservice employees in Daejeon and Chungnam areas, and to suggest a guideline for an effective safety & sanitary managment of the institutional foodservice. The subjects consist of 782 employees in 80 institutional foodservice, respectively. The collected data was processed using the SPSS V.10.0 package for descriptive analysis. The results of this study were summarized as follows. The employees were female(97.2%), over 41 age(68.1%), high school(51.0%), less than 1-5 years(52.8%) of total career in the institutional foodservice. Employment status was contract(64.2%) and cook's certification w3s not applicable(80.1%). The institutional foodservice was over 1,000 number(65.0%) of average serving per day and operations format was direct(69.6%) management and 11-20 number of employees for cooking were 58.2%. Employees(96.0%) were received sanitation training and 82.4% of them have been monthly educated. Sanitation training instructor was dietitian 91.6%. The rating of sanitary management practices was food handling 4.36/5.00, food products management 4.32/5.00, personal hygiene 4.31/5.00, equipments and tools handing 4.18/5.00. The employees, who were educated in the sanitation training, presented significantly higher rates of the sanitary management practices than of the uneducated employess. Therefore, the institutional foodservice operations will have to pay special attention to sanitation training program of the employees. The suitable methods of sanitation training must be developed to improve the practical use of sanitary management by employees and institutional foodservice. Also, to enhance these practices, it is necessary to establish the countermeasure to care for safety & sanitary management of the institutional foodservice.

        우리나라에서 유통되고 있는 수생식물의 종류 및 화훼장식품에서의 활용 실태 분석

        We investigated the kinds and uses of currently-distributed species of aquatic plants (hydrophytes) from 2 big farms and 21 wholesalers located in the Capital region and metropolitan areas in Korea and the actual conditions of their ornamental uses from 130 floral design works. Hydrophytes domestically distributed were 82 species including emergent (43.9%), floating-leaved (19.5%), submerged (21.9%), and free-floating (14.6%) plants. Most hydrophytes were used for garden plants (78 species, 91.5%) and potted plants (76 species, 92.6%), while only 19 species (23.1% of 82 species) were used as cut plants. More than 90% of hydrophytes used as cut plants for flower design were four emergent hydrophytes including Equisetum hyemale, Typha orientalis, Phragmites australis, and Thalia dealbata, and two floating-leaved hydrophytes including Nelumbo nucifera and Nymphaea tetragona. Portions of cut branches, cut flowers, and cut foliage in cut plants were 53.9, 24.6, and 21.5%, respectively.

        국제결혼 이주여성의 부모역할 인지와 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        이 연구는 부모교육프로그램에 참여한 국제결혼 이주 여성의 부모역할 인지 및 그 경험을 현상학적으로 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구방법은 양육효능감, 역할만족감, 양육태도 및 행동 등에 관한 심층면접과 현상학적 관찰로 실시되었다. 연구 결과를 보면, 대부분의 참여자들은 낮은 양육효능감을 갖고 있었고, 역할 만족감에서도 자녀와의 관계형성 및 의사소통의 부재 등으로 인해 역할 만족도 낮았으나, 프로그램 참여 후 다소 개선되었음이 확인되었다. 그런데 양육태도 및 행동에 대한 이주여성의 부모역할의 경험은 대부분 피동적이고 보다 적극적이지 못했다. 그 밖에 결과는 가정의 유형 및 참여한 프로그램(지역 및 기관)에 따라 부모역할에 대한 인지 정도와 양상이 다소 다르게 나타났으며, 프로그램 제공자의 역할 기대와도 차이를 보였다. 향후에는 이주여성의 실천가이드 및 부모역할 수행의 코칭, 멘토링 등의 프로그램 내용이 추가되어야할 필요가 있다. This study aimed to explore married immigrant mothers' perceptions and experiences of Parental Role by Phenomenological Research methods. In order to do so, research methods were used during in-depth interviews and phenomenological observation related to child-rearing efficiency, role satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior and attitudes was implemented. Based on the research findings, the following conclusions were made: First, most of the married immigrant mothers had low child-rearing efficiency. Second, role satisfaction was low due to insufficient relation formation and communication. However these were improved slightly after participating in the program. Third, married immigrant mothers' experiences of parental role were passive. Finally, the programs they participated in, the perception and tendency of parental roles were different according to regions and institutions. In addition, they need practice guides and programs related to married immigrant mothers' coaching and mentoring for positive parental roles.

        성인 및 재직자를 위한 대학학위과정 운영 실태분석: 이해관계자 인식을 중심으로

        이 연구는 성인 및 재직자를 위한 대학학위 평생교육과정의 운영에 대한 이해관계자의 인식을 분석하여 시사점을 탐색하고자 시도되었다. 구체적인 연구 문제는 첫째, 성인 및 재직자의 대학학위과정에 대한 이해관계자의 일반적인 인식을 분석하고, 둘째, 재직자를 위한 대학학위과정의 직업기초소양 및 전공지식 기술 역량에 대한 이해관계자의 인식을 비교하였으며, 셋째, 성인 및 재직자를 위한 대학학위과정의 교육 운영에 대한 이해관계자의 인식을 비교하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과로서 첫째, 평생교육이해관계자 모두는 재직자 및 성인학습자들의 대학학위과정 참여의 필요성을 높게 인식하였으며, 학위과정 참여 목적으로써 전문성 신장 및 직무관련 전문능력 향상을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 둘째, 평생교육이해관계자들은 재직자 및 성인학습자를 위한 대학학위과정 운영에 있어서 의사소통, 자기개발, 대인관계, 정보활용 등의 역량을 중요하게 인식한다. 셋째, 평생교육이해관계자는 대학학위과정 교육운영에 대하여 주중야간 및 주말을 병행하는 강의시간, 오프라인 및 온라인 병행하는 수업형태, 이론사례 및 실습을 병행하는 강의방법을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학평생교육활성화 정책은 성인학습자들을 위한 학과 및 학부 중심의 단과대학 설립 및 장기적이고 안정적인 예산지원뿐만 아니라 성인 및 재직자의 학습요구에 맞는 유연한 교육과정 개발, 블렌디드 러닝 등 다양한 학습형태들이 제공할 수 있는 교육과정의 개발 및 운영에 초점을 둘 필요가 있다. This study analyzes the perceptions of stakeholders on the operation of the university degree lifelong learning curriculum for adults and workers. And try to explore the implications. The detailed research questions are as follows: First, adults and workers analyze the general perception of stakeholders on university degree courses. For the purpose of participating in the degree program, it is most important to improve professionalism and professional skills. Second, stakeholders in lifelong education recognize the importance of communication, self-development, interpersonal relations, and information utilization for adult & workers in the operation of university degree programs. Third, we compare the perceptions of stakeholders about the operation of university degree programs for adults and workers. The results of this study are as follows: First, all stakeholders of lifelong education recognize the necessity of participating in university degree program of incumbents and adult learners. Second, lifelong education stakeholders recognize the importance of communication, self - development, interpersonal relations, and information utilization in the operation of university degree programs for workers and adult learners. Third, the stakeholders of lifelong education prefer the lecture time, offline and online parallel class format, theory, case, and lecture in parallel with weekday night and weekend for the operation management of university degree course. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the development and operation of curriculum that can be provided by various types of learning such as flexible curriculum development and blended learning that meet the learning needs of adults and workers.

        운동강도에 따른 요가운동프로그램이 주의집중 관련 뇌파에 미치는 영향

        He purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of yoga exercise program with different exercise intensity(low/middle/high) related with attention. 6 Healthy females(trained yoga, 31.7±5.61yr) were participated in three yoga exercise program with exercise intensity(low, middle, high). To investigate the effect of yoga exercise program with exercise intensity on attention measured and analyzed the EEG(α,β,θ-wave,SMR+Maβ/θ) of subjects under meditation(closed eyes) during 3 minutes before and after yoga exercise program with intensity. low/middle/high intensity yoga exercise program was composed of warm-up(14 action, 20min)/flexibility(23 action, 23min)/strength(24 action, 24min) yoga exercise, respectively. we used EEG spectrometer (WEEG-4) to measure EEG. EEG power spectrum was analyzed, taking as absolute and relative α-wave, β-wave, θ-wave and attention index(SMR+Mβ/θ) occurring in the Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, C3, C4, P3, P4. First, there was no significant differences of among three yoga exercise intensity, time, channel in α-wave, but there was increased after only middle yoga exercise program. Second, there was no significant differences of among three yoga exercise intensity, time, channel in β-wave, but there was only significant differences after yoga exercise program β-wave(P<.05), and there was decreased after only middle yoga exercise program. Third, there was no significant differences of among three yoga exercise intensity, time, channel in attention index(SMR+Mβ/δ), but there was increased after only middle yoga exercise program. Results indicate that the middle intensity yoga exercise program is recommend when we will increased.
