전통과 현대를 잇는 리더십 요소 탐색: 댄씽킹(Dan-Thinking) 융합교육과정으로 함양하는 리더십

이 연구는 대학 교양교육에서 실천할 수 있는 리더십 함양을 위한 무용수업의 구성 및 교수법을 구축하기 위해 리더십의 개념, 발현과정, 핵심요소를 탐색하였다. 이에, 리더십 함양을 위한 수업 소재를 무용과 연계된 인문학적 소재로 발췌하기 위해동양의 고전인 ‘논어’와 서양의 고전인 ‘메디치 가문 이야기’에 담긴 리더십을 분석하여, 여기서 도출된 ‘배려, 양보, 책임’ 등의 요소가 교육현장에서 어떻게 발휘되는지를 살펴보았다. 이 연구는 리더십 교육의 교육과정 개발에 중점을 두어 실행연구로 진행하였고, 2020년 5월부터 2022년 4월까지 댄씽킹 융합교육과정에 따라 수업 실행 및 평가가 이루어졌다. 자료수집은 문헌연구, 교수자 관찰일지와 학습자의 학습일지 및 성찰일지 등을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘좋은 리더’란 개방성을 지닌 리더이다. 둘째, 리더십의 발현과정은 경청-소통-성공적 결과로 선순환되며 이때 리더는 수평적 리더십을 발휘한다. 셋째, 리더십의 핵심요소는 ‘배려’로 도출되었다. 리더십 함양을 위한 댄씽킹 융합교육과정을 실행한 이 연구는인문학과 무용학의 학제간 융합교육을 어떻게 실천할 수 있는지에 대한 구체적인 가이드라인을 제시해준다. This study explored the concept, the process of performance, and core elements of leadership in order to construct a method of teaching dance classes for cultivating leadership that can be practiced in university liberal arts education. In order to extract the material of instruction for leadership cultivation as a humanities material linked to dance, I examined how elements such as consideration, concession, and responsibility derived by analyzing the contents of leadership contained in the Analects of Confucius and the Medici Family, were exhibited in the educational field. This study was conducted as an action research with an emphasis on the development of the curriculum of leadership education, and from May 2020 to April 2022, class execution and evaluation were conducted according to the Dan-Thinking Convergence Curriculum. For data collection, literature research, instructor observation diaries, and learners' learning diaries and reflection diaries were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, a good leader is a leader with openness. Second, the process of expression of leadership is a virtuous cycle of listening – communication - successful results, and at this time, the leader demonstrates horizontal leadership. Third, the core element of leadership was derived as 'consideration'. This study, which implemented the Dan-Thinking convergence curriculum to foster leadership, provides specific guidelines for how interdisciplinary convergence education between humanities and dance can be practiced.
김정은식 ‘사회주의문명’ 도시 공간의 생산: 르페브르의 공간이론을 중심으로

The Kim Jong-un government proclaimed its vision for constructing “the society of Socialist Civilization” for its people (In-min). After proclaiming, the government started constructing “modern” and “scientific” buildings, streets, and public facilities not only in Pyongyang but also in several local cities. This study looks at these changes and analyzes how the discourses on constructing the society of Socialist Civilization and its urban development project have connected each other and the influence on the North Korean people (In-min). This study uses Henri Lefebvre’s urban theory, especially his argument on three dimensions of space production: Representation of Space, Space of Representation, and Practice of Space. This study analyzes North Korea’s urban spaces considering space arrangement and division by space designers (or political elites), images projected in social discoursed, and experiences of urban people in their real lives, following Lefebvre’s argument on three dimensions of space production. This study finds that the Kim Jong-un government has justified its construction of cities, arguing the necessity of enhancing the quality of People’s Socialist Civilized lives, and has refrained from emphasizing the leader’s greatness as the previous governments. The government has advertised new houses and cultural and physical training facilities, which were organized for the people. However, this study finds that these new “Socialist Civilized” spaces have not been welcomed by the North Korean people in their everyday lives.
무용역학과 기능학의 통합적 접근 : 파세(Passé)와 르 띠레(Retiré) 동작의 정성적 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze ballet movement, Retiré qualitatively regarding a biomechanical and anatomical perspective. The key findings are as follows. First, the mechanical principles of the Retiré were analyzed and the movement of Retiré were divided into five stages. It was also confirmed that ballet teachers should observe the Retiré movement in both the frontal plane and sagittal plane. Second, from an anatomical point of view, the type of muscle used in Retiré is specifically presented. It emphasized the importance of the quadriceps, adductor group, gluteus, and hamstring muscles. In particular, this study suggests that the turnout and duration of the Retiré can be increased depending on the degree of training of the medius and the minimus of gluteus.

This study predicts and raises the changes that AI will bring to dance art when machine-based choreography began, and finds questions we can ask as human artists. Research suggests that one of the crises of dance in the era of machine creative arts is that artificial intelligence does not stay in the tool of human choreography but becomes the subject of choreography. It is based on the political discourse of choreography that artificial intelligence has the power to control and restrict human dancers. This comes from a sense of crisis that the AI takes over the area of choreography and the human choreographer remains an incompetent coordinator, and as a result, the dancer's dancing body can be reduced to a mechanical body controlled by AI. In order for these concerns not to become a reality, this study proposes three measures. First, choreographer and dancer should develop digital literacy to live in the age of AI art. Secondly, choreographer should acquire the ability to accurately distinguish the roles of human choreographer, dancer, and AI in creative work. Thirdly, various levels of discourse on AI dance should be formed by actively conducting mutual media research of dance and technology. Through these efforts, the human dancer will exist as a subject of art, not a passive agent in the new dance ecosystem brought by the innovation of artificial intelligence technology and will be able to face an era coexistence with artificial intelligence creativily and productively.
