        In this paper, we introduce a communication structure of a multilateration-based drone system that has a group of moving anchor and tag drones. The drones in this group are controlled by various processors such as Pixhawk, Raspberry Pi and Arduino. There are mismatches in communication protocols between processors and data needs to be exchanged between anchor and tag drones in a limited buffer size. To handle such communication mismatches and limitation in buffer size, a packet division communication technique is developed.

        Roles of Adenosine and Serotonin Receptors on the Antinociception of Sildenafil in the Spinal Cord of Rats

        Purpose: The phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor sildenafil has antinociceptive effects,mediated by an increase in cGMP. This study examined the role of spinal adenosine and serotonin receptors played in the antinociceptive effects of intrathecal sildenafil. Materials and Methods: Intrathecal catheters were inserted into the subarachnoid space of Sprague-Dawley male rats as a drug delivery device. Pain was induced by injecting formalin into the plantar surface of rats and observing nociceptive behavior (flinching response) for 60 mininutes. Then, the effects of intrathecal adenosine and serotonin receptor antagonists on the antinociceptive activity of intrathecal sildenafil were examined. Results: Intrathecal sildenafil suppressed the flinching response in a dose-dependent manner during phases 1 and 2 in the formalin test. Both CGS 15943 and dihydroergocristine decreased the antinociceptive effects of sildenafil during phases 1 and 2 in the formalin test. Conclusion: Intrathecal sildenafil effectively attenuated the pain evoked by formalin injection. Both adenosine and serotonin receptors may be involved in the antinociceptive action of sildenafil at the spinal level.

        백서의 척수강 내로 투여한 Sildenafil의 진통효과에 대한 Opioid 수용체 역할에 관한 연구

        Background: Intrathecal sildenafil has produced antinociception by increasing the cGMP through inhibition of phosphodiesterase 5. Spinal opioid receptor has been reported to be involved in the modulation of nociceptive transmission. The aim of this study was to examine the role of opioid receptor in the effect of sildenafil on the nociception evoked by formalin injection. Methods: Rats were implanted with lumbar intrathecal catheters. Formalin testing was used as a nociceptive model. Formalin-induced nociceptive behavior (flinching response) was observed. To clarify the role of the opioid receptor for the analgesic action of sildenafil, naloxone was administered intrathecally 10 min before sildenafil delivery, and formalin was then injected 10 min later. Results: Intrathecal sildenafil produced dose-dependent suppression of flinches in both phases during the formalin test. Intrathecal naloxone reversed the analgesic effect of sildenafil in both phases. Conclusions: Sildenafil is active against the nociceptive state that's evoked by a formalin stimulus, and the opioid receptor is involved in the analgesic action of sildenafil at thespinal level.(Korean J Pain 2007; 20: 21-25)

        ICT융합벤처기업 임직원들의 직무특성과 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -사회적지원의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of study was to test the effects of job characteristics and job stress on job satisfaction in the ICT Convergence Venture Companies and the moderating role of social support between job characteristics and job satisfaction. For this study, the data were collected from 15 ICT Convergence Ventures in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. The sample of 301 employees was selected and analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The results showed that job characteristics had a positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress had a negative effect. And also found out social support had the moderate roles between job stress and job satisfaction except coworker support with regard to role ambiguity, whereas it did not serve as a moderate role between job characteristics and job satisfaction. The research results are summarized, the implications for ICT convergence Ventures were discussed, and the directions for future research were suggested. 본 연구의 목적은 ICT(Information and Communications Technology, 정보통신기술)를 기반으로 다양한 융복합 기술, 제품 및 서비스 사업을 영위하고 있는 ICT융합벤처기업의 임직원들을 대상으로 직무특성 및 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계와 이에 대한 사회적 지원의 조절변수 역할을 탐구하는 데 있었다. 본 연구의 자료는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수집하였고, 수도권 소재 15개 ICT융합벤처기업의 임직원 301명이 최종 표본으로 확정되었다. 단계적 회귀분석방법을 사용하여 자료를 분석한 결과, ICT융합벤처기업 임직원의 직무특성 3요인은 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 직무스트레스 2요인은 직무만족에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무특성과 직무만족간의 영향관계에 있어 사회적 지원은 모두 유의한 조절효과를 나타내지 않은 반면, 직무스트레스와 직무만족간의 영향관계에 대해서는 유의한 조절효과를 나타내었다. 단, 역할모호성에 대한 동료의 지원은 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 요약하고 ICT융합벤처기업에 대한 시사점을 논의한 후, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

        강화 동검도 염습지 식생의 대형저서동물군집 분포에 영향을 주는 환경요인

        This study examined the relationship between macrobenthic distribution patterns and environmental factors in salt marsh vegetation in Donggeomdo, Ganghwa on the west coast of Korea. Nine stations were fixed on a transect across the salt marsh vegetation, and field sampling was carried out monthly from July 1997 to June 1998. A total of 38 species of macrobenthos were recorded: each of faunal groups, 13 (34.2%) Arthropoda, 12 (31.6%) Polychaeta, 8 (21.1%) Mollusca, and 5 (13.2%) others. The mean density was 2,659 individuals/m2, with a mean biomass of 178.6 gWWt/m2. Mollusca dominated in terms of abundance and biomass, with a mean density of 2,172 individuals/m2 (81.7%) and a mean biomass of 131.9 gWWt/m2 (73.9%). The number of species decreased in winter (January−February), while mean density increased in the spring (May−June). The biomass was relatively in Summer and Fall (July− November), than any other season. The number of species was high in pure stands of Suaeda japonica in the lower salt marsh vegetation, and the mean density and biomass were high in mixed halophyte communities in the middle salt marsh vegetation. Two Mollusca, the bivalve Glauconome chinensis and gastropod Assiminea lutea, were dominant. The densities of these two species were high in mixed halophyte communities in the middle salt marsh vegetation. Non-metric multi-dimensional scaling (nMDS) showed that the study area could be divided into four groups corresponding to the vertical distribution of tidal levels and halophytes. Spearman’s rank correlation revealed that the distribution patterns and community structure of macrobenthos were related to environment variables such as salinity of the substrates, exposure time, and grain size compositions of the sediment in the salt marsh vegetation. Particularly, the distribution and density of some dominant species showed differences along the vertical distributions of halophytes.

        수평열의 해부학적 형태에 관한 연구

        The minor fissure is an important anatomical landmark in the localization of the pulmonary diseases, For the evaluation of the normal feature of the minor fissure, we analyzed the high-resolution computed tomography (CT) scans in 51 normal patients. The purposes of this study are to evaluate the normal appearance of the minor fissure on high-resolution CT scans and to compare it with that on the coventional cT and chest radio-graphs. We analysed the morphologic feature of the minor fissure on the high-resolution CT scans in 51 nor-mal patients, and compared it with that on the conventional CT scans. On the high-resolution CT scans, we particularly paid attention to the completeness and types according to Berkmen classification. And finally, we compared the types determined by the high-resolution CT scans with those by the plain radiographs. In most patients (n=47), the minor fissure was seen as a hyperattenuating line or band on the high-resolution CT scans. In contrast, it was mostly seen as a lucent zone on the conventional CT scans (n=44) Of 47 patients having a hyperattenuating line or band on the high resolution CT scans, the minor fissure was considered to be complete in 17 patients (36%), and incomplete in 30 patients (64%), who had a defect at medial portion of the minor fissure. The most common type of the minor fissure seen on the high-resolution CT scans was type I variety (n=23), followed by type IIa(n=10) and type IIa(n=10) and type II (n=8). We could not determine the type in six patients. The type determined by the high resolution CT scans was highly well correlated with that determined by the plain radiographs (p<0.05). In conclusion, the minor fissure was seen on CT studies as variable appearances and high-resolution CT scans were superior to the conventonal cT scans in the evaluation of the minor fissure, The types of the minor fissure determined by the high-resolution CT scans were well correlated with those seen on the radiographs.

        백서의 간실질내 각종 조영제의 주입후 간조직손상에 관한 병리조직학적 연구

        Purpose: To evaluate the severity of tissue necrosis of liver according to various kinds of contrast materialused in percutaneous transhepatic procedure. Materials and Methods: Four kinds of commercially available contrastmaterial were used in the this study: meglumine ioxithalamate (ionic monomer, Telebrix 30, Guerbet, France),meglumine ioglicinate (ionic dimer, Rayvist 300, Schering, Germany), iopromide (nonionic monomer, Ultravist 300,Schering, Germany), and iotrolan (nonionic dimer, Isovist 300, Schering, Germany). The same amount(0.1ml) of eachcontrast material was directly injected into the liver of Sprague-Dawley rats. After two days and four weeks, thehistopathologic findings of resected liver were assessed and analysed with special emphasis on the difference inthe area of tissue necrosis between each group. Results: In liver resected 48 hours later, the area of necrosiswas related to the osmolality and ionicity of contrast material used: the higher the osmolality, the wider thearea of necrosis and ionic contrast material exhibited wider area of necrosis than nonionic contrast material. Inthe liver resected four weeks later, almost complete recovery was seen at the site of necrosis in all groups.Conclusion: Nonionic contrast materials caused less tissue necrosis than ionic contrast materials in percutaneoustranshepatic procedure because of their lower osmolality.

        Effects of PP-g-MAH on the Mechanical, Morphological and Rheological Properties of Polypropylene and Poly(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) Blends

        The effects of maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) addition on polypropylene (PP) and poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) (ABS) blends were studied. Blends of PP/ABS (70/30, wt%) with PP-g-MAH were prepared by a twin-screw extruder. From the results of mechanical testing, the impact, tensile and flexural strengths of the blends were maximized at a PP-g-MAH content 3 phr. The increased mechanical strength of the blends with the PP-g-MAH addition was attributed to the compatibilizing effect of the PP and ABS blends. In the morphological studies, the droplet size of ABS was minimized (6.6 μm) at a PP-g-MAH content of 3 phr. From the rheological examination, the complex viscosity was maximized at a PP-g-MAH content of 3 phr. These mechanical, morphological and rheological results indicated that the compatibility of the PP/ABS (70/30) blends is increased with PP-g-MAH addition to an optimum blend at a PP-g-MAH content of 3 phr.
