"Byun Jeung Rok(辨證錄)" written by Jinsatak(陳士鐸) is composed of 14 volumes. In relation to the contents, it is organized into 126 gates(門) and 770 remaining syndromes(餘證) where internal medicine, external medicine, pediatrics, gynecology(內科 外科 小兒 婦人), etc. are divided into sub-sections of cold damage, cold stroke, wind stroke(傷寒 中寒 中風), etc. He explained the symptom, cause of disease, method of treatment, prescription, construction of prescription, instruction of medicine and prognosis(症狀 病因 治法 處方 處方構成 服用法 預後) thoroughly. This study, as an inquiry of the sec 14 volume pediatrics(小兒), deals with febrile fit cacotrophy vomiting diarrhea(驚疳吐瀉), coprozoic parasite(便蟲), smallpox(痘瘡), eruption(疹症), eating mud(喫泥), fetal toxin(胎毒). It was written very logically so it is easy to understand. The analysis of the symptoms are brief and appropriate. Therefore, it is considered to have significant clinical value for future generations and is applied by them. Finally, this topic was studied in hopes of helping later pediatrics clinical treatment.
비수도권 출신 예비 사회진출자의 졸업 후 주거 및 경제적 지원에 대한 기대

The purpose of the study was to explore expectations of workforce entry preparers from non-capital regions on post-college housing and financial support from their parents. From July 26 to August 8, 2013, an on-line questionnaire survey was conducted to juniors and seniors in colleges nationwide and 692 useable responses were collected from college students who were from non-capital regions. Findings from this study are summarized as follows: (1) About 44% of the respondents expected to live apart from their parents and other relatives within two years from their college graduation and 48% of them expected to live in Seoul Metropolitan Area; (2) among those who expected to live apart from their parents and other relatives, 61% expected to be monthly renters; 75% expected to live in small-sized units such as studios; 85% expected parental support to afford post-college housing costs; (3) female respondents, younger respondents and/or respondents with a greater parent income showed more stronger expectation on parental support to afford housing costs; and (4) most respondents perceived influence of housing cost burden strong enough to affect their job choices.

Nodular lesions, especially a solitary nodule, is a rare manifestation in secondary syphilis and a few cases have been described recently. The nodular syphilid needs to be differentiated from lymphoma and a granulomatous process. In a patient previously treated for malignancy, this nodular lesion could also be clinically misdiagnosed as cutaneous metastasis. We, herein, report a case of an unusual solitary noduiar syphilid mimicking cutaneous metastasis. A 57-year-old woman patient presented with a month history of an asymptomatic erythematous telangiectatic nodul on the nose tip. She was treated for malignant melanoma on the buttock 2 years previausly. The preliminary differential diagnosis included cutaneous metastasis and a granulomatous process, but a solitary nodular syphilid was confirmed through skin biopsies and serologic tests. The purpose of this study was to explore housing cost burden of young single- or two-person households in the United States who have recently moved for job-related reasons. Total 580 households were selected from 2009 American Housing Survey public-use microdata for data analysis. The findings are as follows: (1) Targeted single-person households were characterized as younger households with higher educational attainment, lower household income, and greater proportion of renters, multifamily housing residents and households with housing cost burden than other households; (2) two-person households showed a higher income level and lower housing cost burden; (3) characteristics that showed significant influences on housing cost burden were household size, householder's age, gender, race and educational attainment, household income level and tenure type; and (4) a linear combination of household size, household income, whether or not a low-income household, residency in metropolitan area, and home structural type were found to be most efficient to predict a single- or two-person household's housing cost burden regardless of the household size.
2012년 주거실태조사에 나타난 청년 임차가구의 지역별 주거 실태 비교

The purpose of this study was to investigate housing characteristics of young renter households by locations using licensed microdata of the 2012 Korea Housing Survey. There were 1,020,216 renter households (weighted count) headed by persons between 20 and 34 years of age, and their housing characteristics were compared statistically across their residential locations (Capital Region, metropolitan cities, other areas). Major findings are as follows: (1) Capital Region young renters had the worst housing quality to have the greatest proportion of households living in units failed to meet national minimum housing standards, and/or in basement or semi-basement units; (2) Capital Region young renters had the greatest proportion of households that had housing cost burdens; and (3) 37.3% of young renter households in metropolitan areas and 33.5% in Capital Region were found to receive family support in order to afford current rental costs.

The purpose of this study was to explore characteristics and housing satisfaction of multifamily renter households in metropolitan areas using 2009 American Housing Survey public-use microdata. A total of 8,139 multifamily renter household residing in metropolitan statistical areas were selected for data analysis. The findings are as follows: (1) In comparison with other types of households in the metropolitan areas, multifamily renter households tended to show a smaller household size, younger householders, a greater proportion of households with householders who have never married, or have been widowed, divorced or separated; (2) housing cost related variables such as monthly rent or rent per square footage were found not to have significant influence on housing satisfaction of multifamily renter households in metropolitan areas; (3) factors influencing housing satisfaction of multifamily renter households with householder's age 34 years or younger were neighborhood satisfaction, householder's race, structure age and per-person unit size; and (4) neighborhood satisfaction was found to have the strongest influence on housing satisfaction of multifamily renter households in metropolitan areas.
예비 과학교사의 화학 개념에 대한 이해도 조사와 오답 반응 분석: 중학교 교육과정을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 사범대학 과학교육과에 재학 중인 예비 과학 교사들을 대상으로 중학교 교육과정에 해당하는 화학 개념의 이해도를 조사하고 예비 과학 교사들의 배경변인에 따른 답지 반응 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 오답을 선택하는 예비 과학 교사들이 모든 문항에서 나타났으며, 문제를 해결했더라도 각 문항의 해결에 필요한 개념을 충분히 이해하지 못하는 예비 과학 교사들이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 특정 문항에 대해서는 예비 과학 교사들이 고등학교 시절 대학수학능력시험의 선택 과목으로 화학을 선택한 것과 상관없이 정답률이 낮았다. 이 결과의 원인을 찾기 위한 심층질문을 통해 몇 가지 사실을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 중학교 학생들이 가지고 있는 오개념을 예비 과학 교사들도 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 대학수학능력시험 선택 과목으로 화학 선택 유무에 따라 정답률에 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 개념에 대한 본질적 이해 전에 계산을 통한 문제 풀이나 단순 기억에 의해 문제를 해결하려는 학습 습관은 오개념 형성에 영향을 주었으며, 형성된 오개념은 대학생이 되어도 지속적으로 나타나는 경향이 있었다. We investigated the understanding of pre-service science teacher about the chemistry concept of middle school curriculum using some items in National Assessment of Educational Achievement and analyzed the result according to background variables of pre-service science teacher. The result was that there were some pre-service science teachers who select incorrect answer at all items, pre-service science teachers don't fully understand the concept needed to solve item. And the percentage of correct answer at some items was low regardless of selection of chemistry as an elective subject at CSAT(College Scholastic Ability Test). We found some facts through the depth interviews to find the cause of the result. First, the misconception acquired in middle school days is tend not to change until college student. Second, the formation of misconception is affected by the study habit with which solve problem by simple calculation and memory without essential understanding. Third, the study habit with which solve problem by simple calculation and memory without essential understanding could not replace misconceptions acquired in middle school days with scientific concept regardless of selection of chemistry as an elective subject at CSAT.
예비 사회진출자의 졸업 후 주거에 대한 기대 및 주거비 부담에 대한 인식

The purpose of this study was to explore college students' expectations on post-college housing and sources of finance to afford housing costs; and perception of housing cost burden. Between May 28, 2012, and June 17, 2012, a questionnaire survey was conducted to undergraduate students in university-A located in non-capital region and 465 useable responses were collected. Major findings are as follows: (1) About 60% of respondents expected to live apart from their parents or relatives within two years from college graduation; (2) Majority of respondents who expected to live apart from their parents or relatives expected to rent housing units and compact non-traditional housing types such as studio units; (3) Major source of finance the respondents expected to afford post-college housing costs was financial supports from their parents and families; (4) Housing cost burden were perceived to have influence even on job decision and respondents with lower parents' income perceived housing cost burden more influential; and (5) In spite of respondents' low financial independence to afford post-college housing costs, finding housing units in areas with relatively lower housing costs seemed not to be an important consideration when choosing post-college housing.

This study was aimed to explore housing costs and housing cost burdens of early-career young renter households in Seoul Metropolitan area. Between March 10 and April 24, 2014, an online questionnaire survey was conducted to young professionals in Seoul Metropolitan area living apart from their parents. Among the responses collected, this study analyzed 476 useable responses from renter households. Major findings were as follows: (1) Jeon-se renters' deposit was average 2.24 times their annual income; deposit of monthly renters with deposit was average 6.7 times their monthly income and their monthly rent was 18.6 percent of their monthly income; and monthly rent of monthly renters without deposit was about 23 percent of their monthly income; (2) thirty percent of the respondents were found to have housing cost burden paying 25 percent or more of their income for rental costs; and (3) about 55 percent received parental supports to pay current housing costs. The study findings implies that it is critical to extend provision of affordable housing units with small or no deposit for beginning-stage professionals.

The functions and uses of existing buildings are not properly changing as modern life needs. As a result, the frequent reconstruction(construction after removal) of existing buildings have been done but it became more and more difficult because of strengthening of regulations and systems concerning construction. And also it has several disadvantages like lower plot ratio and site coverage than existed buildings, enormous construction cost, production of waste-construction materials and thoughtless consumption of natural resources, which gives rise to environmental pollution. Therefore renovation is brought to the fore. In Korea, many business buildings were constructed in 1960s-1970s, during the period of high growth. Such buildings needs to be repaired in whole. It is caused by the change of social, economic, and cultural conditions and deterioration of equipments. Therefore renovation meets some necessary conditions; recovery of building functions and extension of building life span. In case study, the present state of renovation in business buildings is 1) Basic safety, for example, fire prevention and crime prevention, is great important. 2) Advanced technology, INS(international news service), IBS(Intelligent Building System), and internationalization, is pursued for adapting to multimedia ages. 3) It tries to promote proficiency, and to save the energy using spatial environment and natural energy(light and sound). Also, improving comfortable level of users and installing equipments for physically handicapped person needs to be considered.
