Notre travail consiste a` examiner,en analysant les images concernant l'enfance, le rapport entre l'homme et le monde,et a` expliquer leur signification dans cet ouvrage. D'apre`s Gaston Bachelard, l'enfance est comme un ve´ritable arche´type du bonheur qui est une ouverture au monde et une invitation au monde. Dans ce petit cahier, nous constaterons que l'enfance est en effet la cle´ nous permettant de nous rouvrir le monde myste´rieiux et qu'elle se re´ve`le comme une source du bonheur de vivre et le facteur de l'accord poe´tique entre la vie d'homme et l'univers.

H.Eyring과 그의 공동 연구자들이 발전시킨 액체이론$^{(1-3)}$에 따라서 할로겐화 메틸의 분배함수를 구하였으며 이에 포함된 parameters은 장세헌과 그의 공동 연구자들이 개정한 방법$^{(4)}$에 따라서 구하였다. 이 분배함수로부터 여러가지 열역학적 양들을 계산하여 실험치와 비교하여 본 결과 매우 잘 맞었다. The partition function of liquid methyl chloride and methyl bromide are developed by applying the significant structure theory of liquid.$^{(1-3)}$ The parameters therein are determined by the modified significant structure theory of liquid.$^{(4)}$ The molar volume, the vapor pressure, and the entropy of vaporization of the liquids are calculated over a wide temperature range. The critical properties for the liquids are also calculated. The results show good agreement with experimental observations.

Such osmotic drug delivery systems are based on osmosis, the diffusion of water transversely from a medium with a low osmotic pressure to a medium with a high osmotic pressure for the controlled delivery of active agents. In this review, U.S. Patents on osmotic drug delivery analyze 261 patents until December 2001. These devices form now a major market of drug delivery products. Because of their advantage and innovate idea, it appears that the future of oral drug delivery market in Korea is promising.

For last several decades, the functional regeneration in spinal cord injured by accident or damage have reported a few success because of the inability of central neurons to regenerate correct function. Based on the rapid growth in the research for stem cell in biology field, many researcher have focused on regenerative medicine using neural stem cell existing in CNS. Although neural stem cells have the self cloning ability and multipotont that can form specific cells in CNS, the many studies for basic property of stem cells such as control for differentiation of stem cells, development of injured spinal cord model, and the evaluation of the functional regeneration as well as isolation, harvest, or amplification of stem cells are necessary to examine in the clinical view. In this review, we describe the isolation and culture of neural stem cells, as well as the functional regeneration of the injured spinal cord by regeneration of CNS via transplantation of stem cells. In addition, future prospect for the development in therapy of neurodegenerative diseases based on stem cell engineering also demonstrate.
