적응 IIR 대역 통과 필터와 적응 신호 발생 회로의 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, digital adaptive IIR band pass filter and its corresponding adaptive signal generation circuit are derived based on pole angle, center frequency, pole radius and angle and pole radius and center frequency, respectively. In order to avoid divergence of an applied system, adaptive parameter update algorithm was obtained by multiplying three terms, which are output from the adaptive filter, output from adaptive signal and constant. An effect of the constant was observed through a normalized distribution of an output noise from the adaptive signal generation circuit for the band pass filter. A criteria generated from the graphical comparison of the derived noise distribution and its computer simulation result is used for selecting the constant which keeps from a system divergence. Therefore, this criteria is suggested for design of the digital adaptive IIR band pass filter, which stabilizes a given system.

A spread spectrum(ss) communication system has a lot of advantage, such as realization of asynchronous code division multiplexing(CDM), robutness to narrow-band interference, imulse noise, privacy function, and so on. We have considered utilization of these advantage to develop a local area network(LAN) using such a transmission channel as a power-line. In this paper, we investigate its performance by constructing a LAN using SS technique.

This paper proposes a design techinque of dynamic stabilization controller for the intrinsic unstable inverted pendulum system. Mathematical modelling with the more complex nonlineaity and the stabilized control theory presented by C.D. Johnson are adapted to this system by using the stage-space approach. And the stabilized controller with the designed optimal regulator type which can be fastly tracked and can be accurately counteracted against all effects of the constant disturbances and the parameteric variations is sumulated and is implemented successfully on the microcomputer.
고주파플라즈마CVD법에 의한 Diamond 박막의 성장과 특성

고주파플라즈마 CVD법으로 CH₄와 H₂의 혼합가스로부터 실리콘과 석영기판 위에 다이아몬드 임자와 박막을 성장시켰다. 기판과 기판지지대 사이에 금속판을 삽입함으로써 기판의 온도와 성장된 박막의 두께를 비교적 균일하게 할 수 있었다. 방전전력이 같은 경우 성장된 박막의 형태는 반응관 압력을 증가시킴에 따라 자형면을 가진 업자로부터 미립자 또는 구상의 입자로 변화되었다. H₂와 CH₄의 혼합가스로부터 Si기판 위에 다이아몬드 박막을 성장시키는 경우, CH₄ 농도가 0.5vol% 이하가 되어야만 양질의 다이아몬드 박막을 성장시킬 수 있었다. 성장된 다이아몬드 박막은 SEM, XRD 및 Raman 분광기를 사용하여 평가하였다. The diamond particles and films were deposited on Si and qurtz substrate from CH₄-H₂ mixed gas by using RF plasma CVD. The temperature of substrate and the thickness of films deposited on Si substrate were uniformly kept up by inserting metal plate between substrate and substrate holder. On increasing the reaction pressure in the same discharge power, the morphologies of films were changed from well-defined films to micro-crystal or ball-like. When diamond films were deposited on Si substrate from CH₄-H₂ mixed gas, we obtained well-defined diamond films at lower concentration than 0.5vol% of CH₄/H₂. The deposited diamond films were identified by SEM, XRD and Raman spectroscopy.
