METHOD. In league from 1997, extracting 10 athletes in Judo and10 athletes in Tae Kwon Do of high school who wan a high prize, measured, compared and analyzed basic athletic capacity about six athletes in Judo and six athletes in Tae Kwon Do. 3. RESULT 1) In a comparison about muscular power. Inspecting an average difference between Judo and Tae Kwon Do T=0.32(this to talled up to 0.32), therefore significant degree appeared 0.70<p<0.80 and the significance concerned with an average difference appeared small. But seeing the result that 1 measured capacity. It appeared that Judo was the same superior in capacity. 2) In a comparison about momentary power, inspecting an average difference between Judo and Tae Kwon Do, T=1.42(this totalled up to 1.42) therefore significant degree appeared 0.05<p< 0.10 and there appeared no difference about an average but the coefficient of interrelation was 0.32 and there appeared an interrelation. Tae Kwon Do appeared stronger than Judo in momentary power. 3) In a comparison about flexibility, inspecting and average difference between Judo and Tae Kwon Do T=0.48 (this totalled up to 0.48) therefore significant degree appeared 0.60<p<0.70 and a significance concerned with average difference appeared small but in the result that 1 measured capacity. It appeared that Tae Kwon Do was some superior in capacity in flexibility. 4) In a comparison about agility, inspecting an average difference between Judo and Tae Kwon Do T=0.88(this totalled up to 0.88) therefore significant degree appeared 0.30 <p<0.40, there appeared no significance about an average difference, there was an equal in the capacity to exercise of both groups. It appeared that Tae Kwon Do was some superior. 5) In a comparison about balance, inspecting and average difference between Judo and Tae Kwon Do T=0.61(this totalled up to 0.61) therefore significant degree appeared 0.50<p<0.60 and there appeared no significance about an average difference but generally seeing the result of the capacity to exercise Judo appeared some superior. 6) In a comparison about endurance, inspecting and average difference between Judo and Tae Kwon Do T=1.27(this totalled up to 1.27) therefore significant degree appeared 0.10<p<0.20 there appeared no significance about an average difference seeing the result of the capacity to exercise, Judo appeared some superior. 7) When we investigated the fact which was above-mentioned, the significant degree about average difference of interrelation appeared little. Tae Kwon Do appeared superior in momentary agility, power, flexibility and education. Bur Judo appeared superior in muscular strength, blance, muscular power. There seeing a measurement of the capacity to exercise. There was a probability of hypotheses all proving.
A Case of Transient Central Diabetes Insipidus after Aorto-Coronary Bypass Operation

Diabetes insipidus (DI) is characterized by excessive urination and thirst. This disease results from inadequate output of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) from the pituitary gland or the absence of the normal response to ADH in the kidney. We present a case of transient central DI in a patient who underwent a cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). A 44-yr-old male underwent a CABG operation. An hour after the operation, the patient developed polyuria and was diagnosed with central DI. The patient responded to desmopressin and completely recovered five days after surgery. It is probable that transient cerebral ischemia resulted in the dysfunction of osmotic receptors in the hypothalamus or hypothalamus-pituitary axis during CPB. It is also possible that cardiac standstill altered the left atrial non-osmotic receptor function and suppressed ADH release. Therefore, we suggest that central DI is a possible cause of polyuria after CPB.

This study presents a transfer impedance-based structural health monitoring(SHM) technique. In other to verify the feasibility of the proposed SHM technique, loose bolt detection using MFC(Macro Fiber Composites) type-piezoelectric impedance sensors is investigated. With this investigation, transfer impedances according to a specific frequency range can be measured through the ratio of the magnitudes between input and output voltages. By comparing and analyzing the transfer impedances before and after loose bolt damage, it is demonstrated that the proposed technique can be effectively utilized for real-time SHM applications.
