Objectives : The propose of this study was to observe the correlation between Cervical hypolordosis and radiological result. Methods : We randomly selected among the 110 patients with X-ray and C-spine MRI films who have visited Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine with neck pain. Radiographic measures of cervical lordosis and herniated disc were collected, and statistically analyzed. Results : In this study, if the finding of a X-ray showed straightening of cervical lordotic curve, based on MRI finging, the amount of herniation was more severe. Conclusions : There was a significant correlation between Cervical hypolordosis and herniated disc. Hypolordosis group complained a severe herniated disc.

PKI을 기반으로한 하이브리드 메시징 시스템 설계 및 구현

본 논문은 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)를 기반으로 기존의 일반 우편과 전자 메일을 통합한 하이브리드 메시징 시스템 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 사용자는 웹 브라우져 상에서 메일을 작성하여 웹서버로 전송하고, CGI(Common Gateway Interface)프로그램은 웹 서버를 통해 받은 메일을 우체국 전자 메일 서버로 SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)를 이용하여 전송한다. 관내 우체국에 설치된 하이브리드 메시징 시스템의 후처리 프로그램은 자신의 관내 우체국에서 처리해야할 메일을 POP3(Post Office Protocol 3)프로토콜로 가지고 오고 인쇄한 후 배달한다. 또한 사용자는 인증 기관으로부터 받은 서명 비밀키를 이용하여 전송할 메일을 서명할 수 있으며 우체국 웹서버의 공개키를 이용하여 전송한 메일을 암호화한다. The paper is a design and implementation of the Hybrid Messaging System as integrating electronic mail system and common mail system based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure), A user writes mail through Web Browser and sends the mail to Web Server. CGHCommon Gateway Interface) program sends the mail that was received through the Web Sever to Post Office Electronic Mail Server using SMTP(SimpleMail Transfer Protocol), The End Process program of the Hybrid Messaging System in a Post Office fetches the mail from the Post Office Electronic Mail Server using POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3), prints it and deliver it to recipients, Also, the Hybrid Messaging System is able to sign the mail with a sign private key that the Certificate Authority publics for users and encrypts the mail with a public key of the Post Office Web Server.

의치 재이장 재료와 금속의치상간의 결합력에 관한 연구

Relining and rebasing are essential for long-term success and oral health in removable prosthodontics. Major features of failures between metal base and relining resins are adhesive failure due to lack of chemical bonding. The purpose of this study was to find a better metal primer and metal surface treatment method that enhance the bonding strength with relining resin materials. The surfaces of ticonium alloys were treated with $25{\mu}m$ sandblasting (Group A), stone wheel(Group B), stone wheel and EZ oxisor(Group C), $75{\mu}m$ sandblasting(Group D) and EZ oxisor application after $75{\mu}m$ sandblasting(Group E). They were subdivided into no primer application (Group I), MR bond application(Group II) and Metafast bonding liner (Group III). Then specimens were completed though being bonded with relining resins. The specimens were stored in $38^{\circ}C$ water for 48 hours and tensile strength was measured using the universal testing machine. The results were as follows, 1. Primer application groups showed higher bond strength than no primer application group(p<0.05). 2. In comparison with primer application groups, MR bond group showed higher bond strength than Meta fast bonding liner application group(p<0.05). 3. In comparison with surface treatment methods, Bond strengths of group A and B were significantly different with group C, D, and E, and group C were significantly different with group D, and E in no primer application group()(0.05). In primer application groups, group A, B, C were significantly different with group D and E(p<0.05). According to results of this study, Metal primer application and metal surface roughening were considered to be advantageous for relining of metal base dentures.

At present, the index of chemical oxygen demand (COD) is widely used as an indicator of organic water pollution with biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). But, traditional COD measurement method are not only with various chemical reagents exhausted, but also long time consumed, the operation procedure and the modification are much professional. This paper reported a novel COD measurement system using double-beam and multiple wavelength analysis UV-VIS spectrometries. It consists of pulsed xenon lamp, two way optical fiber, optical switch, spectrometer and main processor. Proposed COD measurement system obtains any spectral information of water sample (KHP standard sample and two river water and wastewater) and reference sample (distilled water) in the range of 200~520 nm, corresponding to the COD concentration from 0 to 300 mg/L through calculating the UV absorbance. The system show improved precision and can work continuously fast at time interval about 25 seconds.

Background: Compared to the frequency of occurrence of pre-auricular skin tag, cervical chondrocutaneous branchial remnants is one of congenital, benign neck masses that is very rare all over the world. Most of these rare anomalies are reported in case reports and especially, rare cases of unilateral cervical chondrocutaneous branchial remnants have been reported in Korean. Materials & Methods: A 9-year-old male patient visited the hospital on September 2017 for a rod-shaped mass. As a simultaneous diagnosis and treatment method, complete surgical excision was executed. Results: Excised mass was 0.5cm in diameter, 1.2cm in. Histologically, a hyaline and elastic cartilage was found in the core. As a family history, the same remnant was found in the right Anterior neck area of his mother. Conclusion: In this case, it is possible to diagnose and treat simply at the same time and even an optimal aesthetic result can be obtained.

사법연수원 과정이 공익적 관심을 갖고 있던 예비법조인들에게 미치는 영향

“유전무죄 무전유죄”로 요약할 수 있는 국민들의 사법불신이 계속되고 있는 한국에서 법조계는 고수익 전문직으로 선망의 대상이기도 하지만 기득권 층을 대변하는 집단으로도 인식되고 있다. 이처럼 명암이 교차하는 법조계로, 대학생 시절 공익적 관심을 갖고 학생운동(혹은 인권활동)에 참여하던 많은 학생들이 뛰어들었다. 그렇다면 이들은 법조인이 되어가는 과정에서 어떤 가치관 혹은 시각의 변화를 겪게 될 것인가? 이들이 겪게 되는 여러 단계의 법조인 양성과정 중에서 필자가 사법연수원 과정을 연구대상으로 삼은 까닭은 사법연수원 과정에 들어서야 비로소 본격적으로 현직법조인들과의 대면을 통해 법조계를 알아가게 되며, 직업선택에 대한 고민을 시작하게 되기 때문이었다. 필자는 16명의 사법연수원을 수료한 법조인들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 수행하였고 그 결과를 분석하여 아래와 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 사법연수원 과정은 i) 판사양성 위주의 시스템으로 구성되어 있어 사법연 수생들이 판검사를 롤 모델로 삼게 만든다. ii) 또한 사법연수원 과정을 통해 공익적 관심을 갖고 있던 사법연수생들은 민변계 로펌들의 성격 변화, 그리고 변호사 자격만으로는 과거처럼 넉넉한 생활수준을 유지하면서 공익활동을 병행하는 것이 어렵다는 사실을 알게 된다. 뿐만 아니라 사법연수원 수료 후곧바로 실무가로 활동을 하기엔 법적 전문성이 부족하다는 점을 깨닫기도 하며, 법조계의 여러 직업들에 대해 보다 많은 정보를 획득하게 되면서 연수원에 들어오기 전에는 생각하지 않았던 직업을 선택하게 된다. iii) 또한 치열한성적경쟁, 정치참여가 제한된 공무원으로서의 지위, 소비수준의 상승 및 부양 가족의 발생, 주변의 기대와 지위욕의 발견이란 측면에서 애초에 갖고 있던 공익적 관심이 쇠퇴하게 된다. ⅳ) 공익적 관심을 유지하는 데 도움이 될 만한 법조윤리 수업이나 외부특강, 법률봉사활동, 전문분야실무수습이 연수원 교과과정에 존재하고, 자신이 열의만 있다면 학회활동 등에 참가할 수 있긴 하지만, 모두 여러 한계점들을 갖고 있기에 애초의 공익적 관심을 유지하기란 쉽지 않다는 점을 알 수 있었다. In South Korea, legal profession is a job with high income which everybody admires. On the other hand, legal profession is considered to be representing only the interests of the haves. With these mixed attitude towards legal profession, those who participated actively in the social movement while they were university students have chosen to be legal profession. What kind of change they might experience? This is the main research question of this paper. I tried to answer this question by looking at socialization process in Judicial Research and Training Institute (JRTI hereinafter). My finding is as follows. First, JRTI was originally designed to train people who passed the Korean Bar Exam to become judges. Such character still remains. Therefore, trainees begin to think judge as their role model. Second, trainees begin to find out that it is hard for them to maintain their socioeconomic status high enough while participating actively in the public interest practice due to the fierce competition between the lawyers and law firms. Third, trainees who are faced with graduation, find themselves still incompetent to do the actual legal practice well, so they choose the job where they can learn from senior legal professionals. Fourth, they begin to get much more knowledge about the merits and shortcomings of various jobs in the legal profession. Fifth, trainees concern about public interest begin to decline due to i) the fierce competition among trainees to get good grades, ii) limitation on public servant s participation in politics, iii) rising consumption, iv) becoming a breadwinner, v) willingness to become a person with high socioeconomic status. Sixth, although there are many programs such as legal ethics class or externship programs or societies which people gather to share their interest concerning human rights issues, such programs had a difficulties in promoting and sustaining people s concern for public interest due to people s willingness to get good grades etc.

호메로스의 휴머니티 -『오뒷세이아』의 구혼자 살육을 중심으로-

본고의 목표는 구혼자들의 악행의 본질이, 영웅의 재산과 아내에 대한 그들의 탐욕에 있는 것이 아니라, 인간가치에 대한 전면적인 파괴라는 것을 보이는 것이다. 이해를 돕기 위해, 구혼자들과 많은 유사성을 보이는 폴뤼페모스와의 비교연구가 이루어질 것이다. 한편, 인간가치를 파괴하고, 신들처럼 살고자 하는 구혼자들의 욕구를 이해함으로써, 민담이나 기타 구송 귀향시에 등장하는 남편의 승리와는 근본적으로 다른, 오뒷세우스의 복수의 의미를 좀 더 깊은 차원에서 이해하고자 한다. 구혼자들은 이타카의 실질적인 지배자들로서, 신과 인간을 능멸하며, 인간의 행위를 지배하는 모든 규범들을 무시한다. 그들은 신들과 인간의 경계를 무시한 채, 마치 신들처럼 행세한다. 따라서, 오뒷세우스와 구혼자들의 전투는 인간조건과 인간의 삶을 두고 대립하는 자들의 대결로 파악할 수 있으며, 이는 양립할 수 없는 두 가치의 충돌이다. Homer portrays the crisis of Ithaca by disclosing the evil nature of the suitors. The discussion helps us to understand the quintessence of their evil deeds as a total destruction of human values, not a mere greed on the hero’s possessions and his wife. For a better understanding, it will be discussed through the comparison with Polyphemus who shares many similarities with the suitors. Once their goal is disclosed, we readers view a wider spectrum of the meaning of Odysseus’ revenge on them, which is fundamentally different from any other triumph of a long missing husband in traditional return songs. As de facto rulers of Ithaca (1.394), they ignore gods and men, neglecting all the rules that govern human conduct (1.405-12, 2. 85-128, 2.178- 207, 2.243-56). They blur the boundaries between men and gods. When the suitors are first introduced in the Telemachy, they behave as if they were gods, beyond human limits (1.159-60). They provoke divine anger (1.224-9). Beyond a mere matter of recovery of a throne or restoration of oikos, the confrontation between Odysseus and the suitors should be seen on a deeper level: this is a conflict between two incompatible sets of values, which cannot end unless one or the other party is exterminated.
