When the phase change material(PCM) is used inside the heat storage tank, the storage capacity of energy per volume will be increased causing it to be miniaturized. The reason is that the PCM uses latent heat produced by the phase change. However, during the phase change process, the crystallization may occur on the surface of the pipe, which causes the reduction of heat transfer rate. The purpose of this experiment is to enhance the heat transfer by adding the MWCNT and Graphite to the existing PCM. In this study, the Stearic Acid Tech(SAT) was used as the PCM. Using this, inlet and outlet temperature differences are measured to evaluate the effect of MWCNT on the heat storage performance enhancement. It is found that Graphite is a better candidate than MWCNT for thermal storage application.

The purpose of this study was to analyze student‘s metacognition interaction based on a robot lesson. For this research as an analytical metacognition interaction tool was utilized. The results of this study revealed that, first, elementary school students had more metacognition interaction in middle learning levels but middle school students had more in the low learning level. Second, in the low learning level, middle school students revised the initiated goal strategy of the robot lesson. Third, in all learning levels, students showed much diagnosis and assesment metacognition interaction in the robot lesson. According to this study’s results, the robot lesson has a positive effect in facilitating diagnosis meta cognition for processing of task performance. These results could provide effective cues and information on how to improve the robot lesson.
가상현실 플랫폼 <로블록스>를 활용한 앙트러프러너십 기반 문제해결 콘텐츠 제작 교육 사례 연구

이 연구는 중학생들을 대상으로 메타버스 콘텐츠 제작 교육을 실시했다. 문제 해결 교육 방법 가운데 하나인 앙트러프러너십 교육 프로세스를 적용하여 공감적 문제 발견, 문제 원인 분석, 해결책 찾기 후 프로토타이핑 방법으로 메타버스 상에서 실제 해결책을 구현하는 과정으로 진행하였다. 학생들은 게임으로만 알고 있던 로블록스에서 문제 해결 아이디어를 구현할 수 있다는 것에 흥미를 갖고 적극적으로 참여하였다. 이 수업은 학생들이 상상하던 문제 해결책을 가상현실 상에서 직접 제작할 수 있다는 점을 보여 주었다. 이 연구는 학생들이 메타버스를 활용하게 되면 현실에서 실행하기 어려운 문제 해결 교육을 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 기반으로 메타버스를 활용한 다양한 문제해결 교육 프로그램이 만들어질 수 있기를 기대한다. This study provided metaverse content production for middle school students. Specifically, the process of discovering empathy, analysis of problem analysis, finding solutions, and metaverse by applying the entrepreneurship education training process. The students were interested in the metaverse platform Roblox and actively participated. And it was amazing that Roblox, who only knew it as a game, could implement a problem solving idea. The training program showed that it was possible to produce the problem -solving solution contents that students imagined using Roblox. We look forward to seeing more content education that can be used as metaverse by developing more programs like this.

Recently the unexpected damage is broken out by the unusal change of weather. Misfortune on top of misfortune the typhoon did great damage again before finishing the repair work. And then we should study about the repair work of fast and safety as well as the construction of safety. The paper suggests the case study of a fast disaster restoration work. To minimise the term of repair work which selects Fast Track Method. This work is pocessed as follows. Temporary resortation is progressed at the same time as the main resortation. And In this paper, technique to evaluate the capacity of bridge is tried to develop by means of FEM analysis.

A humidity sensor using porous silicon layer as humidity-sensing material is developed. Its structure was designed monolithically to be compatible to the integrated circuit technology, and the porous silicon layer was formed on p-type wafers with the low resistivity of 0.01 Ωcm to be stable mechanically. Proto-type sensors were fabricated using processes such as localized formation of porous silicon, oxidation of porous silicon layer, and etching of oxidized porous silicon layer. The dependence of capacitance on relative humidity was measured at room temperature, where the capacitance increased from 0.3 nF to 1nF for the relative humidity of 55 to 90% over.
불화수소의 농도를 달리하여 형성된 다공질 실리콘층을 이용한 습도 센서의 특성에 관한 연구

불화수소 용액의 농도를 달리하여 형성된 다공질 실리콘층을 이용한 습도 센서를 제조하고, 그 특성을 측정하였다. 제조된 센서의 구조는 집적화에 용이하도록 설계되었으며, 형성된 다공질 실리콘은 기계적 안정도가 좋은 0.01 Ωcm의 낮은 비저항을 갖는 p+-웨이퍼를 사용하였다. 센서는 국부적인 다공질 실리콘층의 형성, 다공질 실리콘 산화막의 형성과 에칭공정을 이용하여 제작하였다. 각각 25와 35%의 불화수소 용액에서 만든 센서로부터 상대습도에 대한 정전용량을 상온에서 측정하였으며, 상대적으로 높은 다공도를 보이는 25%의 불화수소용액에서 만든 시료에서 35%의 시료보다 정전용량이 높게 관측되었다. 그리고 상대 습도가 55에서 90%이상으로 변화시켰을 때 정전용량의 크기는 단조적으로 증가하였다. Proto-type sensors were fabricated using processes such as localized formation of porous silicon, oxidation of porous silicon layer, and etching of oxidized porous silicon layer. The dependence of the capacitance on the relative humidity was measured at room temperature for 25% and 35% HF samples, respectively. As the result, the capacitance from 25% HF samples was observed to be higher than that of 35% HF samples due to higher porosity, and to increase monotonously for the relative humidity of 55 to 90% over.
