        일 지역 간호여대생과 일반여대생의 성 지식, 태도, 경험 및 교육 요구 비교

        This study was focused on comparing the knowledge, attitudes and experiences in sex and the needs for sex education of nursing students and non-nursing students. The subjects of this study were 403 female students who attended 4 universities in Busan. The data was collected from November 2002 to December, and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard variance, t-test and Chi-square. The results were as follows: 1. The mean score of sex knowledge of the nursing students was 13.29 and the non-nursing students's was 11.11. There was a difference(p=0.000) between nursing and non-nursing students in the sex knowledge. 2. The mean score of sex attitude of nursing and non-nursing students was 25.64, 26.65 respectively. There was no statistical difference. 3. 61.8% of the nursing students and 62.3% of the non-nursing students had experienced a relation with the opposite sex. Kissing experience was 59.9%, 61.8% and masturbation was 9.5%, 9.2% respectively. Sexual intercourse was 5.3%, 11.9% and contraception was 1.9%, 8.2% respectively. Among these experience, sexual intercourse and contraception experience rate were different(p=0.017, p=0.002 respectively) between nursing and non-nursing students. 4. Of 19 sexual education contents, only ‘the dignity of life’ showed a difference. That is, more nursing students(92.9%) wanted to know about ‘the dignity of life’ than non-nursing students(85.7%). Among the respondent's needs on the sexual education contents, ‘Contraception’ was rated first and followed by ‘Sex psychology of men and women’, ‘Pregnancy’, ‘Prevention of sexual crime’ and ‘Sexually transmitted diseases’. Most of the respondents(95.8%) wanted sex education introduced in the first year of university, and presented as a special class. Specifically, 50.0% of the students wanted the education to be more realistic and systemic. With the above results, when university faculties are sexual educating to university students, they have to aware of the difference of target students. And they need to stress more realistic and specific aspect of sexual education learning rather than theoretical teaching.

        Zonation and soil factors of salt marsh halophyte communities

        Background: The structures and soil factors of Suaeda glauca-Suaeda japonica zonal communities and Phragmites australis-S. japonica zonal communities were studied in salt marshes of west and south coasts of South Korea to provide basic data for coastal wetland conservation and restoration. Results: S. glauca community mean length was 67 m and S. japonica community mean length was 567 m in zonal communities, and P. australis and S. japonica community mean length were 57 m and 191 m in zonal communities. Regarding the electrical conductivity, sodium content, and clay contents in Upnae-ri, Shinan-gun, there were significant differences among zonal communities at significance level of 0.05 for two-sided t test. However, other factors were not significantly different. Conclusions: The results indicate that multiple factors such as electronic conductivity, total nitrogen level, clay, and sodium might play important roles in the formation of zonal plant communities of salt marshes.

      • 한국 아동의 서열개념 발달 : Piaget의 이론에 근거하여

        본 연구의 목적은 한국아동의 서열개념 발달을 Piaget의 이론에 근거하여 검증하는 데 있다. 실험대상으로는 만 4세부터 7세까지의 아동을 남녀 각각 10명씩 무선표집하여 선정하였으며, 본 연구에서 사용한 도구는 Lavatelli에 의해 제작된 서열개념 교육을 위한 것이었다. 실시 방법은 피험자와 연구자 1:1면접을 통해서 하였고 얻어진 자료는 내용분석하여 x^2과 t로 각각 검증하였다. 본 연구는 실험결과를 요약하여 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 아동들에게도 Piaget가 제시한 서열개념 발달단계와 동일하게 발달한다. 둘째, 서열개념의 발달에서 성별에 따른 차이는 없었다.

        『汾陽頌古』에 관한 一考

        당대에 성립된 조사선은 언어의 체계가 전하는 상징으로 도달하거나 해석을 필요로 하지 않는 조사의 직설로서 깨달음의 세계를 드러내는 새로운 언어체계를 구사하게 되었다. 조사선의 가풍은 송대에 이르러 조사의 어구를 古則으로 하여 詩․書로서 拈, 頌, 徵, 代, 別, 歌, 着語, 垂示, 示衆, 廣語, 晩參法語 등과 같은 형식을 포함한 ‘공안집’을 이루었다. 특히 단편적 게송과 고칙을 합친 문학이라고 하여 頌古文學이라고 하는데, 종지종풍에 요긴한 얼마간의 古則을 모아 비슷한 형식의 게송을 붙인 최초의 頌古의 시도는 臨濟宗 汾陽善昭로부터 비롯되었다. 汾陽善昭에 이어 雲門의 4대 손인 雪竇重顯 (980~1052)도 景德傳燈錄 에서 參學者 들에게 참고가 될 만한 禪話 100則을 뽑아 종지를 드날리는 雲門의 頌古를 보태어 頌古百則』1권과 拈古百則』1권을 엮었다. 雪竇重顯의 송고는 汾陽의 頌古보다 시적인 아름다움이 넘쳐 문학적 가치가 높았지만 분양은 송고의 전개나 고칙의 배열에 있어서 송고를 통하여 자종인 임제종의 종지종풍의 드러내고자 하였다. 人天眼目』2권에서도 정의한 바, 임제의 종요를 방편에 따라 3구, 3현, 3요의 전개와 10智同眞, 18가지 질문으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 특히, 임제는 구체적으로 3구와 3현, 3요의 제접한 것이 그의 어록에서는 명료하지 않으나 분양에 의해 3현과 3요를 학인에게 직접 전개하였다. 임제가 宗要를 들어 보임에 一句語에는 三玄과 三要가 있고 여기에는 權과 用이 있다고만 하였지만 방편과 요건을 가장 적확하게 보편적인 일상사를 드러낸 것이다. 조사의 5가 종풍이 개창한 이래 일상의 주변사 도처에서 살아 숨 쉬는 일구로 회귀시킨 선사가 바로 분양선소이다. 자칫 관념으로 빠져들 수 있는 三句의 一句가 화두 속에서의 사구가 될 수도 있었지만 그는 송고를 통하여 활발발한 조사의 견해를 시의적적한 활구의 게송으로 조사의 생명을 이은 면목을 놓쳐서는 안 될 것이다. 금래 간화선수행의 대중화에 따라 일어나고 있는 논쟁과 병통이 이와 같은 일구의 안목에 귀의하고 정진하여 이언절려의 경계가 드러나야 할 것으로 보며 송고로서 드러내는 조사의 견처를 살펴보았다. Josaseon(祖師禪, Buddhist Patriarch's seon) founded in Dang dynasty established the new linguistic system with the indicative speech that does not require symbols and interpretations needed in the existing system. In Song dynasty, the family of Josaseon formed 'the Collection of Gong-Ans(公案集)' by taking the words of the founders of Buddhist Patriarch(JoSa, 祖師) into Go-Cheek(古則). This collection also included poetry and literature such as Nyum (拈), Song(頌), Jing(徵), Dae(代), Byur(別), Ga(歌), Chyack-Oe(着語), Soo-Si(垂示), Si-Joong(示衆), Kwang-Oe (廣語), ManCham-BubOe(晩參法語). Especailly Song-Go literature(頌古文學), the combined literature of short pieces of Gye-Song(偈頌, Gatha) and Go-Cheek(古則), was initiated by Linchi-school(臨濟宗) BoonYangSeonSo(汾陽善昭) who collected several Go-Cheeks essential to the main teachings of his sector, classified them based on their forms and combined them altogether for the first time.In the contemporary era as BoonYang, SeolDuJoongHyun (雪竇重顯, 980-1052) in the fourth Yün-Mên(雲門) generation selected 100 zen conversations that would help disciples with their study of Buddhism. He added those conversations to Yün-Mên's Song-Go and completed SongGo- a hundred Cheek I(頌古百則 1) }and NyumGo a hundred Cheek I(拈古百則 1) }in order to bring Yün-Mên's important teachings to light. His Song-Go is considered very valuable in literature because it is thought to be poetically more beautiful than BoonYang's Song-Go. BoonYang, however, expressed his intention to show the main teachings of his own sector Lin-chi school in the organization of Song-Go and the arrangement of Go-Cheek. As described in『YinCheonAnMok II(人天眼目 2卷)』, the heart of Linchi‘s teaching can be divided into the development of The three phrase(三句), The three profound idea(三玄), and The three gist(三要), Ten wisdom into nature(十智同眞), and eighteen questions according to the expediencies(十八種問). Linchi's analects do not clearly show that he used The three phrase(三句), The three profound idea(三玄), and The three gist(三要) in teaching his disciples. However, The three profound idea(三玄), and The three gist(三要) were proven to be used as a direct teaching method by BoonYang. In other words, BoonYang indicated that the expediencies and conditions are the most accurate and common daily events. Since the initiation of the five family tradition of Josaseon, BoonYang was the one who revived the first phrase that exists vividly in our daily life. It should be acknowledged that he saved the first phrase that could have been buried in history and succeeded his teacher's heart by keeping the teacher's teachings through Song-Go. Considering the significance of the true state of Patriarch as a solution to various arguments and problems related to recent popularization of GanHwaSeon(看話禪) practice, this article investigates Patriarch's teachings revealed through Song-Go,

      • 고흥 연안의 사구 염생식물 분포와 현존량에 관한 연구

        The coastal vegetation was classified by the Braun-Blanquet's method and the biomass was investigated at the wetland of Kohung. The vegetation of the study area was classified with 7 coastal communities as follows: Carex scabrifolia community, Suaeda maritime community, Carex kobomugi community, Tetragonia tetragonoides community, Zoysia sinica community, Vitex rotundifolia community and Phragmites communis community. Biomass was highest in Phragmites communis community(2,087g.d.w./㎡), followed by Zoysia sinica community(741g.d.w./㎡), Suaeda maritime community(535g.d.w./㎡), Vitex rotundifolia community(334g.d.w./㎡), Carex kobomugi community(267g.d.w./㎡), Carex scabrifolia community(236g.d.w./㎡) and lowest in Tetragonia tetragonoides community(195g.d.w./㎡)

        Platycodi radix saponin inhibits a-glucosidase in vitro and modulates hepatic glucose-regulating enzyme activities in C57BL/KsJ-db/db mice

        This study investigated anti-diabetic activity ofa concentrated saponin fraction from Platycodi radix (SK1)in C57BL/KsJ-db/db mice and its underlying mechanism. Mice were fed diet with 0.5 % SK1 (w/w) for 6 weeks. SK1 significantly lowered the blood glucose and glycosylatedhemoglobin levels and improved glucose and insulintolerance. The plasma and pancreatic insulin and C-peptidelevels and fecal cholesterol content were increased,whereas plasma urea nitrogen, free fatty acid and triglyceridelevels were decreased by SK1 supplementation. Glucokinase (GK) activity in the liver was significantlyhigher in the SK1 group than the control group, whereasthe glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase) activity was lower. SK1 significantly down-regulated GK mRNA expressioncompared to the control group but did not affect G6Paseand glucose transporter 2 mRNA. Phosphoenolpyruvatecarboxykinase activity and mRNA levels did not differ between groups. SK1 also markedly inhibited the smallintestinal disaccharidases activities compared to those ofcontrol db/db mice. Furthermore, SK1 was a more effectivea-glucosidase inhibitor than acarbose in vitro. Overall,these findings suggest that SK1 is a potential glucoseloweringagent that functions via inhibition of carbohydratedigestive enzyme activities and modulation of glucoseregulatingenzyme activities in db/db mice.
