        한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)의 정자발생(精子發生)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        This study was conducted in order to observe the changes in cellular associations of seminiferous tubules from 8 to 20 weeks of age and to obtain the cycle and relative duration of the seminiferous epithelia from 24 to 32 weeks of age. Twenty-eight Korean native male goats were used in the experiment and divided into 7 groups, consisting of 4 goats each, with four weeks intervals from 8 to 32 weeks of age. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Gonocytes were seen at 8 weeks of age, however they were not observed as from 12 weeks. Both type A-spermatogonia and type B-spermatogonia occurred from 8 weeks, while primary spermatocytes were found from 12 weeks. Secondary spermatocytes and spermatids appeared from 16 weeks, and increased in numbers sequentially until 32 weeks of age. Spermatozoa were observed at first at 20 weeks of age. 2. Type A-spermatogonia appeared approximately twice as many at stage 2 as compared to stage 1, while the same numbers of cells were seen in both stages 1 and 8, showing the least number among 8 stages of the cycle of the seminiferous epithelia. The type B-spermatogonia were found during the stage 5 to 8, not to be detactable during stage 1 to 4. The number of primary spermatocytes of the leptotene phase increased markedly during stage 1 to 4, and decreased afterwards. The primary spermatocytes of the pachytene phase were shown the least in number at stage 4. The secondary spermatocytes could be seen only at stage 4 and the largest number of spermatids was seen at the stage 4 among 8 stages. 3. The relative frequencies of each stage among stages 1 to 8 of the cycle of the seminiferous epithelia were 27.5, 17.5, 12.8, 5.8, 8.9, 8.3, 12.0 and 7.2% respectively. 4. Some of the nuclei of Sertoli cells transformed from the "parallel" type to the "perpendicular" type. This evolution took place from stage 1 to 6, when the number of "perpendicular" type nuclei reached a peak and the number was decreased in the rest of the stages. Thus, establishment of spermatogenesis in Korean native goats was completed at the age of 20 weeks.

        슬관절 전치환술(TKA) 환자를 대상으로 다리거상과 냉치료 적용이 부종에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of structured cryotherapy on edema of patients who had a total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods: The subjects were 58 patients who were diagnosed with osteoarthritis and had total knee arthroplasty in D hospital. In total, 29 people were in the leg elevation cryotherapy group (LECTG), 29 people were in the control group (CTG). After TKA, the patients' swelling on post operation days (POD) 3 were checked. After the post OP checking, LECTG was treated with cryotherapy with leg elevation for 12 days but CTG was cryo therapy with sit on chair. Results: Swelling show significant difference within the group (p<.05), but did not show signigicant difference between groups (p>.05). Conclusions: Base on the results, it was found the cryo therapy of $-78^{\circ}C$ improved swelling after TKA. Accordingly, it is thought that cryo therapy of $-78^{\circ}C$ has positive effect on swelling in the process of recovery after operation. but It did not approve that the leg elevation was even more effective. For this study, the reserch developed to enhance the effectiveness of the cryotherapy, would make it possible to apply to an effective cryotherapy posture.

      • 요추 추간판탈출증 환자에 대한 통합적 중재접근의 효과: 단일사례연구

        Purpose : The purpose of this case report was to examine the effects of intergrative intervention approach on a patient with lumbar herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP). Methods : The subject was a 53 years old woman with lumbar HNP. The subject received conventional physical therapy combined with exercise therapy and manual therapy. Pain on visual analog scale (VAS), finger to floor (FTF), lumbar lateral flexion, L5 motor, and straight Leg-Raising (SLR) were evaluated at baseline and after 4 weeks. Results : The change of VAS, FTF, left lateral flexion, and right lateral flexion were decreased (9 vs. 5, 41 vs, 25, 56 vs. 42, 54 vs. 41, respectively) and the change of L5 motor and SLR were increased (Fair vs. Fair+, 60 vs. 75, respectively). Conclusion : Our findings suggest that Integrative intervention may be considered in patient with lumbar HNP.

        오리 부고환(副睾丸) 및 정관(精管)의 주령별(週齡別) 조직학적(組織學的) 및 조직화학적(組織化學的) 연구(硏究)

        This study was made for the better information of the male reproductive system on the meat-type drake, Cherry Belly X White Golden. The epithelium of ductules of epididymal region and deferent duct were observed histologically and histochemically with the progress of their development. India-ink absorbability on the luminal epithelium was also investigated after the administration of India-ink. The results are as follows; 1. Rete testis and various round ductules in immature form appeared in epididymis within 6 weeks after hatching, and simple cuboidal and simple columnar epithelium were found in the epithelia of the ductules within 8 weeks after hatching. Larger ductules were found on epididymal surface which was in the developing stage near to the immature efferent ductule. From 10th to 20th week, various ductules appeared in epididymis, and developing form of efferent ductules were much more increased on epididymal surface. The luminal epithelium of the ductules were composed of ciliated simple columnar and pseudostratified ciliated columnar cells. At the same time, deferent duct appeared. From the 21th week, various ductules in epididymis became abruptly matured. Lumen of rete testis was lined by simple squamous or simple cuboidal epithelium, and that of efferent ductules, having many folds and being larger than any others were lined by pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium in which ciliated columnar cells, non-ciliated cells(clear cells) and basal cells were noted. Connecting tubules of star shaped lumen were composed of pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium in which ciliated columnar cells, nonciliated cells, and basal cells were observed. The luminal surface of epididymal ducts was smooth and has thick pseudostratified columnar epithelium which was composed of high columnar cells and basal cells. From 26th week after hatching, sperm pooling was started in various ductules. 2. From 4th to 10th week, simple cuboidal epithelium of deferent duct transformed to simple columnar epithelium with the progress of aging. At the basement of epithelium, clear round cells were noted. From 12th to 20th week, high columnar cells with enlongated nucleus were noted on the luminal border of deferent ducts, forming folds of pseuclostratified columnar epithelium. From 20th week, the deferent duct started to have septa in it's lumen and composed mainly of pseudostratified columnar epithelium, and round cells disappeared. From 20th week, the lumen diameter of deferent duct became wider with the progress of aging, but there was no difference among the values of lumen diameter in upper, middle, and lower part of deferent ducts. At 26th week, the pooling period of sperms in deferent ducts, the lumen diameter became rapidly widen, especially in the lower part of deferent ducts. Thickness of muscular layer of ductus deferens showed gradual growth within 24 weeks but did abrupt thickening from 26th week. 3. Saliva resistant PAS granules were dotted on the top of nucleus in efferent ductules epithelium but the amount of the granules were little in the connecting ductules's epithelium. The granules reactive to acid phosphatase were abundant in the some epithelial cells of efferent ductules and connecting ductules, especially above the nucleus of cells. The granules reactive to alkaline phosphatase were noted on the luminal border of efferent ductules. Parts of free border of efferent ductules and middle portion of deferent ducts were stained slightly by alcian blue technique. India ink granules were found mainly in the epithelium of efferent ductules but were few in that of connecting ductules.

        한우(韓牛)의 정자발생(精子發生)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The cycle of the seminiferous epithelia in the testis of mature Korean native cattle was divided into twelve stages, using criteria the morphological changes in the acrosomic system and the nuclei of developing spematids and germ cells. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The minimum number of tripe A spermatogonia were the average of 1.8 in both at stages I and VI, while maximum numbers were the average of 4.2 at stage XII. Some type A spermatogonia divided at stage XII to produce the type intermediate(IN) spermatogonia at following stage I. The intermediate type spermatogonia divided at stage IV to produce the type B spermatogonia at stage V. 2. The type B spermatogonia divided at stage VII to produce the preleptotene primary spermatocytes at stage XII. The pachytene primary spermatocytes divided at stage XI to produce the secondary spermatocytes at stage VII. The secondary spermatocytes observed at stag XII divided to give rise to the round spermatids at following stage I. Each numbers of the first spermatocytes and of spermatids were almost constant, respectively, through the cycle of the seminiferous epitherium. 3. The relative frequencies of each stage among stages I to XII of the cycle of the seminiferous epithelia were 6.1, 3.7, 5.2, 7.8, 2.2. 3.3, 13.8, 18.4, 11.8, 7.2, 18.1% and 2.4%, respectively.

      • CSFT-구축 수요도에 관한 조사 연구

        Purpose : The purpose of this research was to research on Needs for the Construction of the CSFT(Cluster with a Strongpoint for Field Training) on students and professors of health-related majors. Methods : We investigated 164 students and professors using a self-reporting method with experience of Field Training. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : It showed that educational satisfaction had scored 4.05 in curriculum, 4.00 in environment, 3.52 in schedule, 3.71 in evaluation and 3.71 in teaching and 3.84 in industrial-college systems for Field Training. Needs for the Construction of the CSFT had scored 4.17 in $mean{\pm}standard$ deviation. Conclusion : Characterization of Nursing, Department of Health and local health care environment and conditions, if you think the quality of education for the Department of Health Nursing, gradually, the acquisition and improvement of the base hospital is necessary. Therefore, it is considered to be institutionalized by installing the strongpoint hospital at least one in each region, so that they can contribute to the improvement of people's health.

      • 도로보급률 지표 개발과 OECD 국가간 도로스톡 비교

        최근 국내 도로 사업은 예산투자 및 시설규모가 적정수준에 도달하였거나 또는 중복 과잉 투자되고 있다는 논란이 증가함에 따라 도로의 추가적인 건설에 대한 부정적 인식이 확산되고 있는 실정이다. 실제로 최근 도로부문에 대한 2003년 약 9조 원이 투자된 이후로 지속적으로 감소하여 2007년 약 7조 3천억 원 수준으로 감소하고 있다. 도로시설이란 각 산업부문과 국민경제에 큰 영향을 끼치는 중요한 생산요소이며, 이에 대한 투자는 경제 성장에 있어 필수불가결한 요소이다. 따라서 효율적인 투자를 위해 적정 도로시설 규모를 산정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 도로보급률 관련 기존 지표와 추가 지표를 제안한 후 OECD국가들 중 적합한 비교 대상(국토계수가 유사)을 선정하여 우리나라의 도로스톡 수준을 비교분석하였다. 또한 소득수준이 GDP 2만 달러(2007년 기준)에 도달함에 따라 향후 3만 달러, 4만 달러 도달 시 목표 스톡량을 확보하기 위한 우리나라 도로시설의 규모를 선정하였다. 정교한 이론이 부재한 상황에서, 국토면적, 자동차보급대수, 인구, 소득수준 등을 활용하여 국가간 도로보급률을 비교분석하는 것은 우리나라의 현 수준을 진단하고 미래 목표를 설정하는데 있어서 실용가치가 매우 높다고 하겠다. The Investment to road projects has been a hot issue in the aspect of its possible overlapping or overinvestment in Korea. Therefore, additional road construction is not always accepted in these days. This paper investigated several indices including the country index and the road-extension rate index as well as a newly developed index for identifying and comparing road stocks among the OECD countries. Furthermore, the study has estimated some reasonable amount of additional road stocks of Korea when its GDP becomes twenty thousands per capita to forty thousands per capita in future by comparing the amount of stacks of OECD countries at those times. The result can be used for setting the target of road stocks in practical manner in the absence of the universally accepted theory in the road stock provision arena.

      • 비학점형 실습인 임상 인턴십이 임상실무와 교육만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this research was to verify the effects of the clinical practice and the educational satisfaction through internship program on students of health-related majors. Methods : We investigated 120 students using a self-reporting method with experience of internship program. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : It showed that educational satisfaction had scored 4.18 in curriculum, 4.16 in environment, 4.16 in schedule, 4.32 in teaching and 3.82 in evaluation, 4.21 in satisfaction for clinical practice. Conclusion : It was revealed by this survey that the educational satisfaction of internship program in school hospital had higher score in curriculum, environment, schedule, evaluation, teaching and clinical practice. To maximize the effects of internship program, a clinical internship program in school hospital is needed and further research and attention are suggested.

        닭 부고환부(副睾丸部)의 각종(各種) 관상피(管上皮)의 형태(形態) 및 흡수(吸收)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Histological and histochemical studies were made on the lining epithelia of the various ducts in epidymis of the Rooster and absorptive function of the canal epithelial cells in the Rooster epididymis were also investigated after administration of India ink. The results obtained were summerized as follows; 1. Epihtelium lining the rate testis was mainaly composed of single later of cuboidal cells, and was partially composed of flattened squamous or low columnar cells. Efferential ductules were characterized by having many villous projections orrfolds which extened into the lumen, and were lined by stereociliated pseudostratified epithelium which consisted of manily ciliated columnar cells, a few scattered clear cells and basal cells. Connecting ductules were lined by ciliated pseudostriatified colummnar epithelium in which ciliated columnar cells, clear cells and basal cells were noted. Epididymal ducts were lined by pseudostratified epidhelium in which columnar and basal cells were noted. 2. PAS-granules, saliva resistant were noted mainly in the epithelial cells of efferential and connecting ductules. 3. Sudan black B stained heavily the granules in the epithelial cells of sufferential and connecting ductules. 4. The granules reactive to acid phosphatase most abundant in the epithelial cells of efferential ductules and were lesser amount in the epithelial cells of connecting ductules where as very few or no granules were seen in the rest of the ducts. 5. Alkaline phosphatase activity was most prominent but discontinuous in the luminal surface of the epithelium of efferential ductules and less marked in the connecting ductless. No enzyme activity was noted in the canal epithelium of epididyml duct. 6. India ink granules were most numerous in the epithlial cells of efferential ductules and were a few in connecting ductules. Very few or no granules of India ink were noted in the other types of the ducts. India ink granules in the epithelium increased gradually as the time after the administration of India ink (one up to twenty-nine hours) has proceeded. From those results it is suggested that epithelial cells of efferential and connecting ductules have active absorptive function, whereas the rest of duct system in the epididymis of the Rooster may be the mere pathway of the seminal fluid without significant modification of its constituents.

        개의 정소발육과 정자발생에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted in order to observe the changes in cellular association of seminiferous tubules from 16 to 24 weeks of age and to obtain the cycle and relative duration of the seminiferous epithelia from 28 to 44 weeks of age in Korean native dogs. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Gonocytes were seen at 16 weeks of age, however they were not observed as from 20 weeks of age. Both type A and type B-spermatogonia occurred from 20 weeks, while primary spermatocytes were found from 20 weeks. Secondary spermatocytes and spermatids appeared from 28 weeks. Spermatozoa were observed at first at 28 weeks of age. 2. Type A-spermatogonia appeared approximately 1.6 times as many at stage II compared to stage I, while the same numbers of cells were seen in both stage I and VII, showing the least number among VIII stages of the cycle of the seminiferous epithelia. The type B-spermatogonia were found from stage VI to VIII, Leptotene phase of the primary spermatocyte divided from type B-spermatogonia in stage VII observed at the stage VIII. Pachytene phase of the primary spermatocytes were shown the least in number at stage IV. The secondary spermatocyte could be seen only at stage IV. 3. The relative frequency of each stage from stage I to VIII of the cycle of the seminiferous epithelia was 30.3, 12.0, 9.8, 4.2, 8.5, 10.5, 11.4 and 13.4% respectively. Thus the establishment of spermatogenesis in Korean native dog was completed from 28 weeks of age.
