우리나라 접목선인장 산업은 화훼 수출액의 43.9%를 차지하며, 주로 비모란선인장(Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) 품종을 삼각주선인장(Selenicereus sp.) 대목에 접목하여 재배한다. 그 러나 농가에서 재배되는 접목선인장 비모란의 바이러스 감염률이 80%에 달하고 있어 바이러스 검정을 통한 품종 개발과 보급이 매우 중요하다. 2019년 분홍색 색상과 자구발생 특성이 우수한 GG171077-32와 GG151099-28을 계통간 교배하여 2020 년 실생묘 15개체를 양성하여 기내 배양한 삼각주선인장에 접목하였다. 그 중 분홍색의 색상과 자구 발생 특성이 우수하였던 4개체를 선발하여 2021년 1차 특성검정을 위한 계통으로 증식하였다. 2021년 특성검정 계통 중 진분홍색을 띄며 자구 발생이 우수한 GG191177-7 계통을 선발하였다. 이후 2년간 농가 3개 소에서 실증시험을 병행하여 특성검정한 결과 GG191177-7 계통을 최종 선발하고 2024년 ‘핑크문’으로 명명하였다. 핑크 문’ 품종은 RHS Color Chart N66A의 진한 분홍색이며, 편원형으로 능수는 8.0개이고, 가시색은 갈색이며 길이는 3.8mm였 다. 모구의 구폭은 43.4mm였고 주당 평균 자구수는 18.4개였 다. 1차 선발 계통 37개체를 대상으로 real-time PCR을 이용 한 바이러스 검정 결과, cactus virus X (CVX)와 pitaya virus X (PiVX)의 단독 감염률은 각각 16.2%였고, CVX와 PiVX의 혼합 감염률은 32.4%였으며, 바이러스 미검출 개체의 비율은 35.1%였다. 바이러스 미검출 개체에서 생산된 자구를 증식하여 ‘핑크문’ 품종을 육성하였다. The grafted cactus industry in the Republic of Korea accounts for 43.9% of the nation’s total floral export revenue, with Gymnocalycium mihanovichii cultivars predominantly grafted onto the Selenicereus rootstocks. However, virus infection rates in cactus farms reached 80% in grafted G. mihanovichii plants. Therefore, the development and distribution of virus-free cultivars using the virus detection system are imperative. ‘Pink Moon’ was developed through an interlineal cross between GG171077-32 and GG151099-28, both characterized by pink coloration and prolific offset formation, in 2019. In 2020, fifteen seedlings were obtained and grafted in vitro onto S. undatus rootstocks. Among them, four grafted individuals exhibiting superior pink coloration and offset production were selected and propagated for the first characteristic evaluation conducted in 2021. By 2021, GG191177-7, displaying a purplish pink color and desirable offset number, was selected among the breeding lines. After on-farm evaluations across three sites for two years, GG191177-7 was finally selected through characteristic testing and named G. mihanovichii ‘Pink Moon’ in 2024. ‘Pink Moon’ showed a purplish-pink color (N66A, RHS Color Chart), an oblate shape with an average of 8.0 ribs, and brown spines approximately 3.8 mm in length. The mean scion diameter was 43.4 mm, and the average number of offsets was 18.4 per plant. Real-time PCR analysis of 37 plants in the first vegetative generation revealed infection rates of 16.2% for cactus virus X (CVX), 32.4% for pitaya virus X (PiVX), and 35.1% for co-infections of CVX and PiVX. Offsets from virus-free plants were propagated to develop the ‘Pink Moon’.

This study examines the effects of controlling shareholders’ ownership–control wedge on firms’ overinvestment practices. In addition, it further investigates the incentive effects of controlling shareholders’ cash flow rights on firms’ overinvestment. We find a non-monotonic relation between controlling shareholders’ ownership–control wedge and a firm’s overinvestment. Specifically, the relation between controlling shareholders’ wedge and overinvestment is significant for certain wedge levels. Thus we conclude that controlling shareholders with certain levels of wedge expropriate minority shareholders’ benefits since the marginal benefit exceeds the marginal cost. We also document that cash flow rights are effective to reduce a firm’s overinvestment to certain levels.

The rapid spreading of smart phones can make us access web contents easily in the wireless internet environment. Because a mobile device have a limited hardware capability such as low CPU speed and small memory, it is difficult for a mobile browser to support a full browsing function which a desktop PC offers. We can consider two methods to improve the performance of a mobile browser. The one is to improve the rendering efficiency of a graphic engine. Another is to raise the compiling speed of a JavaScript engine. As JavaScript language supports good portability and object oriented concept, it has been widely used as client side scriptings for web browsers. In this study, we design a new JavaScript engine, JSX for a mobile browser. We choose Google V8 as an our reference engine to design JSX, and add some functions of Niro and JägerMonkey. JSX will be running under Android platform based mobile devices.
인체 중추신경계 종양세포에서 p53단백, MDM-2단백 및 Heat shock protein70의 표현에 대한 연구

Nuclear accumulation of p53 protein has been shown to be strongly associated with mis- sense p53 mutations. Because wild-type p53 protein is rapidly degraded in normal cells, p53 immunoreacitivity suggests the presence of an abnormally stable p53 protein. This may occur through either post-translational mechanisms or gene .mutation. Recently a new proto-oncogene, the murine double-minute 2 (MDM-2), has been described. MDM-2 becomes oncogenic due to amplification and overexpression. Among other proto-oncogenes MDM-2 becomes interesting since MDM-2 protein can associate with both mutant and wild type p53 gene products and thus inhibit p53-mediated transactivation of other genes. Loss of p53 tumor suppressor function is the most frequently observed alteration in human tumors. Immunohistochemical studies investigating the quantity of MDM-2 protein in human sarcomas revealed an overexpression in 30% of the specimens. Here we describe the successful use of a monoclonal antibody (clone D07) for the detection of MDM-2 protein in paraffin-embedded tissue from human brain biopsies. Results obtained were as followings ; 1. In normal brain tissues, antibodies to p53 and MDM-2 proteins showed no reactions in neurons and glial cells, and HSP70 showed cytoplasmic granular reaction to some numbers of neurons. 2. Twelve cases of medulloblastoma showed no immunostaining of tumor cells to p53 protein and five among them showed positive immunostainings of MDM-2 protein, and in seven out of them, HSP70 showed positive cytoplasmic granular reactions. One case of primitive neuroectodermal tumor showed no reaction to antibodies of p53 and MDM-2, and positive immunoreaction of HSP70 proteins. 3. Nine cases of low grade astrocytomas showed no reactions to antibodies of p53, two out of 9 cases showed positive expressions of MDM-2, and seven out of 9 cases showed expressions of HSP70 proteins. 2 cases among 4 cases of malignant astrocytomas and 2 among 5 cases of glioblastoma multiforme showed focal positive reactions to antibodies of p53, and all the cases of anaplastic gliomas and glioblastoma multiforme showed positive immunoreactions to MDM-2 and HSP70 proteins. Five cases of oligodendrogliomas, and one case of hemangioblastoma showed no reactions to antibodies of p53 and positive reactions t o MDM-2 and HSP70 proteins. 4. One case of choriod plexus papilloma showed cytoplasmic supranuclear immunoreaction of MDM-2 and HSP70 proteins but no reaction to p53. The above results suggest the possible role of p53 in tumorigenesis of malignant astrocytomas and immunohistochemical expressions of MDM-2 in some of the brain tumors And the presence of HSP70 proteins in the normal neurons and Purkinje's cells and tumor cells of glial cell origin also suggest some relationship in tumorigenessis, but not clear.

We fabricated an alumina membrane with nano-sized pores by anodic oxidation using the aluminum substrates with 99.5% and 99.999% purity. The purity and surface roughness of aluminum substrate affects fabrication of alumina membrane with nano-sized pattern. The aluminum substrates with 99.5% purity was anodized after the processes of pressing, mechanical polishing, thermal oxidation, chemical polishing, and electrochemical polishing, but the aluminum substrates with 99.999% purity was anodized after the process of electrochemical polishing. We controlled the diameter of nano-sized pores, the cell size of pores, and the thickness of barrier layer by control of voltage and the thickness of alumina membrane with nano-sized pores by control of current. The nano-sized pores with the pore size of 50~200㎚, the cell size of 10~50㎚ and the thickness of 5~10㎛ were obtained. Even through the elecrochemical polishing was used for the aluminum substrate with 99.999% purity, the same characteristics as the aluminum substrate with 99.5% purity was obtained. The pores of alumina membrance with the stucture of two-channel and the rough surface prepared by fixed voltage method was changed to the structure of one-channel and the flat surface after pore widening precess.

In this study, we developed the educational IDE, called Master Shader, to support Shader programming for 3D contents developers. Master Shader provides many features: DirectX 9 HLSL based Shader editor, 3D preview and debugging for FX files, scene navigator, visual for source and texture targets, advanced analysis, and shader optimization. It is expected that Master Shader will be utilized as a powerful tool for testing 3D algorithms and applying them to DirectX.

아버님께서는 "7개국 즉 한국을 중심삼은 일본, 미국, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 이태리 등 7개국을 위하여 40년이상 하루에 3번씩 기도하며 준비해왔다"고 말씀하시며 "이들은 서로 원수지간이기 때문에 용서와 사랑하는 마음이 아니면 하나될 수 없으며 세계 평화를 이룰 수 없다"고 말씀하셨다. 나는 미국에 신세진 것을 갚겠다는 심정으로 영계메시지를 전달하고 활동에 임했다. 한 부 한 부 전달할 때마다 참부모님의 섭리를 도운 나라, 우리 한국을 도와준 나라이기에 고마운 마음으로 하나라도 더 성실하게 전달하고자 하는 자세를 갖게 되었다. 새벽 훈독회 시간과 선배들의 간증 및 섭리관에 대하여 충분히 이해할 수 있도록 설명하는 황선조 회장의 말씀을 통해 나는 용서와 사랑으로 접목을 시키고자 노력했다. 사실 미국도 우리 참부모님 앞에선 용서받을 수 없는 씻지 못할 죄를 저지른 나라이다. 아무런 잘못 없는 우리 참아버님을 덴버리라는 십자가를 지우게 한 나라란 점에서 그렇다. 미국 위정자들과 백성은 진정으로 회개하고 하늘로부터 용서를 받아야 한다. 어찌 미국뿐이겠는가? 그러하기에 각 나라에서 온 대표들 840명은 그 국가가 다 책임 못함을 통감하며 열심히 활동하는데 주력했다. 뉴욕은 각종 인종과 여러 국가에서 온 사람들로 구성되어 마치 세계의 축소체와 같은 곳이다. 나는 현장에서 용서와 사랑의 실천이 이루어지는 것을 목격했다. 한국과 북한의 관계, 팔레스타인과 이스라엘의 관계 등 참으로 참부모님이 아니고선 평화가 불가능한 곳이 많다. 우리 모두는 참부모님께서 보여주신 용서와 사랑의 정신으로 가정평화, 교회평화, 세계평화를 이룰 수 있도록 최선을 다해야 할 것이다.
