        예이츠와 엘리엇의 작품을 통한 “정중동” 탐사하기

        As the most prominent two major poets, Yeats and T. S. Eliot share many common interests in their works. However, they also show dramatically contrasting views on several elements. One of these comparison points can be found in “Still point.” In fact, the final destination of the “Still Point” is to discover the human’s reality according to both of them. These two poets also are interested in and express it diversely, depending on image, symbol, mood. This paper looks at the still point through two poets, W. B. Yeats and T. S. Eliot. They have a little different tempers, but have a similarity in the sense that they strive for realizing and achieving the still point. First Yeats depends on Byzantium to achieve it. He once visited it and drew what he felt there. For Yeats, Byzantium is suitable to show the still point, so called, moving from “stillness” to “movement”. And Eliot also presents the “still point”, depending on the poet’s memory and experience which he had visited and experienced. After all, Yeats and Eliot try to show “still point” through their poems.

        지속 가능한 자원관리를 위한 자원 전과정에서의 효율적 자원이용 촉진

        자원수급의 불확실성이 점차 고조되고 있는 글로벌 상황에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 전 세계적으로 효율적인 자원관리의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 자원관리 선진국들은 국가차원에서의 지속가능한 자원관리를 유도 및 지원하기 위해 자원이용의 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 법제도 마련 및 산업구조로의 전환을 촉진하고 있다. 한편, 국내의 경우 자원수급과 관련하여 국제환경에 매우 민감한 산업구조를 나타냄에 따라 국가 주도의 자원효율성의 획기적인 제고 방안 마련이 절실히 요구된다. 특히 자원 전과정에서의 자원의 효율적 이용을 위한 단계별 추구해야 할 방향과 구체적 실천방안에 대해 검토가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자원 전과정을 크게 생산계와 순환계로 구분하고 이에 따른 단계별 국내 자원관리의 현황 및 문제점, 이를 개선하기 위한 방향성 및 구체적 실천방안을 제시하였다. Recently, the importance of efficient resource management has been highlighted due to the uncertainty of its security. Developed countries promote the legislative provision and transition of industrial structure to maximize the efficiency of resource use through supporting the sustainable resource management at national level. Meanwhile Korea has very sensitive industrial structure along with the international resource supply and demand conditions. It is acutely necessary to improve the resource productivity with the various action plans such as the increase of recycling rate and the establishment of methodical resource management system. Especially, the study on the direction of each flow stage and the concrete action plans for using resource efficiently in the life-cycle of resource will be required. Therefore, this study suggests the future direction of each flow stage(production stage and circulatory stage), and the concrete action plans to improve the present problems of resource management in Korea.

        자원순환사회 형성을 위한 "자원순환기본법"이 나아가야 할 방향

        2016년 5월, 제19대의 마지막 정기 국회에서 "자원순환기본법"이 제정되었다. 본 법은 향후 우리나라의 자원순환 정책의 큰 방향성을 제시하여야 할 최상위의 기본법이므로 그 파급력을 고려하였을 때 법의 취지, 주요 내용, 정책적 방향성을 심도있게 분석하고 이해할 필요가 있다. 특히, 2018년 1월부터 본 법이 시행될 예정이므로 이 법의 원래 취지인 자원순환사회로의 전환을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있도록 법률 체계 및 내용을 제대로 갖추고 있는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 또한, 하위법령 제정 시 그 내용이 편향되지 않도록 이해관계자들의 적극적 참여를 통한 심도있는 협의가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 조항별 구체화된 법안들이 도출되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원순환기본법의 체계 및 주요내용 검토를 통해 문제점을 파악하고, 법률의 실효성을 극대화하기 위해 하위법령 제정과정에서의 주요 조항별 논점과 구체적 시행방향에 대해 검토, 제시하고자 한다. The framework act on resource circulation was got through the Korea National Assembly in May, 2016. It is the most important to analyze and understand its purpose, main contents, and policy direction of the framework act because this act will lead the resource circulation policy. Korea government is going to enact subordinate statutes such as its enforcement decree and regulation to enforce the act in January, 2018. No later than enforcement of the act, its subordinate statutes should be studied indepth and consulted without any bias in order to satisfy the intent - promotion of transition toward a resource circulation society - of the act. Therefore, in this study, the points in dispute in the act are indicated and the issues and specific directions of key articles are reviewed. The ideas to maximize the effectiveness of its subordinate statutes are also suggested.

        A Study on the Convergence of an Interface with a Humanoid Chatbot

        This study verifies the effect of foreign language learning for the development of communication ability through the interface fusion of AI technology and a messenger robot. First, we designed a learning system using a humanoid robot, artificial intelligence, and digital convergence technology that enables self-learning, and examined the effect on the learning achievement. Second, we verified the humanoid robot's ability to implement interaction with humans and applied the interface program to the learning of communication ability as an algorithm of self-learning. Third, various contents of a cloud app and a Facebook messenger chatbot have been applied to the study system that are mounted with iTunes and app store in all devices such as iPod, iPhone, iPad, Macintosh PC, and iTV. The subjects of study were 120 students from a university located in Cheonan, Choongnam. Achievement through the pre-test, post-test, and learning activities of the experimental group and the control group was analyzed, and statistical analysis was conducted through the survey of the experimental group. The research results are as follows. First, robots can enhance the interaction between content users such as students, content creators such as teachers, and actual material contents, which is very effective in foreign language education. Second, the educational robot-based learning system motivated learners in self-directed learning. Third, the pre-test and post-test results showed that the proposed learning system was effective in improving students' achievement by the learning system based on robots and AI applications.

        뇌졸중 후 우울증에 대한 천왕보심단의 유효성 및 안전성 연구 : 무작위 배정, 이중맹검, 비열등성 연구

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to compare Tianwangbuxin-dan to Fluoxetine for antidepressive efficacy and safety in poststroke depression (PSD). Methods : A randomized, double blinded, non-inferiority trial was conducted. 113 PSD patients were recruited from a stroke center. Except for the 25 excluded patients, 88 PSD patients were randomly given either Tianwangbuxin-dan 1100 mg or Fluoxetine 20 mg per a day for 16 weeks. PSD was evaluated using Beck's depression inventory (BDI) and Hamilton depression rating scale (HDRS) and followed every fourth week. Repeated measure analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare and contrast the depression scores of the two groups and to compare them among the evaluation times, at the beginning, $4^{th}$, $8^{th}$, $12^{th}$ and $16^{th}$ weeks. In addition, independent t-tests were used to find the difference between two groups at every evaluation time. Results : Finally, 88 PSD patients were included in the study, 63 PSD patients completed the procedure and 25 PSD patients were dropped out by the incompliance or withdrawal of consent. Tianwangbuxin-dan (or Fluoxetine) improved the depression of stroke patients and the efficacy of Tianwangbuxin-dan was not inferior to that of Fluoxetine. In addition, there was no significant side effect in two groups. Conclusions : This study showed that antidepressive efficacy and safety of Tianwangbuxin-dan in PSD patients.

        English Learning Application by Animation and Multimedia Software

        With the development of computer technology, the multimedia mediums that allow for animated videos, conversational illustrations are increasingly receiving attention for materials for educational purposes. Accordingly, there is a need to research whether multimedia resources and material is more effective compared to traditional educational material and resources. This study aims to compare traditional English reading and writing learning methods with learning methods using educational multimedia mediums such as illustrations or animation. Students were divided into a experimental group and a control group, and during 6 months the groups were exposed to different educational resources and on the basis of student evaluation feedback and grades, a new approach to English education is offered.

        Methanol 자화성 세균 Pseudomonas sp. ILS-003에 의한 $poly-{\beta}-hydroxybutyric$ acid의 생산

        Methanol 자화성 세균 Pseudomonas sp. ILS-003 균주를 이용하여 methanol로부터 PHB생산의 최적조건을 검토하였다. PHB 생산에 있어서 초기 pH 6.4, 온도 $30^{\circ}C$ 및 methanol 농도가 1.0(v/v)일 때 최적이었으며, 질소원으로는 $(NH_4)_2SO_4$가 최적이었으며 농도는 0.8g/l로서 C/N비가 17.4이었다. 또한 2가 금속이온의 결핍은 PHB축적효과를 나타내었다. Fed-batch culture에서 methanol 첨가의 효과는 0.25%(v/v)씩 첨가했을 때 가장 좋았다. 상기의 최적조건하에서 96시간 배양시 균체량은 2.78g/l였고 PHB의 양은 1.94g/l로서 건조균체량의 69.8%이었다. Methanol assimilating bacterium, Pseudomonas sp. ILS-003 was used to investigate the optimum conditions for the production of $poly-{\beta}-hydroxybutyric$ acid from methanol. For PHB production, the optimum initial pH was 6.4 and the optimum temperature was $30^{\circ}C$. Also the optimum methanol concentration was found to be 1.0%(v/v). In the PHB production, $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ was the most effective nitrogen source and the optimum concentration was 0.8 g/l, which was eqivalent to 17.4 in C/N ratio. Also, deficiency of the 2 valence metal ions in the medium had stimulating effect on PHB accumulation. Under the optimum substrate concentration, successive feeding of 0.25%(v/v) methanol was the most effective on PHB production. Under the optimum conditions, 1.94 g/l of PHB and 2.78 g/l of dry biomass were produced in 96 hours, and the yield was 69.8%(w/w).

      • 테이핑 요법이 편마비 환자의 보행에 미치는 영향

        ■ Objectives The aim of this study is to analyze the change of gait pattern by the taping therapy in a hemiplegic patient. ■ Methods We conducted the taping therapy for 7 days to affected ankle joint of hemiplegic patient and analyzed the change of gait pattern using Treadmill Gait analysis equipment(Zebris Co.Ltd FDM-T) ■ Results In terms of affected side, cadence, total double support, step length and stance phase decreased, while swing phase and step time increased by taping therapy. In terms of unaffected side, step length increased by taping therapy. Center of pressure intersection point moved to posterior and affected side in cyclogram pattern. ■ Conclusion Taping therapy to affected ankle joint of hemiplegic patient would be advantages to gait improvement in hemiplegic patients.

        ■ Objectives The aim of study is to analyze the change of gait pattern by arm sling in a hemiplegic patient. ■ Methods We analyzed the change of gait pattern under three conditions using Treadmill Gait analysis equipment(Zebris Co.Ltd FDM-T) First, the patient didn't have arm sling on her upper limb, second, the patient have arm sling on her affected upper limb, third, patient have arm sling on her unaffected upper limb. ■ Results In terms of spatiotemporal gait values, swing phase, step time, step length of unaffected lower limb increased. Furthermore, stride time and stride length also increased when the patient had arm sling on her unaffected upper limb. In terms of displacement of Center of pressure(CoP), anterior/posterior position and lateral symmetry of CoP increased. Furthermore, lateral symmetry of decreased when the patient had arm sling on her affected upper limb. ■ Conclusion Arm sling applied on affected side would be advantage to gait improvement in hemiplegic patients.
