The major purpose of this study is to investigate how a certain the issues of future and globalization strategy adopted by a country under changing international environments. This study is the theoritical review of the future issues of politics, economy social culture, science and technology and globalization strategy in Korea. We live in the era of a global politics, economy, culture in which information and technology are organized across national boundaries. On the of 21st century, everybody is striving to be competitive. To be competitive is the only way to survive globalization era. At this situation, we same as world undertake for which the enrichment democracy of politics, deepening of openness and competitive power in economy, the formaion of new paradigm in social culture, achieving revolution of science and technology. Under these circumstances we wonders if viable international cooperation is really possible in this era of systemic trausformations and how we can pave the way for new stable world order. The emergence of global issues coupled with deepening international interdependence is increasing the need for global policy coordination and cooperation. Moreover, information revolutions which brought about the globalization of the economy removed the time and geographic constraint in aquiring and processing information. The rise of information society will bring some positive effect on open society as globalization. Globalization gives rise to supra-national actors and norms. The development of information and telecommunication technology made possible for local firms and local government to communicate with the world. The globalization of society and nations made possible for local communities to trade goods and service and exchange culture and ideas with the world. In this respect the age of globalization is, in fact, the age of global corporations and competitions. We became to know that globalization has been janus-faced. Globalization gives more opportunitics and choices that people have never enjoyed in history: Globalization provides opportunities to realize ideal democracy based on decentralized competition of politicaians for people's votes; The injection of the market value into politics will transform government more efficient, competitive, flexible, adaptable, and accountable; The advent of information society provides citizens greater access to information and thus render a good environment to realize an ideal democracy based on informative citizen; Glocalization or global localizaton strengthens the principle of self-rule, the core of democracy and openness econoncy, social new paradigm.

과학과 기술이 지배하게 될 미래사회에서 교육은 인간의 삶 그 자체를 창조하는 계기가 될 것이다. 그래서 과학기술 사회는 고도의 기술과 개방화, 다양화의 특징을 갖추고 인간을 개발하는 과정에서 중추적인 역할을 담당해야 한다. 즉, 과학기술 사회적 특성을 포방하는 미래사회에 있어서 교육의 구조를 전망하고, 그 구조 속의 인간존재와 위상을 구명하여 교육의 인간화 방향과 과정을 제시해야 한다. 교육의 인간화는 교육이념과 목표의 인간주의적 해석과 구현을 통해서 성취될 수 있다. 그 결과 교육의 인간화는 사회변화와 인간의 문제를 정확히 진단하여 올바른 교유과정을 설정하는데 달려 있다.

In Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium, the acid-sensing regulator CadC activates transcription of the cadBA operon which contributes to the acid tolerance response. The DNA-binding response regulator OmpR in two-component regulatory system with EnvZ binds to its own promoter for autoinduction. We previously reported that CadC exerts a negative influence on ompR transcription during acid adaptation. However, its underlying mechanisms remain to be elucidated. Here we show that the level of OmpR protein is gradually reduced by a gradual increase in the CadC level using an arabinose-inducible expression system, indicating there exists a negative correlation between the expression levels of two transcription factors. To explore the molecular basis for OmpR repression by CadC, we performed in vitro binding assays and determined that CadC directly interacts with OmpR. We further show that inactivation of cadC inhibits transcription of the fliC gene, which encodes the major flagellar subunit, resulting in impaired flagellar motility under acid-adaptation conditions. Together, our findings suggest that CadC may repress autoinduction of the OmpR response regulator through their direct interaction.
