        만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 , 기관지천식 환자에서의 운동부하 폐기능검사

        N/A Objectives: Exercise tests are being widely applied to objective measurement of work capacity, identification and quantification of cardiopulmonary mechanics in the cardiac and pulmonary disorders. To evaluate patients with exertional dyspnea in bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), clinicians need to know the range of expected performance during exercise. To define the various response to exercise, we studied exercise tests in clinically stable asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Twenty healthy subjects, twenty controlled bronchial asthma patients, and twenty five chronic airway obstructive patients underwent progressively incremental exercise test to the symptom-limited maximum. Measurement were made of O₂uptake and CO₂ ouptput, heart rate, breathing rate, anaerobic threshold, minute ventilation, maximal O₂pulse and dead space during exercise test. Results: 1) The maximal oxygen uptake, maximal CO₂production, maximal oxygen pulse, minute ventilation, and breathing reserve in COPD patients were significantly lower than that of normal subjects. 2) The heart rate reserve and dead space at maximal exercise in COPD patients were significantly highter than those of normal controls. 3) The anaerobic threshold was detectable in 8 of 25 COPD patients. The ratio of anaerobic threshold to maximal oxygen uptake was not different from that of nomal subjects. 4) The maximal oxygen uptake, maximal Co₂output, maximal oxygen pulse, minute ventilation, breathing reserve, heart rate reserve, dead space at maximal exercise, anaerobic thre shold and ratio of anaerobic threshold in controlled bronchial asthmatics were not different form those of normal subjects, Conclusion: The exercise capacity is decreased in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. But, there is no difference between nomal controls and controlled asthmatic patients in exercise capacity. This result suggest that exercise capacity of controlled asthmatic patients is not decreased.

        병원 조직문화 및 조직몰입과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 관한 연구

        D. W. Organ(l977) published a paper about the importance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior(0CB) in an organization. Since then, the studies of OCB have been continuously increased. As recent business environment has changed with rapidity and uncertainty, OCB for the improvement performance of organization should be more emphasized. Role behaviors of organization are divided into two parts such as in-role behavior and extra-role behavior. In recent, although the researches about extra-role behavior have been studied, they are still not sufficient. This study attempted to examine relationships between organizational culture, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, Sample was 193 employee engaged in hospitals of Pusan. In this study I chose four factodaffinitive, conservative, task and innovative culture) of organizational culture and three factors(affective, continuous and normative commitment) of organizational commitment and five factors(altmism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue and sportsmanshp) with regard to organization citizenship behavior. The major findngs of the empirical research are as follows ; 1. The Causal relation of dimensions of organizational culture and dimensions of OCB. 1) Affinitive culture has significant impact on courtesy, civic virtue of OCB. 2) Conservative culture has no significant impact on all of OCB. 3) Task culture has significant impact on conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportsmanshp of OCB. 4) Innovative culture has no significant impact on courtesy, civic virtue of OCB. 2. The Causal relation of dimensions of organizational commitment and dunensions of OCB. 1) Affective commitment has significant impact on all of OCB. 2) Continuous commitment has no significant impact on all of OCB. 3) Normative commitment has significant impact on courtesy, civic virtue of OCB. In brief, though th~s study has several limitations in research design and methods, the results suggest that organizational culture of hospitals and organizational comitment of hospitals shows a strong relationship to the organization citizenship behavior.

        현대일본불교의 포교방법에 관한 사례연구 -신뇨엔의 교리, 교육제도, 신도조직, 수행법을 중심으로-

        이 글은 일본의 대표적인 재가불교교단인 신뇨엔(眞如苑)의 교리, 교육제도, 신도조직, 수행법의 특성을 살펴보고, 그것과 포교와 연관성을 검토한 것이다. 신뇨엔은 1936년에 창립되어 올해로 81주년을 맞이했다. 신뇨엔은 포교의 목적을 대승이타의 실천에 두고, 교화의 방법으로 특히 `교화 3원칙`을 강조하였다. 첫째로 `교법의 법`은 신뇨엔의 교학을 평이하게 전하는 것이다. 둘째로, `존재의 법`은 일상생활에서의 가르침의 실천과 구제의 체험을 말하는 것이다. 셋째로, `영능의 법`은 신뇨엔의 독자적인 영계의 구원의 힘을 전하는 것이다. 신뇨엔의 포교는 다양한 방식으로 전개되었지만, 특히 `지류가쿠인(智流學院)` 이라는 교육제도, `스지(經)`라는 신도의 조직체계, `접심(接心)`이라는 수행법을 통하여 보다 효율적으로 이루어졌다. 지류가쿠인은 불법을 전하는 재가의 교사를 양성하는 교육기관이다. 스지는 독자적인 신도조직으로, 신앙에 인도한 개인과 인도된 개인들의 연쇄 관계로 구성되어 있다. 접심은 교단의 영능자를 매개로 하여 이루어지는 독자적인 관상 수행법인데, 일본뿐만 아니라 해외의 신자들에게 신뇨엔의 가장 큰 매력으로 받아들여진다. This article examines the characteristics of doctrine, educational institution, believers` organization, training method of Shinnyo-en in the context of propagation method. Shinnyo-en is a typical lay Buddhism in Japan. It was founded in 1936, and marked the 81st anniversary this year. Shinnyo-en lays its purpose of propagation on the altruistic practices, and characteristically stress the Three Principles of Edification. First, the Perspective of the Doctrine addresses the delivery of Shinnyo-en`s teaching plainly. Second, the Perspective of the Experience addresses the practices and experiences of salvation in ordinary life. Third, the Perspective of the Spiritual Faculty addresses the salvation power through Shinnyo-en`s own spiritual world. Shinnyo-en`s propagation has been done more efficiently through the educational institution of Chiryu-Gakuin, a believers` organization named Suji, training method named Sesshin than the other various ways of propagation offered. Chiryu-Gakuin is a educational institution that cultivates lay Buddhist teachers. Suji is a believers organization that is composed of sequential relationship between guiding individuals and guided ones to faith. Sesshin is a meditative training method which is performed through the medium of a spiritual guider. It is well accepted as a biggest attraction by believers of Shinnyo-en in Japan and foreign countries.

        근대일본의 자유주의에 관한 일고찰

        이 논문은 근대일본의 대표적인 자유주의 사상가인 가와이 에이지로(河合榮治郞, 1891-1944)의 정치사상의 특징을 이상주의의 철학적 기초와 형식적 자유론에 주목하여 고찰한 것이다. 그는 자신의 사상을 ‘제3기 자유주의’ 또는 ‘자유주의적 사회주의’로 불렀다. 그 특징은 다음의 두 가지이다. 하나는 자유주의를 철학적 기초, 경제, 정치를 포괄하는 교의로 파악한 것이다. 또 하나는 인간의 도덕적 영역에 초점을 맞추어 자유주의의 자기극복의 가능성을 모색한 것이다. 즉 ‘개인의 인격의 성장’이라는 도덕철학과 ‘사회의 모든 성원의 인격의 성장’이라는 사회철학을 중심으로 자유주의의 사상체계를 구축하려고 했다. 그의 인격주의 철학은 자신과 타인의 인격의 성장을 위해서 행동하라는 덕의 원리 및 바람직한 사회구성의 기준을 제시한다는 점에서 주목할 가치가 있다. 한편 이상주의 도덕철학을 정치적 영역에 그대로 연장하는 것은 정치권력에 의한 억압의 가능성을 내포한다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 가와이는 형식적 자유의 절대적 가치를 강조하고, 나아가 그것과 실질적 자유를 이론적으로 결합하고자 하였다. 이러한 시도는, 그의 사상이 정치권력의 자기목적화의 경향을 경시하고 있음에도 불구하고, 이상주의 정치이념을 비억압적인 방식으로 실현하려고 한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. This paper examines the traits of Kawai Eijiro’s political thought, focusing on the philosophical foundation of his idealism. Kawai labeled his thought: “third-stage liberalism” or “liberalistic socialism.” Its traits can be summarized into the following two points. First, he grasped liberalism as a comprehensive doctrine incorporating philosophical foundation, economy, and politics. Second, he strove for the possibility of liberalism’s self-conquest by attaching importance to the moral capacities of humanity. In other words, he tried to reconstruct the system of liberalism through moral philosophy. He connected the growth of individuals’ personalities and social philosophy to explain the growth of all social constituents’ personalities. This kind of endeavor towards systematization, although it lacks theoretical rigorousness, is noteworthy in that its philosophy of personality suggests the principle of virtue―that one behaves for one’s own personal growth and that of others―and it can serve as the criteria of desirable social construction. On the other hand, the extension of idealistic philosophy to the political sector connotes the possibility of oppression by political power. To overcome this problem, Kawai stressed on the absolute value of formal freedom and its organic synthesis with substantive freedom. Although Kawai’s thought disregards political power’s tendency toward self-objectification, an endeavor of this kind can be evaluated as realizing a political ideal in an unoppressive manner.
