        1950년대 이용찬의 작가 의식과 형식 실험 연구

        Lee Young-chan is well known by his drama Gajok(the Family). He focused on a family and it’s difficulties. He believed that family’s difficulties could are solved by family’s affection. However, his idea of family has a huge problem. It is that his concept of family is based on the patriarchy and the anti-communism. Due to the patriarchy, women who have become others appear from his dramas, so Lee Young-chan’s idea of family can not be completed perfectly. Futhermore, his idea of family is linked with idea of nation and people. Lee Young-chan said that people work for nation not only their families. This his idea is involved in the anti-communism. In the 1950s, the anti-communism is ideology of nation in Korean. At that time, the president Lee Seung-man used the anti-communism to catch state authority. Consequently, Lee Young-chan did not have the different author consciousness from old generation authors. Therefore, his formal experiments from Gajok, Giro, and Pineun Bamedo Jaji Anneunda have limited value. His formal experiments can not express the new generation consciousness, but they can be utilized to overcome the limits of Realism’s time and space.

        〈젊은 세대의 백서〉에 나타난 자본주의와 미국 문화의 영향

        Ha Yoo-sang’s drama in 1950’s is well know that they displayed the generational conflict, but Jeolmeun sedaeui baekseo is unlike other works. Ha yoo-sang said that Jeolmeun sedaeui baekseo is human problem related to ‘the illusion’, so it should be is read in other way, not the generational conflict. After Korean war, South Korea is influenced by the Capitalism and the American Culture; English, translations, western clothes, dances and so on. These influences can be checked in Jeolmeun sedaeui baekseo with western style house and Christmas day. These western life styles are understand as the symbol of freedom. On the other hand, characters are affected by negative aspects of the capitalism, so they fell into values of mammonism. These elements are a kind of the influence of the Capitalism and the American culture at that time. Ha Yoo-sang showed negative aspects of the capitalism by defeating the negative characters, Yungisa and Hyeonsu, but Gyeonghui get parents’ permission to get married in spite of a negative character. Moveover, Ha Yoo-sang used English words in Jeolmeun sedaeui baekseo. Ha Yoo-sang knew changes and influences by the Capitalism and the American culture in late 1950’s, so he displayed these social phenomena. However he fell into the ambivalence of the Capitalism and the American culture because he had a popular tendency.

        홍삼·백년초 복합물이 관절염 개선에 미치는 효과

        Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of a complex mixture of natural substances of ginseng and baeknyeoncho on the arthritic rats. Methods : In vitro experiments were conducted to ensure the stability of the complex. After setting toxicity and concentration by MTT assay, the antioxidant effect was measured through DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity. To confirm the anti-inflammatory effects of the complex, levels of nitric oxide (NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, TNF-α) were measured in LPS-treated macrophage cell lines (RAW264.7). We injected monosodium iodoacetate (MIA) 50 μl (60 mg/ml) into knee joints of rats to induce osteoarthritis. The rats were divided into three groups (normal (n=5), control (n=5), and OR (n=5) group). The control group consumed 2 mg/kg of physiological saline once a day for 4 weeks, and the OR group was mixed at a concentration of 416.5 mg/kg of Baengnyeoncho (O) and 208.25 mg/kg of red ginseng (R) and ingested 1 mL each 5 days a week. Results : This complex increased the DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging rate. The complex decreased NO production and pro-inflammatory cytokine production of macrophages. In the OR group, the secretion of cytokine in serum was decreased. In histopathological examination, the joint tissue of the composite showed less damage to the synovial membrane, cartilage, and fibrous tissue than the control group. Conclusions : As a result of this study, natural complexes have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cartilage protection effects. Therefore, we expect the complex to be effective in treating osteoarthritis.

        한방음악치료가 사상체질에 따라 분류된 뇌경색환자에 마치는 효과에 관한 연구

        1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the regional cerebral blood-flow(r-CBF) difference between OMT(Oriental Music Therapy) group and control group using brain SPECT, to evaluate the effect of OMT in ischemic stroke patients Classified by Sasang Constitutional. 2. Methods We selected 10 ischemic storke patients, classified groups into OMT group or control group. r-CBF of two groups were examined by brain SPECT. in all group we applied SCM(Sasang constitutional medicine)treatment for 4-5 weaks, and additionally in OMT group We applied OMT for 4-5 weaks. after that all the r-CBF of two groups took brain SPECT again. r-CBF difference and change before and after SCM treatment and OMT were quantified and analyzed using SPM. 3. Results r-CBF of OMT groups were increased compared to control groups. 4. Conclusions This study demonstrated that Sasang Constitutional OMT increased regional cerebral blood perfusion to the corresponding brain areas in ischemic stroke patients.

        다중빔음향측심 자료를 이용한 침몰선박 정밀영상 분석 연구

        본 연구는 다중빔 음향측심 자료를 바탕으로 침몰선박의 정확한 형상 및 해저지형에 대한 정보를 분석하였다. 다양한 영상 자료처리를 통해 현재 침몰선박의 상태를 분석하였다. 해당 자료와 과거 조사 자료의 비교를 통하여 침몰선박 상태 변화 및 주변지형의 변화를 해석하였다. 분석대상 선박 중 퍼시픽프랜드호의 경우 조류에 의한 침 퇴적으로 인해 선수-선미의 지형변화가 뚜렷하게 나타나는 특징을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 제7해성호의 경우 2011년 국립해양조사원 영상자료에서는 선수 일부가 유지된 상태였으나, 2015년 조사 영상에서는 선수 일부가 붕괴된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 오랜 기간 선박이 해저에 방치되면서 조류 및 화물의 하중 등과 지속적인 부식으로 선체가 붕괴된 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 잔존연료 유출 및 주변 해양오염이 발생할 수 있어 지속적인 모니터링이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 침몰선박의 영상분석을 통해 침몰선박이 수심과 조류에 의한 영향을 많이 받은 지역일 경우 지질학적 특성과 퇴적물의 침 퇴적 양상에 따라 침몰선박의 구조 안전성에 상당한 영향을 줄 것으로 판단되며, 부식으로 인한 선체의 변화는 계속적으로 변화될 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 지질학적 특성을 고려한 잔존연료 유출 및 주변 환경 변화에 대하여 침몰선박의 변화에 따라 예측 대응하는 기술의 개발이 필요하다. In this study, the precise shapes of sunken ships and information on seafloor topography were analyzed using data obtained from a multi-beam echo sounder. The state of each sunken ship was analyzed by processing diverse imagery data which was compared with data obtained from past investigations to determine changes in the state and circumjacent seafloor topography. Apparent changes in the seafloor topography around one sunken ship, the "Pacific Friend", were found from stern to bow as a result of continued submarine erosion and sedimentation. In the case of sunken ship "No. 7 Haeseong", the partial collapse of the bow was revealed in the seabed images captured in 2015, though it had still been intact in images captured during the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency's investigation in 2011. This partial collapse was presumed to have resulted from the effects of continued tidal currents, the cargo load of the ship and continued corrosion of the ship over a long time on the seabed. Continuous monitoring of residual fuel inside the ship is necessary to avoid leakage and potential marine pollution. By conducting image analysis on these sunken ships, it has been determined that the structural safety of the ships is seriously influenced by tidal currents and seafloor topography, while the hulls will be continuously changed by corrosion. As a result, it can be concluded that the development of prediction and response techniques that take into consideration residual fuel leakage and environmental changes according to the geological characteristics of sunken ships is necessary.

        석회화 상피성 치성종양의 증례보고

        The calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor is a rare benign odontogenic neoplasm which was first described by Pindborg in 1955 and accounts for less than 1% of all odontogenic tumors. The tumor occurs primarily in the molar-premolar region of the mandible, and 52% of cases are associated with an unerupted tooth. The clinical feature is most commonly a slow-growing painless swelling. The tumor may show considerable radiographic variation and usually characteristic histopathologic features. In this study, we report a case of the calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor on the left mandibular body and ramus area in a 28-year-old male with a brief review of the concerned literatures.

        비출혈 환자에서 굴곡성 기관지를 이용한 맹목적 기관내 삽관

        Nasotracheal intubation is an essential procedure during general anesthesia for dental treatment. Fiberoptic intubation is best accomplished by those who perform it as part of their daily practice. But nasal approach of fiberoptic intubation has some complications such as epistaxis and laryngeal injury. Especially, epistaxis is common and it make fiberoptic intubation because of limited view. When the epistaxis obstruct the field of vision we have to withdraw the fiberoptic bronchoscope and consider the other method for securing the airway. We succeeded in securing the airway of patient who had epistaxis during the fiberoptic nasotracheal intubation without withdrawing the fiberoptic bronchoscope. We used blind intubation guided by light source placed the tip of fiberoptic bronchscope applied to lightwand intubation.

        Dyke-Davidoff-Masson 증후군 환자의 두개골 변형: 증례보고

        Purpose: The Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome is a rare disease entity that was first reported in 1993, and it is characterized by not only the cerebral hemiatrophy that is accompanied by the ipsilateral ventriculomegaly and ipsilateral compensatory osseous hypertrophy, but also the overgrowth of the paranasal sinuses. No studies have attempted to examine it from perspectives of the skull deformity and plastic surgery. Here, we report our case with a review of the literatures. Methods: A 45-year-old man with Dyke-Davidoff-Masson visited our medical institution with nasal bone fracture. Based on the previously taken brain MRI scans, we measured the degree of craniofacial deformity, and the horizontal distance, which is based on the margin of the skull, as well as the falx cerebri. Results: We made a comparison of the degree of craniofacial deformity. This showed that the mean horizontal distance on the axial view was shorter by approximately 28.46%, as compared with that of the left unaffected side. Conclusion: The Dyke-Davidoff-Masson is characterized by a concurrent presence of the atrophy of the cerebral hemisphere, with the cranial deformity. For the reconstruction of the bone and soft-tissue deformity with Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome, it is needed to perform objective assessments.

        분리형 부재 옹벽 설계 프로그램 개발

        본 연구에서는 지압형 보강재를 갖는 분리형 부재 옹벽의 설계에 있어 검토해야 할 세부 검토항목을 살펴보고 설계 프로그램을 개발하였다. 분리형 부재 옹벽의 설계시 세부 설계내용은 외적 안정성 검토, 내적 안정성 검토 그리고 국부적 안정성 검토의 세 가지로 대별할 수 있다. 설계 프로그램에 반영된 외적 안정성 검토는 통상적인 옹벽에 대한 검토와 큰 차이는 없다. 내적 안정성 검토에서 고려해야 할 보강재의 인장파괴에 대한 검토와 인발에 대한 검토 세부 사항을 살펴보았고 국부적 안정성 검토에서 고려해야 할 보강재와 전면부재 사이의 연결강도에 대한 검토와 전면부재의 접촉면 사이의 전단강도에 관련한 벌징(bulging)에 대한 검토 세부 사항을 살펴보고 이를 개발된 프로그램에 구현하였다. 또한, 설계 예를 제시하여 입력자료와 검토결과를 나타냄으로써 개발된 프로그램의 이해를 증진시키고자 하였다. In this study, detailed design requirements for segmental retaining wall (SRW) which were concerned with external stability, internal stability, and local stability were investigated and a computer program for designing the SRW was developed as well. There are little differences in the estimation of the external stability between the algorithm of the developed program and the conventional method for the design of the SRW. Methods for accounting tension failure and pullout of the reinforcement were incorporated in the developed program, which were essentials in the internal stability. Methods for accounting the connection strength between a reinforcement and a facing block and for accounting the bulging concerned with the shear strength of the interface between two blocks were also incorporated in the developed program, which are essentials in the local stability. Design example run by the developed program is presented in order to enhance the knowledge of the developed program.

        선체 부식 및 손상 부재를 고려한 침몰선박의 구조 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 - 제7 해성호를 중심으로 -

        Sunken ships cause damage to the environment due to the dispersal of fuel oil and harmful cargo goods in the hull. Since the sunken ship is mostly flooded by the seabed, it tends to be in a relatively stable condition. However, the heavy body, together with the load of remaining goods in the cargo hold, the constant contact with the seabed, and ocean currents and tidal waves, can affect dispersal of residual fuel oils out of the sunken ship. Corrosion of the sunken ship starts upon sinking, decreasing the thickness of the hull structure and sub-materials. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the structural stability against the potential breakdown of the sunken ship. Whilst evaluating the danger of the sunken ship, this result should be reflected in 'the possible discharge'. This study was undertaken to suggest a procedure for a step by step evaluation to assess the structural stability a sunken ship. The structural stability assessment to estimate the collapsibility of the hull was structure targeted at the sunken ship 'No. 7 HaeSung', which was classified as the prime example for the intensive management of sunken ships. The collapsibility of the hull structure was estimated Based on the damage size of the hull structure, and the corrosion rate of the hull structure and sub-materials due to the seawater after sinking. It was confirmed that there was a low possibility of the total destruction of the hull structure at the current time. However, there is a high possibility in the potential failure of the hull structure due to increased rate of corrosion thereafter. Therefore, we believe continuous study on influence of corrosion and marine environment change to sunken ship's structural safety is necessary. 침몰선박은 선체 내에 적재되어 있는 잔존연료 및 유해 화물 등의 유출로 인하여 주변 환경과 선박의 안전 항해에 피해 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 대부분의 침몰선박은 해저에 침수된 상태로 비교적 안정적인 상태로 놓여있지만 선체 자중, 화물창의 잔존화물에 의한 하중과 해저면과의 접촉상태, 조류 및 해류 등의 영향으로 침몰선박 잔존연료 유출에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 침몰선박은 침몰 이후 부식이 진행되어 선체 구조부재의 두께가 지속적으로 감소하고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 침몰선박의 붕괴 가능성에 대한 구조안전성 평가가 필요하며 그 결과는 침몰선박의 위해도 평가요소 중 '유출가능성' 평가 항목에 반영되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 침몰선박의 구조 안전성 평가 방법에 대한 단계별 절차를 제시하고, 집중관리대상 침몰선박으로 분류된 '제7해성호'를 대상으로 선체구조의 붕괴 가능성을 추정하기 위한 구조 안전성 평가 방안을 제시한다. 침몰 당시 선체 손상 상태와 침몰 이후 선체구조 부재의 부식량 추정을 바탕으로 대상 침몰선박의 선체구조 붕괴 가능성을 산정한 결과, 현 상태에서는 전체적인 선체구조 붕괴가 일어날 가능성이 낮은 편으로 추정되지만, 향후 시간에 따른 부식량 증가로 인한 선체구조 붕괴가 일어날 가능성은 다소 높은 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 부식 및 해양환경 변화가 침몰선체 구조 안전성에 미치는 영향 등의 연구는 지속적으로 수행 되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
