The effects of the conditions of the collector formation on electrical characteristics of the packaged SiGe hetero-junction bipolar transistors (HBT) were investigated. While the DC characteristics of SiGe HBTs such as IV characteristic, forward current gain, Early voltage, and breakdown voltage were hardly changed after packaging, the AC characteristics such as $f_{\tau}\; and\; f_{max}$ were degraded severely. With the rise of the collector concentration, the break-down voltage decreased but the $f_{\tau}$ increased. Additionally, $\beta$ and $f_{\tau}$ values were kept high in the range of elevated collector current due to the increase of the critical current density for the onset of the Kirk effect. The devices As implanted before the collector deposition showed lower breakdown voltage and higher $f_{\tau}$ than the others, which seems to be originated from the As up-diffusion resulting in the thinner collector.

The degradation phenomena in SiGe hetero-junction bipolar transistors(SiGe HBTs) induced by bias stress are investigated in this review. If SiGe HBTs are stressed over a specific time interval, the device parameters deviate from their nominal values due to the internal changes in the devices. Reverse-bias stress on emitter-base(EB) junctions causes base current increase and current gain decrease because carriers accelerated by the electrical field generate recombination centers. When forward-bias current stress is conducted at an ambient temperature above $140^{\circ}C$ , hot carriers produced by Auger recombination or avalanche multiplication induce current gain fluctuation. Mixed-mode stressing, where high emitter current and high collector-base voltage are simultaneously applied to the device, provokes base current rise as EB reverse-bias stressing does.

1. Objectives The purpose of this case report is to evaluate the effects of Sasang Constitutional diagnosis and treatment of two patients who were diagnosed as Taeumin Dry-Heat Syndrome. 2. Methods Two numbness patients were diagnosed as Taeumin Dry-Heat Syndrome based on their Nature & Emotion, physical characteristics and symptoms. 3. Results and Conclusions Two numbness patients who were treated with Chungsimyonja-tang showed improvement in numbness. The necessity of managing the psychological aspects of the pathology through Nature and Emotion is also mentioned.

1. Objective Primary aldosteronism is clinically characterized by hypertension and hypokalemia. The purpose of this article is to report our case about a female patient with suspected primary aldosteronism. 2. Methods We diagnosed her as Soyangin Heat Sensation in chest and treated with Yangkyuksanhwa-rang and Hyungbangjihwang-tang. And potassium replacement therapy was applied to correct hypokalemia. 3. Results and Conclusions In this case, through Herb-medication, most symptoms were improved except dry mouth, Bur hypokalemia was not corrected, and primary aldosteronism was suspected on the basis of the blood results and symptoms.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of family-friendly management in 501 family-friendly certified firms and to analyze organizational and social outcomes outlined by the firms. In addition, this study aimed to discover ways to promote family-friendly management by investigating the effects of ongoing support to certified firms, including family-friendly consulting and workplace training. The results showed that certified firms administer family-friendly workplace policies at a satisfactory level, while their management of policy indices and outcomes were not effective. The finding suggests that family-friendly management indices need to be aligned with firms' substantial outcomes. An improved organizational image and trust were major organizational outcomes of family-friendly management, and an enhanced CEO perception and a culture centered on gender-equality were significant social outcomes. These outcomes need to be promoted to attract organizations to engage in family-friendly management. The finding further implies the important roles of organizations in cultivating family-friendly environments in society. Finally, the certified firms with ongoing consulting and training support exhibited higher levels of family-friendly management and organizational and social outcomes. This study sheds light on the importance of long-term, systematic efforts by organizations in fostering family-friendly management and achieving organizational and social outcomes.

1. Objective: This study is about a Soyangin patient with vertigo after subarachnoid hemorrhage. In this study, we report the effects of Sasang constitutional treatment to this patient. 2. Methods: This patient was treated by Soyangin's constitutional medications and acupunture according to the result of Sasang constitutional diagnosis. 3. Results and Conclusions: This patient's chief complaints were vertigo and gait disturbance. By using Yangkyuksanhwa-tang mainly, she showed positive response about her symptom. This study shows that Yangkyuksanhwa-tang has effect to vertigo in Soyangin.

The theory of the reflow applied to metallization process was studied, and the factors affecting the reflow and the relation between the reflow and the grain growth were investigated. The driving force for the metal reflow is the difference in chemical potentials along the metal surface, and it causes the atom movement. On condition that metal interconnect is fabricated for semiconductor devices, surface diffusion is the primary atom movement mechanism. The metal reflow is influenced by reflow temperature, reflow time, reflow ambient, thin film thickness, thin film material, underlayer material, pattern size, and aspect ratio. It is supposed that the reflow characteristic varies according to the grain growth during the reflow, so the effect of the grain growth on the reflow should be considered.
