        A case of the polyostotic polymeric fibrous dysplasia was reported with review of literatures which involved the both maxillary sinusese, mandibls, and left femur, humerus, ulna and all the metacarpals. Homogenous intramedullary bone graft was done for the treatment of the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in this case.

        그래핀 기반 투명전극 : 현황과 전망

        Graphene has attracted considerable attention since its first production from graphite in 2004, due to its outstanding physical and chemical properties. The development of production methodsfor large scale, high quality graphene films is an essentialstep toward realizing graphene applications such as transparent, conductive film. Chemical deposition methods, using metal catalystsand gaseous carbon sources, have been extensively developed for large area synthesis. In this paper, wereview recent progress ingraphene production, and survey the role of graphene electrodes in various electronic devices such as touch panels, solar cells, solid statelighting and microelectronic devices.

        The heterostructures constructed from transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have attracted considerable interest in the fields of physics and chemistry and for practical applications, because they offer tunability of the properties, such as the band offset, carrier density, and polarity. However, the complexity of synthesis processes so far is delaying the successful integration of the heterostructure device array on a large scale, hindering the realization of its great potentials. Here, structure controllable synthesis of TMDs (e.g., MoS<SUB>2</SUB>, WS<SUB>2</SUB>) is suggested by the facile solution-based selective precipitation method. The novel approach provides specific control of the microstructure of MoS<SUB>2</SUB>, such as thickness, shape and interspacing, resulting in a well-aligned patterned MoS<SUB>2</SUB> structure. Moreover, we confirmed that the MoS<SUB>2</SUB>/WSe<SUB>2</SUB> heterojunction with a sharp interface between vertical layers could be realized using a pulsed laser annealing system. Through experimental and theoretical studies, the underlying principles of selective synthesis was established. As a proof of concept, we demonstrated the behavior of a MoS<SUB>2</SUB>-based optoelectric sensor, a skin-attachable motion sensor in this study.

        We have to strive for not only realization of democracy in finance but also welfare promotion by making clear relation of many factors shown in process of budget deliberation which is competence of the local council. The fiscal year of both the central government and the local government is the same from January 1 to December 31 every year. Most of the local government is being managed by the central government's finance. So the local council's budget is decided after the central government's finance is decided. But because of frequent trouble of the National Assembly, deliberation on the budget is delayed. Therefore I think that the fiscal year is changed February into January. Above all, expert advisors of the local council have to improve judging ability and assist a standing committee of the local council to act and proceed to policies. Until now, local assembly men have worked without reward as honorary posts. Since expert advisors1 have helped them with knowledge and information about the budget. We have to consolidate expert advisors' role. Employing expert in the field is a way to consolidate. For professional education program, the local assembly men have managed 50 propositions related the local council such as the budget deliberation and a regulations examination. But they have little regular schooling and they lack expert knowledge. Therefore to upgrade the quality of members, practical training is needed. And they have to apply the programs of universities and educational institutions and attend lectures and learned societies. Under the budget handed by expert administrators, the executives makes a monopoly of information of local government budget. Therefore, to correct information imbalance and deliberate the budget rationally, information-gathering machinery like CBO(Congressional Budget Office) in US and NABOCNational Assembly Budget Office) in Korea. -

        장애등급제 폐지를 위한 제도정비 방안 고찰

        장애등급제의 폐지는 장애인복지 전반에 대한 변화를 요구한다. 현재 운영되고 있는 상당수의 장애인복지 제도가 장애등급에 기초하여 설계되어 있으므로, 제도 시행의 근간을 이루는 장애등급제의 폐지를 위해서는 관련 제도의 변경이 필요하기 때문이다. 장애등급제를 위한 장애인복지법령은 의학적 기준에 의한 손상에 초점을 둔 장애등급 기준을 운영하고 있으며, 장애등급제와 연동되는 대표적인 영역인 소득보장, 서비스 제공, 감면·할인 제도에 영향을 미치고 있다. 문제는 장애등급기준이 소득보장, 서비스 제공 및 감면·할인 제도에 적정히 연결되는 기준이 아니라는 데에 있다. 따라서 장애등급제를 폐지하고 장애인의 필요에 따른 급여 및 서비스 제공이 이루어져야 하며 이를 위한 제도적 정비가 필요하다. 이를 위한 첫 단계로 장애등급제를 직접적으로 규정한 장애인복지법 시행령 제2조제2항의 삭제가 필요하며, 이와 연동된 관련 법령의 정비가 요구된다. 이러한 제도적 정비는 단순한 장애등급제 폐지가 아닌 장애에 대한 새로운 시각의 확립과 제도적 설계가 필요함을 의미한다. The purpose of this article is to explore welfare systems of abolition of degree of disabilities. The abolition of degree of disabilities needs changes of welfare system because the system has been based on the degree of disabilities, which are fundamental for welfares of person with disabilities. The Acts of the persons has been established using the degree of disabilities focusing on the physical and mental impairment. As fields of welfares related to of degree of disabilities are income support, service provision and exemption/reduction of service cost, it needs to explore the alternatives for the system of the fields. The points regarding to the system lies that they are not standards which are not proper representing for decisions to benefits to the persons with disabilities. Thus, this article discusses that it needs to abolish the system of degree of disabilities and to establish new institutional system for the persons. For this, it says that it remove the article 2 of the Welfare Law for Persons with Disabilities, and asks for the amendment for the related Laws. This means that new perspectives to disabilities and design of welfare systems will be introduced.

      • 빈곤측정 벙법의 분류에 관한 연구

        While a number of methods have been devised and used in order to measure poverty, a significant effort has not been made on the classification of poverty measurements. As a result, the classification has been made mainly on the basis of researchers' own criteria or the characteristics of poverty measurement methods. However, it is time to consider a refined classification of poverty measurements, based on scientific criteria, because it enables us to understand them clearly. Given the context, this study explores whether there is a way in which a new classification can be established. Following the argument of Ringen (1988), who showed that there could be a way to build up a new classification of poverty measurements, using an income and/or a deprivation as indicators of poverty, this study discusses an introduction of a new classification. This study shows that there is a need to study and introduce a new classification of poverty measurements for the development of poverty measurements and research in Korea.
