Pythagorean Hodograph 곡선의 오프셋 곡선 기반의 경로수정을 통한 충돌회피기법 연구

The study investigates a methodology that utilizes the offset curve of the Pythagorean Hodograph curve to modify the path and perform collision avoidance for obstacles by following the modified path. The offset curve is defined by adjusting the relative distance to the reference curve using radial basis function. When there is a collision with an obstacle, the relative distance between the reference curve and the offset curve is obtained by sampling the points on the reference curve. The proposed algorithm enables the generation of a collision avoidance path in real time. Numerical simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 본 연구에서는 Pythagorean hodograph 곡선의 오프셋 곡선을 활용하여 경로를 수정하고, 수정된 경로를 통해 장애물에 대한 충돌회피를 수행하는 방법론에 대해 연구하였다. 오프셋 곡선은 radial basis function을 사용하여 기준곡선에 대한 상대적인 거리를 조정함으로써 정의된다. 상대적인 거리는 기준곡선상의 점을 샘플링하여 장애물에 대한 충돌여부를 판단한 뒤 충돌점에서의 최소거리를 계산함으로써 얻어진다. 제안한 알고리즘을 사용하여 실시간으로 충돌을 회피하는 경로를 얻을 수 있다. 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 알고리즘의 효용을 검증하였다.
금속분리판을 이용한 무인기항공기(UAV)용 경량화 DMFC 스택 개발

A 900 W scale direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) stack is designed and fabricated for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) applications. To meet the volume and weight requirements, metallic bipolar plates are applied to the DMFC stack for the first time wherein POS470FC was chosen as bipolar plate material. To ensure good robustness of the metallic bipolar plate based DMFC stack, finite element method based simulations are conducted using a commercial ANSYS Fluent software. The stress buildup and deformation characteristics on bipolar plates and end plates are analyzed in details. The present DMFC stack exhibits the performance of 1,130 W at 32 V and 35.3 A, clearly demonstrating that it could successfully operate for UAVs requiring around 1,000 W of power.
α-Lactalbumin 의 암세포 증식 저해효과에 관한 연구

Bovine serum albumin(BSA), α-lactalbumin(α-LA), β-lactoglobulin(β-LG) and bovine immunoglobulin G(IgG) were investigated the cytotoxicity on tumor cell lines, α-LA was showned a tendency of dose dependaent on cytotoxicity using WiDr. The growth of WiDr was inhibited 82% by 1㎎/ml of α-LA. However, IgG, BSA and β-LG were not shown the cytotoxicity on WiDr. When α-LA was purified by using high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC), the main component(α-LA) was eluted at 33.057 min and extremely small quantities eluted at 32.310 min. The xytotoxicity of main component (eluted at 33.057 min peak) was lower than commercial α-LA. And the cytotoxic activity of hydropyzed α-LA and α-LA treated with EDTA were lower than commercial α-LA on tumor cells.
3차원 환경 복원을 위한 다중 키넥트의 마커리스 캘리브레이션

Reconstruction of the three-dimensional (3D) environment is a key aspect of augmented reality and augmented virtuality, which utilize and incorporate a user's surroundings. Such reconstruction can be easily realized by employing a Kinect device. However, multiple Kinect devices are required for enhancing the reconstruction density and for spatial expansion. While employing multiple Kinect devices, they must be calibrated with respect to each other in advance, and a marker is often used for this purpose. However, a marker needs to be placed at each calibration, and the result of marker detection significantly affects the calibration accuracy. Therefore, a user-friendly, efficient, accurate, and marker-less method for calibrating multiple Kinect devices is proposed in this study. The proposed method includes a joint tracking algorithm for approximate calibration, and the obtained result is further refined by applying the iterative closest point algorithm. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method is a convenient alternative to conventional marker-based methods for calibrating multiple Kinect devices. Hence, the proposed method can be incorporated in various applications of augmented reality and augmented virtuality that require 3D environment reconstruction by employing multiple Kinect devices
Human Lactoferrin 이 Mouse Thymocytes CD4- CD8- 의 성숙 및 Interleukin - 2 의 생성에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of human lactoferrin on the maturation of mouse thymocytes CD4^- CD8^- and the production of interleukin-2. The results obtained in these experiments were as follows; CD4^- CD8^- cells which had been isolated from thymus of Balb/c mouse were induced into CD8^+ CD8^+ during 24 hours culture by HLF treatment. HLF had nearly no effect on the production of IL-2 in Jurkat cell, but highly increased the production of IL-2 when added with PMA and OKT3.

Human milk samples taken from 78 healthy lactating women in Suweon area were analyzed to find out the changes of the general and vitamin contents during 5 different lactation period. The results were as follows; 1. The average contents of protein, fat, lactose, ash, and moisture in human milk were 1.25±0.05, 3.56±0.45, 6.82±0.58, 0.21±0.08, and 87.88±0.98%, respectively. 2. The protein and ash were significantly decreased from 1.86 and 0.26% to 1.18 and 0.18%, but the contents of fat, lactose, and total solid were gradually increased from 2.95, 6.18, and 11.87% to 3.72, 7.02, and 12.25% during lactation period, respectively. 3. Protein, fat, and lactose showed positive correlation with total solid. Ash showed positive correlation with protein but it showed negative correlation with other constituents. 4. Vitamin contents of colostrum were 270 IU/100g of vit. A, trace of vit. B_1, 0.03mg/l00g of vit. B_2, 8.5㎍/l00g of vit. B_6, 0.06㎍/100g of vit. B_12, 3.4mg/100g of vit. C, 0.7mg/l00g of vit. E, and 0.2㎍/100g of vit. K_1. vit. A, β-carotene. vit. E decreased, but vit. C and B groups increased during lactation period.
