Hedonic Analysis of Automobile Attributes in Korea

본 연구는 헤도닉가격기법과 비교정태분석을 사용하여 휘발유가격에 대한 자동차의 연료효율성과 속성의 수요탄력성을 추정한 것이다. 탄력성을 추정하는 데에는 휘발유가격에 대한 장기간의 시계열자료 대신 분석의 기준년도인 2001년의 평균휘발유가격이 사용되었으며, 그리고 2001년에 한국에서 새로 출시된 110개 자동차 모델에 대한 자료가 이용되었다. 분석의 대상이 되는 자동차의 속성으로는 디자인, 실내공간의 넓이, 엔진 배기량, 장착가능한 편의장치, 그리고 연비 등을 포함시켰다. 휘발유가격에 대한 연료효율성의 장기적인 수요탄력성은 0.366으로 추정되었다. 그 외 속성들의 수요탄력성도 비탄력적인 것으로 도출되었다. 따라서, 휘발유가격은 자동차의 속성들과 연료효율성의 소비에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

Effects of Airport Noise on the Household Property Values

본 연구는 항공기 소음이 주택가격에 미치는 영향을 헤도닉가격기법을 적용하여 분석하고자 하였다. 국제공항이 인천으로 이전하기 전 서울지방항공청장이 소음피해지역(제1종, 제2종 및 제3종)으로 고시한 김포공항 주변의 아파트 가격을 주요 분석 대상으로 하였다. 소음측정단위로는 세계민간항공기구가 권장하는 연속적 동등소음감지단위(Weight Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level: WECPNL)를 사용하였다. 2000년도 여름에 매매된 총 220가구를 대상으로 아파트의 실질거래가격과 소음측정단위, 가구속성 및 지역관련 변수를 사용하여 헤도닉 방정식을 추정한 결과 소음변수를 비롯 아파트 평수 및 방의 개수를 나타내는 변수에 대한 계수의 추정치는 통계적으로 매우 유의적으로 나타났다. 분석대상지역에 있어 항공기 소음의 한계내포가격은 평균 마이너스 340여 만 원으로 추정되었다. 이 추정치는 다시 말해 소음감지단위인 WECPNL이 한 단위 증가하게 되면 아파트의 평균매매 가격의 3.19%가 떨어지는 것을 의미하며 이 지역이 소음피해지역으로 고시되어 있는 상황을 매우 잘 나타내고 있었다.

Measurement of Willingness to Pay by Using Fuzzy Theory

본 연구는 이산선택 조건부가치측정법에 내재되어 있는 응답자의 선호의 불확실성 문제를 퍼지이론을 통해 해결하려 한 것으로, 멸종위기에 처해 있는 한국산 토종반달곰의 보존에 대한 지불의사액을 추정하는 분석과정에 퍼지소속도 함수를 적용하였다. 퍼지소속도 이론은 애매모호한 상황의 불명확성을 추정하는 방법론으로, 이를 조건부가치측정법에 적용하면 해당 환경재에 대한 지불의사액과 응답자들의 진술에 대한 확신도를 동시에 도출해낼 수 있다. 본 연구를 위해 우리나라 7대 광역시에 거주하는 성인남녀 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며 양분선택형 조건부가치측정법이 사용되었다. 한국산 토종반달곰 보존에 대한 지불의사액은 가구당 월 9,090원으로 계산되었으며 퍼지소속도함수로 계산된 응답의 확신도는 78%인 것으로 추정되었다.

고속 곱셈연산을 위한 고속 4-2 compressor 설계

4-2 compressor 는 곱셈기의 부분 곱 합 트리(partial product summation tree)의 기본적인 구성요소이다. 본 논문은 고속 연산이 가능한 4-2 compressor 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 회로는 최적화된 XORXNOR와 MUX 로 구성하였다. 이 회로는 기존의 회로와 비교하였을 때 회로 구성에 필요한 트랜지스터수가 12 개 감소하였으며, 지연시간이 32.2% 감소하였다. 제안한 회로는 Samsung 0.18um CMOS 공정을 이용하여 HSPICE 로 시뮬레이션 하였다.

After placing two kinds of linen tapes at a certain interval and setting them not to sag, the writer examined the error(-)made by elongation by means of operating the tension(0.5~7kg) in the gradual decrease and the gradual increase, and also counted the error(+) caused by the sag ging, illustrating each of the errors. The proper using method of linen tape can be shown by see king the relations between the length of span and tension when these two cancel each other.

4-2 compressor 는 곱셈기의 부분 곱 합 트리(partial product summation tree)의 기본적인 구성요소이다. 본 논문은 저 전력 특성을 갖는 4-2 compressor 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 회로는 한 개의 전가 산기와 MUX 로 구성하였다. 이 회로는 기존의 회로와 비교하였을 때 회로 구성에 필요한 트랜지 스터수가 14 개 감소하였으며, 6.3%의 전력소모가 감소하였다. 제안한 회로는 Samsung 0.18um CMOS 공정을 이용하여 HSPICE 로 시뮬레이션 하였다.

공휴일제도 개선의 항공운송산업에 대한 경제파급효과 분석

This current study analyzes the economic impact on the air transport industry and other related industries pursuant to reasonable improvement of the Public Holiday Policy in Korea including expanded alternative holidays, day designated holidays, sandwich holidays, etc. This current study concludes that relieving the annual deviation in numbers of holidays, and establishing longer weekends by improving public holiday`s policy shall lead to increased domestic and overseas tourism expenditure, increased revenue in airlines and other related businesses, and other positive economic impacts. This current study surveyed the general public to establish the estimated tourism demand and change in expenditure according to various types of public holiday`s policy, and derived the economic impact through interindustry analysis. According to the different features of each type of public holiday`s policy, in thirty years: the annual number of holidays is estimated to increase 0.5 days to 3.0 days; the economic impact to the aviation industry and other related industries pursuant to the newly established holidays is estimated to be 1,162.7 billion KRW to 6,976.2 billion KRW (approx. 1.02 billion USD - 6.13 billion USD); and 14,704 to 88,226 new jobs are expected to be created.

스마트폰의 보급과 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 활성화로 오늘날 일상생활에서 웹을 떼어놓고 말하기 힘든 시대가 되었다. 정부의 민원서비스나 온라인 금융거래, 그리고 영화나 식당의 예약까지, 오프라인에서 이루어지는 실생활의 대부분이 웹 상에서 서비스 되고 있으며 이러한 서비스는 웹을 일상생활과 더욱 밀접하게 만들 것이다. 반면 이에 따른 보안문제는 보다 심각하게 다고 오고 있다. 웹을 통한 개인정보의 유출은 새삼스러운 이슈가 아니다. 심심치 않게 보도되는 개인정보 유출 사고들은 이미 천만 건 단위를 넘어섰고, 특히 2009년 7.7 DDoS 대란 등 크고 작은 많은 유출 사고들이 일어났기 때문이다. 웹의 긍정적인 측면을 본다면 이러한 부정적인 요소는 회피할 것이 아니라 극복해야 할 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 보안의 이슈와 이에 대한 대응책으로서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 웹 방화벽을 이용한 보안 방안을 제시하고자 한다. With the spread of smartphones and the activation of cloud computing, it is hard to talk about anyone"s everyday life without the web in the era we live today. A great deal of our daily activities that take place in an offline environment from civil petitions against the government and financial transactions to restaurant or movie reservations are now serviced on the web, which has brought the web closer to our daily life. Meanwhile, security issues associated with online activities are becoming more serious. Disclosure of personal information via the web is not an issue new to all. The number of accidents involving leaks of personal information, which are often covered by the media, have exceed 10 million cases, majority of which are attributed to small and large scale leaks in 2009 particularly, including the 7? DDoS chaos. Given the positive aspects of the web, its negative effects should not be evaded but overcome. This paper addresses web security issues and as a countermeasure presents security measures using web application firewall in the cloud computing environment.

The effect of hydrogen annealing on the I-V curves of WSe2 FET are investigated through Pulsed I-V(PIV) and DC measurement. It is shown that hydrogen annealing reduces the interface states resulting in reduced hysteresis and improved subthreshold swing. In addition, hydrogen annealing results in less difference between on-current measured by PIV and DC measurement.
