It is confirmed that there is a limit to the lack of convention that are maintained for a long time with continuity in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the motivation for participating in the World Knowledge Forum, which has been held continuously for 23 years, and to investigate how it affects the value and satisfaction perceived by the participants. Through this, it is intended to identify what kind of efforts should be made to ensure the continuity of convention, focusing on participation motivation, perceived value, and overall satisfaction from the participant's point of view. Participants' motives for participation in the World Knowledge Forum were categorized into four factors: educational, friendly, deviant, and playful. The mediating effect of perceived value in the relationship of overall satisfaction is verified.

MICE산업의 경제규모와 경제적 가치 추정 연구

This study applies the development of the MICE Satellite Account framework that reflects the characteristics of the MICE industry through Tourism Satellite Account, a methodology presented by The World Tourism Organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the economic size of the MICE industry and promote the MICE industry through the MICE Satellite Account, a framework developed to reflect the characteristics of the MICE industry. As a result of calculating the proportion and contribution of the domestic MICE industry to the national economy using the MICE satellite account based on available statistical data on the MICE industry, MICE direct gross domestic product is approximately KRW 3.552 trillion. According to the calculated results, the domestic MICE industry contributed 1,898 trillion won, about 0.19%, to the national gross domestic product in 2018.

In a block environment, generated data should be able to verify that the same result is output when the same procedure is performed as the procedure for generating the data. However, if pseudo-random numbers are involved in data generation, the same procedure does not result in the same number of occurrences and results may differ. The analyzed DApp generates random numbers using unpredictable values in advance, and then discloses these values for post-verification. Through this research, methods are studied for generating pseudo-random numbers that can be post-verified in blockchain environment.

전시 참가업체의 편익이 관계지속성에 미치는 영향 - 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 전시회에 참가하는 참가업체의 관계지속성을 향상할 수 있는 방안을 논의 하는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 전시회의 특성을 고려하여 참가업체 편익, 만족도, 관 계지속성 등의 변수를 활용하여‘K-PRINT 2021’참가업체를 대상으로 실증분석을 실 시하였다. 120개 참가업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 총 100개의 유효표본을 확보하 였으며, 연구 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 분석을 실시하였다. 참가업체 편익을 구성하는 요인은 자원교환편익, 사회교환편익, 정보교환편익 등으로 나타났으며, 관계지속성은 행동적 관계지속성, 정서적 관계지속성 등으로 선행연구를 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 참가업체 편익과 만족도, 관계지속성 간의 부분적으로 유의한 영향관계를 규명하였으며, 3단계 회귀방정식을 활용하여 만족도의 완전 매개효 과를 검증하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시함으로써 전시 산업과 관련 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. This study aims to discuss ways to improve the relationship persistence of exhibitors participating in the exhibition. To understand the characteristics of exhibitions, an empirical analysis was conducted on the exhibitors of ‘K-PRINT 2021’ using variables such as benefits, satisfaction, and relationship persistence. A total of 100 valid samples were secured through a survey of 120 exhibitors, and an analysis was conducted to achieve the research purpose. Factors constituting the benefits of exhibitors were found to be resource exchange benefits, social exchange benefits, and information exchange benefits, while relationship persistence was found to support previous studies with behavioral relationship persistence and emotional relationship persistence. The partially significant influence relationship among exhibitor benefits, satisfaction, and relationship persistence was investigated, and the perfect mediating effect of satisfaction was verified using a three-step regression equation. Finally, this study attempted to contribute to the development of related studies by suggesting future research directions while considering its limitations.

S-63 위암으로 오인된 위결핵 1례

서론: 복부 결핵은 폐외 결핵의 가장 흔한 형태중 하나로 복막 및 복부 장기의 mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) 감염으로 정의된다. 그 중 위 결핵은 상대적으로 매우 드물며 특징적인 증상, 방사선학적, 내시경적 소견이 부족하여 진단에 어려움이 있어 악성종양으로 오인하여 수술 통한 위절제 후 결핵으로 진단되는 경우가 많다. 이에 저자 등은 위의 악성종양으로 오인되었으나 항결핵제 사용 후 호전된 1예를 경험하여보고하는 바이다. 증례: 79세 남자환자로 수개월 전부터 경구 식이섭취 감소하며 밤에 소화 잘되지 않으며 간헐적인 복부전반의 통증 호소로 본원 내원하였다. 신체 검진에서 의식은 명료하였으며 흉부 진찰 및 심폐음 청진에서 특이 소견은 없었으며 경부 림프절 종대, 간 비장종대도 없었다. 흉부 X-선 검사에서 양 상엽의 과거 결핵병소 관찰, 복부 전산화 단층촬영에서 위 분문부 및 체부를 따라 저음영의 위벽 비후가 관찰되었으며 총간동맥 및 이자 체부 주위에 최대 3.8 cm의 임파선들이 관찰되었다 상부소화관 내시경상 분문부 소만 측에 완만한 융기성 팽륜소견과 중심부 함몰및 궤양 변화 보이는 부위 있어 생검 시행하였으며 생검상 미란, 장화생, 화농 동반한 만성 활동성 위염 소견 있었으며 악성종양 및 결핵을 시사 하는 소견은 없었다. 내시경 생검 조직에서 암세포가 없었지만 복부 전산화 단층촬영 및 내시경 소견에서 악성종양을 배제할 수 없어 개복후 절제 수술 필요성 설명 하였으나 환자 고령으로 환자, 보호자 개복술 원하지 않으시며, 보전적 치료 원하였다. 6개월 뒤 식이 힘들어지며 간헐적 복부 통증 악화로 입원 하였으며 경과관찰 위해 시행한 상복부 내시경 소견에서 이전의 분문부 소만 측의 융기성 팽륜과 궤양 병변 호전되어 반흔성 변화 관찰되었다. 내시경적 소견 호전 양상으로 보아 악성 종양 가능성 떨어지며 결핵 가능성 배제할 수 없어 경험적 항결핵제 3제 요법 시행하였으며, 환자 투약 이후 빠르게 증상 호전되어 1개월 뒤 퇴원 후 외래 진료 지속중이다. 6개월 항결핵제 복용 종료 후 경과관찰 위해 시행한 복부 전산화 단층촬영에서 위벽의 비후소견 다소 호전되었으며 총 간 동맥 및 이자 체부 주위 임파선의 크기 감소 있었다(최대 3.8 cm->1 cm 미만). 고찰: 우리나라와 같이 결핵의 이환율이 높은 지역에서는 위의 궤양성 병변이 있는 경우 조직검사 에서 육아종이나 결핵균이 발견되지 않는다 해도 위결핵 가능성을 배제 할 수 없어 본 증례를 보고하는 바이다.

Objectives: This study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the service quality of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI), along with the utilization of and customer satisfaction with its export supporting program, and the export performance of Korean pharmaceutical companies. Methods: An online and offline survey was conducted on Korean pharmaceutical companies that have used the export supporting program provided by KHIDI. Data on the service quality of KHIDI, utilization of and customer satisfaction with the export supporting program, and company export performance were collected via survey. Results: Results indicated that systemizing and reliability service factors of the export supporting program have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on utilization of the export supporting program. Furthermore, customer satisfaction and utilization of the program have a significant impact on company expectations regarding future export performance. Conclusions: As a result, service quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction were found to affect Korean pharmaceutical company’s expectations regarding their future export performance. The results of this study can significantly impact the development of export supporting programs.
