This study was performed to verify scattered dose by collimator and block. As the results, the following conclusion have been reached ; 1. Scattered dose outside the treatment field increased with the increase of energy. 2. Shielding block cause 2 to 3 % Increase in central axis dose. 3. Scattered dose by the upper collimator was more than dose by the lower collimator. 4. It was found that optimal thickness of shielding block was 2 cm width.

일반적으로 유선 및 무선 ATM망에서 서비스 품질(QoS)에 대한 요구 사항은 서비스 유형에 따라 다르며, 실시간 비디오 서비스는 셀 손실보다 셀 전송 지연에 더 민감하다. 셀 손실 방지를 강조하고 있는 기존 핸드오프 방안들은 QoS를 만족시키기 위해 셀 전송 지연이 큰 단점을 가지고 있었다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 VBR 서비스에서 핸드오프 동안 새로운 기지국으로 전달될 셀 들 중에서 ATM 셀 헤더의 셀손실 우선순위(CLP)가 낮은 셀은 전달하고 CLP가 높은 셀은 폐기함으로써 셀 전송 지연을 최소화하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방안은 MPEG 비디오 프레임을 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 통해 실시간 VBR 서비스의 QoS를 만족시키고 신속한 핸드오프에 적절하다는 것을 보여 주었다. In general, requirements for QoS are different according to the type of services in wire-line and wireless ATM networks, and real-time video service is more sensitive to cell transmission delay than to cell loss. Existing handoff schemes emphasizing prevention of cell loss had limitations in cell transmission delay to satisfy QoS. In this paper, a novel scheme to transmit ATM cells with low CLP(when CLP = 0) prior to others and discarding cells with high CLP(when CLF = 1) in ATM cell header among cells to be forwarded to new base station during handoffs in real-time VBR service is proposed. The proposed scheme is proven to be suitable for the satisfaction of QoS of real-time VBR service and appropriate for fast handoffs by giving high CLP value to less meaningful MPEG frames through simulations.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the solution of examining the problem of terminology and systematizing the terminology in relation to assertion and base in educational effective value. The assertion and base education is more emphasized with critical thinking ability and essay. However, the use of the terminology in relation to assertion and base is ambiguous and systemless in Korean education curriculum and text book, and it doesn`t show the difference in using lots of terminology in relation to assertion and base. So educational confusion is followed. Therefore, this study examined how the terminology related to assertion and base is used in educational way, tried to categorize it according to the characteristics in objectivity and subjectivity and tried to reveal the system of terminology clearly based on common point. The sense of examining and categorizing terminology seems to be reflected in present Korean curriculum. However, in real classroom, teachers and students can`t understand the differences and common points of terminology in relation to assertion and base and are confused by them. Therefore, examining and categorizing terminology need to be reflected on curriculum plan according to the level of school system. Some may think that the terminology which is used nowadays has differences. However, The suggestion of this study focuses on the common points and educational effective value of terminology. This kind of re-categorizing of educational terminology has an important meaning in educational effective value.
치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭에 관한 증례보고 : CASE REPORT

석회화 치성낭은 상악 전치부에 호발하는 발육성 치성낭이나 조직학적 소견이 다양하고 따라서 분류 체계도 다양하다. 악골 내에서 느리게 진행되는 무통성 종창이 일반적이며 24-30%에서 매복치 및 치아종과 연관되어 나타난다. 피복 상피에 나타나는 유령세포는 결합 조직에 노출되어 석회화 조직을 형성한다. 이 증례는 14세 여아의 상악 견치부에 발생한 치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭으로, 매복된 상악 좌측 견치 치관 주위로 경계가 명확한 방사선 투과성 병소와 다발성의 방사선 불투과성 석회화 물질이 혼재된 병소였다. 조직병리학적으로 중층 편평상피로 이장되어잇고 상피 내에 유령세포가 관찰되었다. 석회화된 물질은 복합 치아종의 소견을 보여 Preatorius의 조직학적 분류에 의한 석회화 치성낭 Type IB로 진단되었다. 병소의 적출 및 병소에 이환된 견치 발치를 시행하였다. 현재 염증 소견이 관찰되어 병소에 이환된 상악 좌측 제1소구치는 치수치료를 시행하였으며 환아 및 보호자가 포괄적인 교정 치료를 원하여 현재 공간 유지 장치를 장착 중이다. The calcifying odontogenic cyst(COC) predominantly affected Maxillary anterior segment and it is developmental cyst. But COC showed diverse terminology or classification, clinicopathologic features as well as its biologic behavior. COC usually presents as slowly enlarging but otherwise symptomless swelling. Association with impacted teeth and odontoma is described in 24~30%. The epithelial lining of COC(ghost cell) appears to have ability to induce the formation of dental tissues in the asjcents connective tissue wall. This case is a COC associated with a odontoma involving an impacted left maxillary canine in 14-year old female child. Radiographic examination revealed a well-demarcated radiolucent lesion partially occupied by a radiopaque mass, involving the left canine. The histologic sections showed cystic cavity lined with ameloblastic epithelium containing ghost cell masses with regular and irregular shape odontoma. The final pathologic diagnosis was calcifying odontogenic cyst with odontoma(Type IB by Preatorius). Enucleation and elimination of the included tooth were performed. Now endodontic treatment was preformed on the 1st premolar of the upper left jaw, which had a lesion. And the patient and their parents want to have the orthodontic treatment performed and would like to keep the space maintainer.
