국내자연 및 사육환경 내 늑대거북(Chelydra serpentina)의 분포현황 및 관리방안 마련

국내에 유입되는 외래종의 수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 외래거북의 경우 지난 20년 동안 63개국에서 약110톤이 유입되었다. 외래파충류는 인기 있는 반려동물로 온라인과 오프라인에서 약 39종이 판매되고 있으며, 이중 일부는 야생으로 유입되고 있다. 현재까지 1속, 5종의 외래거북류가 생태계교란 생물로 지정되어 있으며, 늑대거북은2022년 신규 지정되었다. 늑대거북은 2014년 발견 이후 자연에서의 발견 보고가 없다가, 2019년부터 지속적으로 발견되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 늑대거북의 국내 정착 현황을 파악하고자, 문헌조사 및 외래거북류 산란지에서 채집한 알의 난각 DNA를 분석하였다. 또한 2022년 생태계교란 생물로 지정 당시 늑대거북의 사육현황을 파악하기 위해 사육유예신청서 검토결과를 분석하였다. 국내의 자연생태계에서 발견된 늑대거북 38개체 중 70% 이상이 온라인검색 또는 국가동물보호시스템을 통해 확인되었고 채집된 거북류 알의 난각 DNA 분석결과, 수원에서 늑대거북의 알 1개가확인되어 국내에 번식하고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 2022년 10월 28일부터 2023년 4월 27일까지 사육유예 신청서110건을 검토한 결과 총 155개체가 사육되고 있으며 66.5%가 개인사육인 것으로 확인되었다. 국내 자연생태계 정착과 사육, 번식을 확인하는데 시민들의 신고가 다수를 차지하여 생태계교란 생물에 대한 시민 교육과 관리제도의 홍보가 중요할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 늑대거북의 사육시작 연도는 2003년이었고, 최초 수입 기록은 2015년으로 보고된 바 있어 외래생물의 수입과 유통을 관리하는 부처와 법정관리종 지정·관리기관의 정보를 통합 관리할 필요가 있어 보인다. The number of non-native species introduced into South Korea continues to grow, with nearly 110 tons of alien turtles imported from 63 countries over the past 20 years. Alien reptiles are popular pets, with about 39 species sold online and offline, some of which have been introduced into the wild. To date, five non-native turtle species and one genus are listed as Ecosystem Disturbing Species (EDS), with the common snapping turtle, Chelydra serpentina, to be added in 2022. In this study, we determined the establishment status of C. serpentina in natural ecosystems in South Korea through a literature review and identified the species by analyzing the DNA of eggs collected from nesting sites. We also analyzed the results of the review of the breeding moratorium application to understand the breeding status of C. serpentina at the time of its designation as an EDS in 2022. As a result, more than 70% of the 37 C. serpentina found in natural ecosystems in South Korea were identified through online searches or the National Animal Protection System, and DNA analysis of egg shells confirmed that one C. serpentina egg was suspected of breeding in the wild. Based on a review of 110 breeding moratorium applications from October 28, 2022 to April 27, 2023, a total of 155 individuals were confirmed to be in captivity, 66.5% of which were in private hands. As citizen reports accounted for the majority of cases of settlement, breeding and reproduction in the domestic natural ecosystem, it is believed that it is important to educate citizens about EDS and promote the management system. In addition, the year of C. serpentina breeding identified in this study was 2003, and the first import identified in the records was 2015, which are inconsistent with each other. Therefore, there is a need to integrate information from the ministries that manage the importation and distribution of invasive species and the organizations that designate and manage the receivership species.

Purpose The purpose of this study was effect of web-based remote breathing exercise on pulmonary function and respiratory strength. Methods A total of 30 students were assigned to 15 in study groups and 15 in control groups. Exercise was performed 3 times a week for a total of 12 times for 4 weeks. Both groups applied an exercise program included breathing exercise and whole body exercise. Results As a result of pulmonary function, there was no significant difference in the study group, and there was a significant difference in the control group for FEV₁, FEV₁/FVC, PEF. Both groups showed significant differences in MEP and MIP for respiratory muscle strength. However, there were no significant differences between groups in all items. Conclusion Breathing exercises help to improve pulmonary function and respiratory muscle strength. In particular, remote breathing exercise can be an alternative that can help improve respiratory muscle strength of non-face-to-face social university students with low activity levels.

Probiotic, prebiotic, and synbiotic substances as well as microorganisms were added to infant formula in an attempt to influence the intestinal microflora with an aim to stimulate the growth of lactic acid bacteria, especially bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. Over the last 10 years, new synbiotic infant formulas containing probiotics and prebiotics have been proposed in order to simulate the effect of breast-feeding on the intestinal microflora. Owing to their synergistic effect, the new synbiotics are expected to be more helpful than using probiotics and prebiotics individually. Maintenance of the viability of the probiotics during food processing and the passage through the gastrointestinal tract should be the most important consideration, since a sufficient number of bacteria (108 cfu/g) should reach the intended location to have a positive effect on the host. Storage conditions and the processing technology used for the manufacture of products such as infant formula adversely affect the viability of the probiotics. When an appropriate and cost-effective microencapsulation methodology using the generally recognized as safe (GRAS) status and substances with high biological value are developed, the quality of infant formulas would improve. The effect of probiotics may be called a double-effect, where one is an immunomodulatory effect, induced by live probiotics that advantageously alter the gastrointestinal microflora, and the other comprises anti-inflammatory responses elicited by dead cells. At present, a new terminology is required to define the dead microorganisms or crude microbial fractions that positively affect health. The term “paraprobiotics” (or ghost probiotics) has been proposed to define dead microbial cells (not damaged or broken) or crude cell extracts (i.e., cell extracts with complex chemical composition) that are beneficial to humans and animals when a sufficient amount is orally or topically administered. The fecal microflora of bottle-fed infants is altered when the milk-based infant formula is supplemented with probiotics or prebiotics. Thus, by increasing the proportion of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, prebiotics modify the fecal microbial composition and accordingly regulate the activity of the immune system. Therefore, considerable attention has been focused on the improvement of infant formula quality such that its beneficial effects are comparable to those of human milk, using prebiotics such as inulin and oligosaccharides and potential specific probiotics such as bifidobacteria, which selectively stimulate the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the microflora and the indigenous intestinal metabolic activity of the microflora.
종교영역에 대한 국가의 개입 가능성과 한계: 중립성의 두 가지 함의를 중심으로

Until now in regard of the relationship between ``state and church`` or ``politics and religion``, the word term ``separation`` (Article 20 Section 2) has been mostly focused on when an interpretation of the Constitution of the Republic of Korean is needed. So the principle of ``state neutrality`` has not been highly considered in theories and practices both in the Republic of Korea and its understanding has not been developed like other countries including France, Germany, and so on. This paper dealt with the following points. 1. Secularism, the separation of religion and politics, and state neutrality can be sorted into the same problem case of the problem of religion and politics, but the categories of them differ from each other and they are especially related with each other. 2. When the separation of religion and politics are compared with state neutrality, state neutrality has theoretical precedence over the separation of religion and politics. 3. State neutrality is more useful notion for developing legal principles than the separation of religion and politics. 4. Neutrality has two notions; exclusive neutrality and inclusive neutrality. 5. The two notions of neutrality have significance because each notion of neutrality can be applied to different cases. Furthermore, it can reveal the limitation and the possibility of national intervention towards the field of religion. The points mentioned above are basic and fundamental propositions. The following points are the propositions to be additionally ascertained. 6. The neutrality having two notions can carry out both of the explanations; the explanation of right-law side and the explanation of unification-politics side. 7. The notion of neutrality can be developed within the relation between jurisdiction and politics (or constitutionalism and democracy.)In order to examine these assertions, I compared the cases of Germany and France in the way of comparative constitutional study. And I reviewed the cases of the Republic of Korea in the way of law-centered historical approach and case study approach. In regard of the ``state religious neutrality`` in the Korean constitution, discusses should be intensified. This will be helpful to both of theories and practices. According to this transition, we can establish a new Korean model for the relationship of ``state and church`` or ``politics and religion`` within the constitutional limit.
유지보수성과 환경운용성을 개선한 야전시험장비에 대한 연구

In this paper, I purpose one of the development methods for portable Automatic field Test Equipment(ATE) with VME form factor. Almost portable ATE have not used to standards form factor and they are connected by mechanical non-rigid general connectors and wire harnesses among the components. Furthermore, it is hard to reuse developed board. So, it decreases to reusability of developed board and it is hard to maintenance of ATE. Even those things have weakness for vibration and drop test especially in portable ATE. The XK9A1 ATE using VME form factor has environmental reliability through vibration, drop, temperature test. It consists of 5 developed board called the control board, the wire & wireless communication board, the power supply board, the load board and the mother board. It is connected by two wire harnesses between mother board and extern circular connectors. The control board send the data and address to other board though each 16-bit data and 20-bit address line. You can develop the function board what you want to using those data & address line when it comes to needing other function board.
Cascaded 멀티레벨 인버터의 고장 허용 제어를 위한 Level-Shifted PWM 기반의 새로운 변조 기법

This paper proposes a novel level-shifted PWM (LS-PWM) strategy for fault tolerant cascaded multilevel inverter. Most proposed fault-tolerant operation methods in many of studies are based on a phase-shifted PWM (PS-PWM) method. To apply these methods to multilevel inverter systems using LS-PWM, two additional steps will be implemented. During the occurrence of a single-inverter-cell fault, the carrier bands scheme is reconfigured and modulation levels of inverter cells are reassigned in this proposed fault-tolerant operation. The proposed strategy performs balanced three-phase line-to-line voltages and line currents when a switching device fault occurs in a cascaded multilevel inverter using LS-PWM. Simulation and experimental results are included in the paper to verify the proposed method.

이 연구의 목적은 상업적으로 가장 많이 쓰이는 패키징의 하나인 PBGA 구조가 발사중 인공위성에서 발생하는 강력한 임의 진동하에서 구조적 신뢰성을 유지하는가에 대한 검증에 있다. 실험시편을 만들기 위해 데이지 체인이 형성된 회로기판에 두 가지 큰 사이즈의 PBGA칩들을 실장시킨 후, 인공위성의 전자장비 채결에 사용되는 일반적인 알루미늄 프레임에 고정하여 실험에 필요한 샘플을 제작하였다. 이 샘플을 진동 시험기에 고정시키고 22.7 Grms의 수락수준 및 32.1 Grms의 인증수준 등 두 단계로 구성된 임의진동을 사용하여 주어진 시간에 따라 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 모든 샘플에서 솔더의 균열이 발생되지 않았으며, 차후 항공 및 우주용 전자장비를 대치할 수 있는 효과적인 패키징 구조의 가능성을 보여 줬다. 또한 유한요소법을 이용하여 솔더의 응력을 계산하고 그 발생 메커니즘을 해석하였다. The purpose of this research is to verify the feasibility of plastic Ball Grid Array (PBGA), one of the most popular chip packaging types for commercial electronics, under strong random vibration occurred in satellite during launch. Experiment were performed by preparing daisy chained PCB specimen, where large size PBGA were surface mounted and the PCB was fixed to an aluminum frame which is commonly used to install the electronics parts to satellite. Then the entire sample was fixed to vibration tester. The random vibration power spectrum density employed in the tests were composed of two steps, the acceptance level of 22.7 Grms, and qualification level of 32.1 Grms with given period of time. The test results showed no solder cracks, which provided the strong structural integrity and feasibility evidences of the PBGA packaging to aerospace electronics. Numerical analyses were also performed to calculate the solder stresses and analyze their development mechanism.
