백서에서 Allopurin이에 대한 Paraquat 독성의 감소효과

In the present study, the effects of allopurinol on paraquat toxicity were investigated in paraquat-treated rats. The surivals of paraquat-treated rats were increased by allopurinol treatment. The contents of glutathione in liver and kidney were significantly decreased by paraquat, but restored by allopurinol. The activity of xanthine oxidase was significantly reduced but NADH dehydrogenase was not changed by allopurinol teatment. The activities of catalase, SOD and glutathione peroxidase in liver were significantly decreased by paraquat but catalase was restored by allopurinol treatment.

대학교육과정에서의 유치원교사와 보육교사 양성을 위한통합교육과정 구성

The purpose of this study was to explore the integrated content of early childhood teacher education programs for colleges and universities that offer the teacher preparation programs for kindergarten teachers and/or child caregivers. The important issues related to caring for and educating young children turned out to be the child-centered educational philosophy, educare service, enrichment of emotional stability, and developmentally appropriate practice. Comparing the kindergarten teachers' perceptions on the virtues of early childhood teachers with those of caregivers, there were no significant differences. The analysis of standard content of the teacher preparation program for kindergarten teachers and caregivers revealed the need for reform toward educare. The goal of integrated content of the teacher education programs should be educare. The component of the programs should reflect the needs from philosophical, developmental psychological, pedagogical, and sociological viewpoints. The unification of the government agencies that manage the certification of kindergarten teachers and caregivers is a prerequisite to the integrated content of the teacher education programs. 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육과정에서의 유치원교사와 보육교사 양성을 위한 통합교육과정의 방향을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아기에 우선적으로 고려해야 할 과제를 사회학적, 철학적, 발달심리학적, 교육학적 관점에서 살펴 본 결과, 교육과 보육서비스의 강화 및 가정의 역할 강화, 아동중심교육 실천의 강화, 영유아의 정서적 안정감 배려 강화, 발달에 적합한 교육 실천의 강화인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원교사와 보육교사의 인식을 비교한 결과, 영유아교사로서 갖추어야 할 기본 덕목의 필요성에 대한 인식이 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현행 유치원교사와 보육교사 양성을 위한 법적 기본 교육과정을 분석한 결과, 최소 취득학점, 교직과목 취득학점, 전공교과목의 강조 영역 및 이수방법에 차이가 있었으며 보호양육과 교육의 양 측면에 대한 상호보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유치원교사와 보육교사 양성을 위한 통합교육과정을 구성은 ‘educare 능력 향상’에 목표를 두고, 내용요소는 교사로서의 덕목과 철학발달심리학교육학사회학적 관점에서 구성하며, 교육과정 운영은 교양전공교직영역, 필수와 선택, 기본과 심화 및 기초와 확장으로 구분하여 운영하는 것이 바람직하다. 아울러 유치원교사와 보육교사를 위한 양성통합교육과정의 실현을 위해서는 자격증을 관리하는 부처의 일원화가 우선적으로 이루어져야 한다는 필요성이 제기되었다.

This study aims to conceptualize the educational meaning of nature from the viewpoint of text and apply it to young children education curriculum. In order to accomplish this purpose, this study first examined the concept of text and applied the concept to conceptualize the meaning of nature. Next, the study analyzed the meanings of nature that children experienced and Nuri curriculum suggested by applying the concept of texts examined, followed by investigating educational meaning of each result. The research method was based on literature review method and contents analysis method according to research problem. The results of this study are as following. First, the theme of nature was defined as five text concepts. Second, children showed three styles when they meet nature; Nature as ‘a pre-existing awareness’, Nature as ‘a present-emerging meaning’, Nature as ‘a new outcome’ from a child's past knowledge and present relationships or Nature as ‘a new outcome’ emerged in the relationship between children and objects. Third, the nature presented in the Nuri curriculum was analyzed as nature as ‘external object with a shape’. 본 연구는 자연의 교육적 의미를 텍스트 관점에서 개념화하고, 그것을 유아교육과정에 적용하려는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저, 텍스트의 개념을 고찰하고, 고찰된 텍스트 개념을 적용하여 텍스트로서의 자연에 대한 의미를 개념화하였다. 다음으로, 고찰된 텍스트 개념을 적용하여 유아들이 체험하고 경험하는 자연의 의미와 누리과정에 제시된 자연의 의미를 분석하고, 그 각각의 결과에 대한 교육적 의미를 고찰하였다. 연구방법은 연구문제에 따라 문헌고찰 방법과 내용분석 방법을 병행하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연에 대한 주제는 다섯 가지 텍스트 개념으로 정의되었다. 둘째, 유아들은 자연을 만날 때 ‘이미 선험적으로 인식하고 있는’ 자연, ‘현재 연상된 의미’로서의 자연, 유아의 과거 지식과 현재의 관계에서 발생한 새로운 결과 또는 유아와 대상의 관계에서 발생한 새로운 결과로서의 자연 등 세 가지 모습을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 누리과정에 제시된 자연은 ‘형태를 갖추고 있는 외적 대상’으로서의 자연으로 분석되었다.

This study aims to investigate the problems of nature-related contents and to find alternatives. The research topics are as follows. First, What is the natural view in the Nuri curriculum? Second, What is the tradition of perspectives on nature? Third, What is the view of perspective on nature in education for young children? The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, we need to re-establish the viewpoint of nature that is presented in the Nuri curriculum. This is because only external nature is treated as nature in the current Nuri curriculum. Second, nature should be approached from the ecological perspective of nature. This is because nature is presented as being separate from humans in the current Nuri curriculum. Third, young children should learn to interact with nature. The nature presented in the current Nuri curriculum is only an object for convenient use in human life. This is ultimately aimed at helping infants grow into individuals able to make their lives happy as dignified people and to make this world widely available. 본 연구는 누리과정에 나타난 자연 관련 내용에 대한 문제점을 고찰하고 그 대안을 탐색하려는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구주제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 누리과정에 나타난 자연관은 어떠한가? 둘째, 자연관에 대한 역사적 전통은 어떠한가? 셋째, 유아교육에서 다시 보아야 할 자연관은 무엇인가? 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 누리과정에 제시되어 있는 자연에 대한 관점을 재설정해야 한다. 현행 누리과정에서는 외적 자연만을 자연으로 설정하고 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 자연을 생태학적 자연관에서 다시 보아야 한다. 현행 누리과정에서 자연이 인간과 분리된 관점에서 제시되어 있기 때문이다. 셋째, 유아들이 자연과 상호협력적인 관계를 배울 수 있게 해야 한다. 현행 누리과정에 제시되어 있는 자연은 오직 인간생활에 편리하게 활용하기 위한 대상에 불과하기 때문이다. 이러한 결과에서 현행 누리과정에 제시되어 있는 자연관이 새로운 자연관으로 전환되어 제시되어야 한다는 교육적 함의를 얻을 수 있다.

대학생을 위한 예비부모교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과

본 연구는 대학생을 위한 예비 부모 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 한 학기용 예비부모교육프로그램 모형을 개발하여, 4년제 대학교 교양강좌를 개설하여 실제 수업활동에 적용한 후에 프로그램 평가를 위하여 자녀양육태도와 아동 교육관에 대한 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 실험집단 대학생의 애정적 태도와 자율적 태도 그리고 아동 교육관이 긍정적 측면으로 변화되었고, 남학생에 비하여 여학생들의 변화가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 실험집단의 사후점수에 대한 표준편차가 크게 나타나 이에 대한 대안 모색이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. This study developed a Pre-parenting Education Program for undergraduate male and female students and conducted it during the course of one semester. The results of the trial program indicate that both female and male students gained more positive attitudes toward child-rearing and educating. Women students, however, improved more than men in both their views on education and their child-rearing attitudes.
