During last 5 years the number of patients on CAPD have increased in many countries, and CAPD is accepted as an alternative or optional modalities of treatment for patients with endstage renal disease as regular hemodialysis and renal transplantation. The role of specially trained nurses is getting important to achieve the success of CAPD program in cooperation with nephrologist. Also the purpose of nursing is participating in the prevention of complications including peritonitis, the individuals psychosocial support and the maximization of social rehabilitation. To achieve the effective educational program, regular CAPD patient group meeting and individual home record must be done, and these may be helpful for better self-care and the follow-up. To fulfill above-mentioned aims, the role of specially trained nurse is very important. In this article, the role of dialysis-unit nurses for teaching techniques of CAPD including intraperitoneal insulin administration for diabetics on CAPD was discussed. And the importance of emotional care for CAPD patients and cooperation with dietician and nephrologists were briefly summarized.
수학 문제 만들기 유형에 따른 가추 유형과 가추에 동원된 사고 전략 분석

This study examined the types of abduction and the thinking strategies by the mathematics problems posed by students. Four students who were 2nd graders in middle school participated in problem posing on four tasks that were given, and the problems that they posed were classified into equivalence problem, isomorphic problem, and similar problem. The type of abduction appeared were different depending on the type of problems that students posed. In case of equivalence problem, the given condition of the problems was recognized as object for posing problems and it was the manipulative abduction. In isomorphic problem and similar problem, manipulative abduction, theoretical abduction, and creative abduction were all manifested, and creative abduction was manifested more in similar problem than in isomorphic problem. Thinking strategies employed at abduction were examined in order to find out what rules were presumed by students across problem posing activity. Seven types of thinking strategies were identified as having been used on rule inference by manipulative selective abduction. Three types of knowledge were used on rule inference by theoretical selective abduction. Three types of thinking strategies were used on rule inference by creative abduction. 본 연구는 학생이 만든 수학 문제에 따른 가추 유형과 가추에 동원된 사고 전략에 대해 알아보았다. 중학교 2학년 4명의 학생이 네 개의 과제에 대해 문제 만들기 활동을 하여, 동치문제, 동형문제, 유사문제를 만들었다. 동치문제의 경우 조작적 가추가 주로 발현되었다. 동형문제와 유사문제는 조작적 가추, 이론적 가추, 창의적 가추가 모두 발현되다. 가추에 동원된 사고 전략으로, 조작적 가추는 대상으로 인식하기, 패턴 찾기, 숫자나 그림으로 변환하기, 유추하기, 반대로 생각하기, 결합하기, 제거하기의 사고전략이 나타났다. 이론적 가추에서는 수학적, 경험적, 확산적 지식을 활용하는 사고전략이 나타났다. 창의적 가추에서는 상승화 전략, 형식화 전략, 창조적 전략이 나타났다. 결합하기, 제거하기, 수학적, 경험적, 타교과 지식의 활용, 문제와 직접적 관련이 없는 규칙을 접목시켜 만드는 창조적 전략은 본 연구에서 새롭게 도출된 사고 전략이다.
다문화가정 초등학생을 위한 아들러 놀이집단상담 프로그램 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop Adlerian play group counseling program and to confirm its effect on self-encouragement, social interest and responses to inferiority feeling among Elementary School from Multicultural Family. For this purpose, 22 Elementary School students attending Elementary School in a metropolitan city were divided into 11 experimental groups and 11 control groups, and the main program was implemented twice a week for a total of 10 sessions, 90 minutes each. Using the Self-Encouragement Scale, Social Interest Scale and Responses to Inferiority Feeling Scale, pretest, posttest, follow-up test were administered. Split-Plot Factorial Design was used to test the study hypothesis. The results suggest that Adlerian play group counseling program is effective in improving self-encouragement, social interest of Elementary School Student from Multicultural Family. In addition responses to inferiority feeling is effective in improving positive responses while lowering negative responses among Elementary School from Multicultural Family. These results proved that the Adlerian Play Group Counseling Program, which has a theoretical basis for self-encouragement, social interest, and inferiority, was effective for elementary school student from multicultural family. Finally, we discussed the significance and limitations of this study and presented suggestions for further research. 본 연구의 목적은 아들러 놀이집단상담 프로그램을 개발하여 다문화가정 초등학생의 자기격려, 사회적 관심, 열등감반응에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한 광역시에 소재한 초등학교에 다니는 22명의 다문화가정 초등학생을 실험집단 11명과 통제집단 11명으로 나누어, 본 프로그램을 주 2회, 90분씩 총 10회기 실시했다. 초등학생용 자기격려, 사회적 관심, 열등감반응 척도를 이용하여 사전, 사후, 추후로 실시했고, 피험자 간 변인과 피험자 내 변인이 혼합된 분할구획요인설계를 사용하여 가설을 검정했다. 분석 결과, 아들러 놀이집단상담 프로그램은 다문화가정 초등학생의 자기격려와 사회적 관심을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다문화가정 초등학생의 열등감에 대한 긍정적인 반응을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 부정적인 반응을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자기격려, 사회적 관심, 열등감에 대한 이론적 기반을 가지고 있는 아들러 놀이집단상담프로그램이 다문화가정 초등학생에게 효과적임을 입증했다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점을 논의했고, 추후 연구을 위한 제언을 제시했다.
