This paper shows that cost leadership and differentiation strategies can and do exist together. A dynamic intergration model of generic strategies was constructed, resulting in four strategic alternatives. The global automobile industry is one in which major competitors in the U. S. and Japan have implemented these four strategies in a dynamic fashion. The companies that sequentially carried out some combination of competitive strategies were found to outperform those which solely adhered to only one of the two competitive strategies.

Although industrial policy plays an important role in the process of economic development, there are not many empirical studies being done on the subject of industrial policy. In this paper, through Korea and Japan official documents which describe government objectives and strategies in an unbiased form, we revealed characteristics of Korean and Japanese industrial policies. Both countries` industrial policies have similarities in terms of explicit objectives and responsible departments, but differ in the processes of development and implementation.

본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크에 대해 알아보고, 제한된 용량의 소형 온-보드 배터리로 구성되는 센서 노드의 수명을 연장시키기 위해 무선 센서 네트워크의 수명 주기를 극대화 시키기 위한 기법인 에너지 효율적인 라우팅 기법들을 조사 및 분석한다. 또한 제한된 배터리를 완전히 극복하기 위해 이동식 무선 충전기를 사용하여 충전할 수 있는 충전 가능한 무선 센서 네트워크에 대해 알아보고 에너지 효율적인 무선 이동식 충전기법의 최근 동향에 대해 조사 및 분석한다.

The present study has been conducted to investigate convective heat/mass transfer in the cooling passage with bleed holes. The rotating square channel has 40.0 ㎜ hydraulic diameter and the bleed holes on the leading surface of the channel. The hole diameter of bleed hole is 4.5㎜ and its spacing is (p/d=4.9) about five times of hole diameter. Exit mass flow rate through bleed holes is 10% of the main mass flow rate and rotation number is changed form 0.0 to 0.4. A naphthalene sublimation technique is employed to determine the detailed local heat transfer coefficients using the heat and mass transfer analogy. The cooling performance is influenced by exit mass flow rate through bleed holes and Coriolis force of rotating channel for fixed Reynolds number. The heat transfer on the leading surface is decreased due to Coriolis force. However the total heat transfer is enhanced around holes on the leading surface because of trapping flow by bleeding.

분사홀에 설치된 turbulator에 따른 충돌/유출면에서의 열/물질전달 특성

In order to enhance the heat/mass transfer, a turbulator has been installed at the exit of injection hole for the impingement/effusion cooling system The local heat/mass transfer coefficients have been obtained by a naphthalene sublimation method. Experiments have been carried out at the fixed jet Reynolds number of 10,000. Two turbulators with different diameter have been used in the present study. The result presents that the turbulator leads to the increase in flow mixing and jet velocity, consequently enhancing the heat/mass transfer at a stagnation region. Further, the stagnation region is divided into four small areas with peak value. In the existence of initial crossflow, the stagnation regions move downstream and low heat/mass transfer regions are formed regardless of the installation of turbulator. However, the increased jet velocity by turbulator reduces the crossflow effect against the jet, resulting in decrease of low heat/mass transfer regions. With respect to averaged Sh value, the installation of turbulator yields 5~10% augmentation compared to the case without turbulator.
