Cyclosporine is an immunosuppressant usually used to prevent renal transplantation rejection. Nephrotoxicity and hypertension are considered as the most frequent side effects of cyclosporine treatment. The neurotoxic effects of cyclosporine such as agitation, anxiety, delirium, depression and psychosis have recently been found. Methylprednisolone may increase as well plasma concentration of cyclosporine, which leads to side effects. Here we report a $Henoch-Sch\"{o}nlein$ nephritis patient treated with cyclosporine and methylprednisolone who has experienced psychosis including visual and auditory hallucination and convulsion.
고교 야구선수의 부모양육태도와 진로자기효능감 및 진로의사결정의 관계

The purposes of this study were to examine the influence of child-rearing attitude of parents on career self-efficacy and career decision-making as well as influence of career self-efficacy on career decision-making. To achieve this goal, baseball players in the areas of Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon were selected as population, and purposeful sampling method which is widely in use among non-probability sampling methods was used to extract 339 questionnaires in total. Among 339 questionnaires in total, 299 questionnaires were used as valid samples except 40 questionnaires which had some omissions in the contents or untrustworthy responses. For statistical analysis of the surveyed materials, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were carried out by using SPSS Window Version 18.0. And the result is as follows: First, child-bearing attitude of parents partially influenced on career self-efficacy of high school baseball players. Second, child-bearing attitude of parents partially influenced on career decision-making of high school baseball players. Third, career self-efficacy influenced on career decision-making of high school baseball players.
상온기체 모사장치를 이용한 가변추력 고체추진기관의 압력제어 연구

본 논문에서는 가변 추력 고체추진기관을 모사할 수 있는 상온기체 시험장치를 이용하여 고체추진기관의 연소실 압력을 능동적으로 제어할 수 있는 비선형 압력 제어알고리듬을 제안하였다. 제안된 제어기법은 고체추진기관의 비선형성과 시변성을 고려하여 설계되었으며, 압력 및 온도조건 등에 따른 물리적 변수들의 변화를 적응제어 알고리듬을 통하여 보상하였다. 비선형 압력제어 알고리듬의 효과를 상온기체 모사장치를 이용한 압력제어 실험을 통하여 검증하였으며, 실험결과 일반적인 비례 제어기 및 비례-적분 제어기에 비하여 제안된 제어기법이 더 좋은 압력제어 성능을 보임을 확인하였다. A nonlinear pressure controller to actively regulate the thrust of a solid propulsion system is presented. To compensate for the parametric uncertainties with respect to the chamber pressure induced by changing nozzle throat area, Lyapunov-based parameter adaptation method has been applied. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method, the experiments were carried out using the cold gas test equipment that can simulate the operating environment of variable thrust solid propulsion system. The experiment results show that the nonlinear pressure controller has better performance than conventional P and PI controller.

보건의료서비스는 스마트 시대의 도래와 함께 의료와 복지, 안전 등이 복합화 되고 지능화된 스마트헬스(s-Health)의 단계로 진화되고 있으며, 향후 이용자 중심으로 다양한 서비스가 상호 연계되는 고도로 지능화되고 종합화되는 서비스로 지속적인 발전이 예상되고 있다. 따라서 PHR(Personal Health Record) 서비스의 활성화를 위해서는 PHR 공동 활용 체계를 구축하기 위한 Open Platform이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 IHE XDS 프로파일 기반의 진료정보교류 환경에서 PHR 공동 활용 체계 구축을 위하여 Mobile PHR Store를 개발하고 open API 기반 PHR Platform을 제시한다.
레이저 스페클간섭법에 있어서 스페클크기와 측정 한계에 관한 연구

The high coherence of laser beam has made it possible to observe interference effects even in the light scattered from rough surfaces. That's why, when object with a scattering surface is illuminated with laser light, we do see a speckled appearance due to random interference. This sort of unique property of laser speckle has brought into existence the new noncontacting techniques such as speckle metrology method of measuring deformation, displacement, and vibration etc of objects with high optical sensitivity. The measurable range of speckle metrology especially used to measure in-plane information, however, is limited by some factors, the so-called strain, rotation, tilt of surface and out of displacement perpendicular to the plane of analysis. This restrictions severly limits the measurable range of speckle metrology by causing the decorrelation of speckle patterns. It is the purpose of this paper to give a survey on the measurable limitation of speckle photography method that is one of speckle metrology. Namely we will discuss the mutual relationships and problems of each limitations adding the restriction of the largest and smallest displacement measurable with speckle methods.
