기상청 전지구 수치예보모델을 이용한 전지구 한국형 항공난류 예측시스템(G-KTG) 개발

The Global-Korean aviation Turbulence Guidance (G-KTG) system is developed using the operational Global Data Assimilation and Prediction System of Korea Meteorological Administration with 17-km horizontal grid spacing. The G-KTG system provides an integrated solution of various clear-air turbulence (CAT) diagnostics and mountain-wave induced turbulence (MWT) diagnostics for low [below 10 kft (3.05 km)], middle [10 kft (3.05 km) - 20 kft (6.10 km)], and upper [20 kft (6.10 km) - 50 kft (15.24 km)] levels. Individual CAT and MWT diagnostics in the G-KTG are converted to a 1/3 power of energy dissipation rate (EDR). 12-h forecast of the G-KTG is evaluated using 6-month period (2016.06~2016.11) of in-situ EDR observation data. The forecast skill is calculated by area under curve (AUC) where the curve is drawn by pairs of probabilities of detection of “yes” for moderate-or-greater-level turbulence events and “no” for null-level turbulence events. The AUCs of G-KTG for the upper, middle, and lower levels are 0.79, 0.69, and 0.63, respectively. Comparison of the upper-level G-KTG with the regional-KTG in East Asia reveals that the forecast skill of the G-KTG (AUC = 0.77) is similar to that of the regional-KTG (AUC = 0.79) using the Regional Data Assimilation and Prediction System with 12-km horizontal grid spacing.
다수 개 빼기 성형에서 일반사출성형과 사출압축성형의 성형특성 비교

일반사출성형은 공정 중 보압단계에서 캐비티에 높은 압력이 작용하여 성형품에 큰 잔류응력이 남게 된다. 또한 캐비티 내 위치 별로 압력분포가 달라 균일한 물성의 제품을 얻는데 한계가 있다. 다수 개 빼기 일반사출성형에서는 캐비티간 충전 불균형이 일어나 캐비티간 품질의 편차를 일으킨다. 이와 같은 한계를 극복하기 위해 사출압축성형 공정을 사용하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 다수개 캐비티를 갖는 금형을 이용하여 일반사출성형과 사출압축성형을 비교 분석하였다. 실험과 해석을 통하여 연구를 수행하였으며 투명한 수지인 PC와 PS를 이용하여 시편에 나타나는 복굴절을 관찰하여 일반사출성형과 사출압축성형에서 나타나는 성형특성을 비교하였다. 연구결과, 사출압축성형으로 제작된 시편에서 캐비티 내의 압력이 균일하여 복굴절과 성형수축률이 낮고 균일하게 나타났다. 그리고 일반사출성형에서 나타나는 캐비티간 충전 불균형에 의한 캐비티간 물성의 편차가 사출압축성형에서는 크게 줄어들었다. 본 연구를 통하여 사출압축성형은 다수 개 빼기 사출성형에서 캐비티 내 균일한 물성확보뿐만 아니라 캐비티간 품질 불균형을 해소하는데 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다. Large residual stresses are remained in the conventional injection molded products because of the high cavity pressure in packing phase during injection molding process. Conventional injection molding (CIM) invokes distribution of cavity pressure and it has a limitation to obtain product with uniform physical property. Multi-cavity conventional injection molding contains quality deviation among the cavities since flow imbalance℃curs during filling phase. Injec-tion compression molding (ICM) is adopted to overcome these limitations of CIM. In this study, molding characteristics of CIM and ICM have been investigated using multi-cavity injection mold. Researches were performed by both exper-iment and computer simulation through observations of birefringence for transparent resins, polycarbonate and poly-styrene in CIM and ICM. As a result, low and uniform birefringence and mold shrinkage were showed in the specimens by ICM that could give a uniform cavity pressure. Deviation of physical property among the specimens in multi-cavity mold shown in CIM was significantly reduced in the specimens by ICM. Through this study it was concluded that the ICM in multi-cavity molding was valid for molding products with uniform property in an individual cavity and also reduced property deviation among the cavities.

Is an art museum a sacred place? A museum as a purpose-built institution, which started to be actively erected to display and store artworks since the 19th century, has transformed into a place that symbolizes "cultural sacredness,’ separating itself from the profane surroundings. In this paper, it is inferred that the boundary that distinguishes the sacred from the profane may consist of multi-layers. Entitled as a multi-layered transitional boundary, this boundary is judged to trigger a gradual transition rather than a radical and instantaneous shift between the sacred and the profane. In the case of an art museum, its elevation is viewed as a multi-layered transitional boundary between the exterior and the interior. Selected layers of this boundary inherent in the elevations of the Altes Museum is analyzed and compared to that of the Centre Pompidou.

In the 19th century, museums as purpose-built institutions were designed to display and store artworks. For such museum design, architectural devices of religious buildings were used as the elements for the composition of space. For instance, a dome and colonnade –architectural devices that originated from the ancient era when religious ideas prevailed – can be found in the museum design by Jean-Nicolas-Louis Durand in the early 19th century. This paper examines the idea that the use of architectural devices of religious buildings in 19<sup>th</sup> century art museums also resulted in the introduction of the sacred and symbolic character inherent in those devices. The use of a rotunda in Durand’s museum design and Karl Friedrich Schinkel’s Altes Museum are interpreted and analyzed.

문맥 혈전증은 임상에서 종종 경험하는 대표적인 간의 혈관질환으로서 국소 또는 전신적 위험인자가 동반되는 경우가 흔하다. 문맥혈전증은 경우에 따라 장 허혈이나 폐색과 같은 치명적인 합병증을 유발하기도 하고 만성화될 경우 문맥압항진증 및 이로 인한 합병증이 발생하기도 하므로 적절한 치료가 중요하다. 항응고요법이 문맥혈전증 치료의 근간이 되고 있으나 아직 체계적인 연구결과가 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 비종양성 문맥 혈전증의 치료 및 경과에 대해 향후 체계적이고 전향적인 연구가 필요하다. Portal vein thrombosis (PVT) is one of the major vascular disorders of the liver. PVT is caused by a combination of local and general risk factors. PVT has many different kinds of symptoms such as silence, abdominal pain, fever, jaundice, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Occasionally, PVT can lead to serious complication including intestinal infarction, portal hypertension or portal cholangiopathy If not treated properly. In this lecture, I will review the clinical manifestation and management of acute or chronic portal vein thrombosis.
20세기의 미술관에서 발견되는 성과 속에 대한 연구 - ‘White cube’ 전시실과 상업 공간을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the two major spatial realms, gallery and commercial space, in 20th century art museums. As we entered the 20th century, the trend of ‘white cube’ began to emerge, promoting ordinary objects into an artwork in the gallery. It is very contrary to the attitude of appreciating the artworks created for mythical stories or religious symbols in the past. Yet, commercial space, the most ordinary and worldly realm, has already infiltrated on the other side of art museums since the end of the 19th century. Today, the layout of the two realms is a crucial criterion when designing art museums. Through studying the literature and case studies, this research interpreted how galleries and commercial spaces express sacred and profane nature.
디자인경영 관점으로 본 항공서비스 향상을 위한 디자인 사례연구

서비스산업이 서구 선진국 GDP의 70% 이상을 차지할 만큼 중요해지면서, 대표적인 서비스산업인 항공산업 또한 저가항공사의 등장과 고객들의 더 많은 서비스 요구 등으로 많은 변화와 어려움을 겪고 있다. 하지만 어려운 상황에서도 ``버진 아틀란틱(Virgin Atlantic Air)``와 ``제트블루(Jetblue Airlines)`` 항공사는 디자인 경영을 도입하여 성공하였으며, 이러한 사례의 등장으로 국내에서도 여러 항공사들이 디자인경영을 적극 활용하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 상황에도 불구하고 국내에서 항공사들의 디자인경영에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 항공사들이 디자인 경영관점에서 서비스향상을 위한 디자인개발 사례들을 조사·분석하여 필요한 활용방안과 이론적 데이터를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 문헌조사방법을 중심으로 진행하였으며, 연구대상은 국내 대형항공사 2곳과 저가항공사 3곳이다. 수집된 각종사례는 디자인 경영의 3가지 역할에 적용하여 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 항공사의 디자인경영 활용방안을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과는 디자인경영전략 및 차별화 된 서비스 디자인 전략수립을 위한 기초자료로 쓰일 것이라 여겨진다. A service industries have become important about more than 70% in western developed countries, The aviation industry in leading service industries are struggling with many changes by reason of appearance of low cost carrier and demand of service development by customer, But Virgin Atlantic Airways and Jet-blue Airlines was successful with introduction of design management, They make full use of design management under the influence of successful case nationally, Despite this, there is a lack of research on design management for airline company in domestic, Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide application and theoretical data. To achieve this aim, the researcher investigated and analyzed the case of design for service improvement in perspective of design management. This study was conducted by literature search methods. The subject of study is domestic airlines, (2 Full Service Carriers and 3 Low Cost Carriers). Collected examples were applied by a role of design management and then the researcher suggested a new application of design management for a flight company. The result will be a basic data to establish a service design strategy and design management strategy.
