The purpose of this study is to investigate the practice of social marketing of fashion business in Korea. A questionnaire was designed by the researcher and consisted of items of 30 items of social marketing practice in fashion business, Responsers are administrators and merchandisers who work in fashion business. Data were analyged using SPSS by frequency, mean, standard deviation, x2-test, ANOVA and Duncan`s multiple range test. The results of this study were as follows : 1. In decision-making method of social marketing, degrees of practice were shown comparatively high. And, three practice factors (consumerism, humanism, and environmentalism) showed indifference in six business characteristics (store type, staff number, annual budget, annual education method, education frequency, and the location). 2. In feedforward method of social marketing, degrees of practice were shown comparatively high. And, two practice factors (business strategy, and product strategy) showed indifference in seven business characteristics (date of establishment, store type, staff number, annual budget, education method, annual education frequency, and the location). 3. In administrative method of social marketing, degrees of practice were shown comparatively high. And, four practice factors (product development, price decision, distribution management, and advertisement and promotion) showed indifference in eight business characteristics (date of establishment, store type, staff number, annual budget, education method, annual education frequency, the location, and distribution structure). 4. In total system method of social marketing, degrees of practice were shown comparatively high. And, two practice factors (marketing planning, and self-audits system) showed indifference in six business characteristics (business size, store type, annual budget, education method, annual education frequency, and distribution structure). The present findings provide that social marketing of fashion business in korea has been practiced comparatively high.
Trichoderma sp. CNU 301가 생산하는 단백질 분해효소에 관한 연구

The mold which could grow at alkaline pH and thermophilic condition and produced an extracellular proteolytic enzyme was identified as Trichoderma sp.. Trichoderma sp. CNU 301 exhibited the maximum production of proteolytic enzyme at 50℃ in the medium composed of arabinose 1.5%, peptone 1.5% and FeSO₄0.2% (pH 9.0). The partial purified protease by precipitation with ammonium sulfate was most stable at pH 10 and at 60℃. The Trichoderma sp. CNU 301 produced an alkaline and thermostable protease.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child. We investigated the following: ⑴ Is there a relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child? ⑵ Is the age of the child a variable in the relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child? ⑶ Is the sex of the child a variable in the relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child? The subjects were 193 13-year-old students attending a middle school in Seoul and their fathers and 70 5-year-olds attending a kindergarten in Kwachon and their fathers. The test for the 193 middle school students and their fathers was the Likert Scale of the Bem Sex-Role Inventory which was utilized by the experimenters after a pretest. The instrument for the 5-year-olds was the 22 story-picture card Williams and Bunnett test(1975) modified by Lee, Sook(1982). The kindergarten fathers were tested with the same instrument as the middle school fathers. The data from these 2 tests were then compared using χ^2 test and percent(%). The result of this study were: ⑴ A relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child was found only between the sex-role stereotype of the middle school students and their fathers. ⑵ Age of the child was found to be a variable in the relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child. That is, a significant relationship was found between the sex-role stereotype of the middle school students and their fathers, but not between the sex-role stereotype of the preschool children and their fathers. ⑶ Sex of the child was found to be a variable in the relationship between the sex-role stereotype of the father and the child. That is, a significant relationship was found between the sex-role stereotype of the middle school boys and their fathers, but not between the sex-role stereotype of the middle school girls and their fathers.
