        초 중등 교과 교육의 정립과 발전을 위한 연구

        This paper studies on the identification and development of each subject-centered education in primary and secondary school. Following is the summarizing conclusion. First, is order that each subject-centered content may contribute better to the goals of primary and secondary schools, it is necessary that the goals of the schools and subjects should relate colsely each other. To get the inter-relationship, there are three desirable ways to state the goals of school levels: educational taxonomy, hierarchical order, and each subject-centered. Second, This paper has set up a system of each subject-centered education in accordance with the three following principles. a. Balancing between the system of education and the meta-disciplinary system of each subject. b. Comprising the whole system with the system of education and the sub-system with meta-disciplinary system of each subject. c. Contributing to the practices of educational theory and the theorization of educational practices. Third, development of each subject-centered education calls for a long-term plan. The plan, based on the clarification of obstacles to the development and characterization of each subject, is to revitalize the activities and researches of each subject-centered education, to promote the qualities of experts in the area, to take administrative steps to produce the experts, and to increase exceedingly financial supports to this study.

      • 향사이중탕가미방(香砂理中湯加味方)으로 전신냉감과 자한 호전된 여환 1례

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang on Cold Hypersensitivity and accompanying perspiration. Methods : Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang was used for a Cold Hypersensitivity patient with accompanying perspiration that was admitted to Kangnam Kyung-Hee Korean Hospital from May 2nd, 2011 to May 14th, 2011. The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated with Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging(DITI). along with objective and subjective observations. Results : After treatments of oriental medicine. the mean body temperature elevated $1.32^{\circ}C$. and the mean temperature difference between different points of the body decreased more than 50%. Subjective observation of Cold Hypersensitivity and accompanying perspiration using Visual Analog Scale(VAS) also showed improvement. Conclusion : Results suggest that Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang is effective in treating Cold Hypersensitivity patients with accompanying perspiration.

        유방 섬유선종이 있는 2, 30대 여성의 HRV 특성 연구

        Purpose: This study aims to analyze Heart Rate Variability(HRV) in women with fibroadenoma compared with non-fibroadenoma women. Methods: We studied 82 patients visiting Kang-Nam Kyung-Hee Korean Hospital Medical Examination Center from January, 2010 to November, 2011. The subjects were categorized in two groups, fibroadenoma group(n=16) and non-fibroadenoma group (n=66). We investigated the difference of HRV between two groups. Results: The square root of the mean squared difference of successive NNs (RMSSD) in fibroadenoma group is significantly lower than non-fibroadenoma group. LF/HF ratio in fibroadenoma group is significantly higher than non-fibroadenoma group. There was no significant difference in low frequency(LF) and high frequency (HF). However, normalized LF in fibroadenoma group is significantly higher than non-fibroadenoma group. In addition, normalized HF in fibroadenoma group is significantly lower than non-fibroadenoma group. Conclusions: Fibroadenoma group is related to autonomic nerve imbalances that is assumed by psychological problems.

        부인과질환, 월경통과 여성 체형 및 체온의 상관성 연구

        Objectives: A women`s body type or body temperature is often thought to be associated with gynecologic disorders or dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study is to analyse the characteristics of body type and body temperature in relation to gynecologic disorders and dysmenorrhea. Methods: We studied 40 patients visiting Kangnam Kyung-hee Medical Center from Jan. 1st, 2010 to March 31st, 2012. Body type and body temperature were compared between Gynecologic disorder group and non-Gynecologic disorder group. Body type and body temperature were compared again between Dysmenorrhea group and non-Dysmenorrhea group. SPSS 18.0 for Windows was used to analyse the data. Results: There was no statistically significance difference in body type and body temperature between Gynecologic disorder group and non-Gynecologic disorder group. Dysmenorrhea group had more developed lower body and greater temperature difference between lower abdomen and foot compared to non-Dysmenorrhea group. Conclusions: The results suggest that women with developed lower body and greater temperature difference between abdomen and lower extremity are more prone to dysmenorrhea.

        Purpose This study is to examine of Neurometer for the diagnosis of cold hypersensitivity Method Among patients who visited the oriental gynecological department in Kangnam Korean Hospital from October. 2000 to December. 2000, 37 women were diagnosed as cold hypersensitivity by D.I.T.I. We measured the limbs' temperature by D.I.T.I. and Current perception threshold(CPT) of median N., ulnar N., radial N., peroneal N., sural N., tibial N., saphenous N. by neurometer Patients were divided into mild and severe group depending on the temperature difference between proximalis and distalis in limbs Result and Conclusion 1. In severe group, CPT of median N., ulnar N., radial N. was higher on 250Hz and 200Hz. 2. In severe group, Mean CPT of peroneal N., sural N., tibial N., saphenous N. was higher on every Hz.

        Fe-Si-Al 합금 분말 · 고무 복합 자성체의 전파 흡수 특성

        준 마이크로파 대역용 전자파 노이즈의 흡수체로서 자성 복합 시트를 개발하였다. Fe-Si-Al 자성 분말을 attrition mill을 이용해 편상화한 후 이것을 polymer와 혼합 분산시켜 전자파의 입사 방향에 수직한 방향으로 배향된 자성 복합 시트를 제조하였다. Attrition milling 시간이 긴 편상 분말일수록 제조된 자성 복합체의 유전율은 증가하나 투자율은 다소 감소하는 경향을 보인다. 또한 오랜 시간 milling한 편상 분말일수록 임피던스 정합 주파수는 저주파 쪽으로 이동하나 정합 주파수에서의 전자파 흡수율은 감소한다. 이러한 결과들로부터 복합 자성체의 유전율과 투자율의 주파수 특성을 제어하여 1.4 GHz에서 -8.2 dB의 반사 손실 특성을 갖는 두께 1.0 mm의 노이즈 흡수 시트를 개발하였다. A magnetic composite as noise absorber of quasi-microwave band was developed. The Fe-Si-Al alloy powder were forged by attrition mill to get flaky shape. The magnetic composite sheet was fabricated in which powders are dispersed in polymer and aligned in the direction perpendicular to electromagnetic wave propagation. The permittivity of magnetic composite is increased as forging time increasing, while the permeability is decreased slightly. The maximum attenuation peak of reflection loss is shifted to lower fiequency range as milling time increasing, and the value of maximum attenuation peak is to get smaller gradually. From these result, we could designed a noise absorber sheet (t=1.0 mm) for quasi-microwave band, which is impedance matched at 1.4 GHz with respect to -8.2 dB reflection 1055.

        임신 중 체중증가 정도에 따른 체성분 비교연구

        Objectives: To compare the body composition of the postpartal female weight-gained over the recommended during pregnancy with that of normal female with same age. female diagnosed as obesity and postpartal female weight-gained within the recommended during pregnancy. Methods: From Apr. 1. 2001 to Feb. 28. 2002, there were 745 delivery in Dept. of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Kyung-Hee Medical Center. 32 mothers of them wanted to be investigated about the weight gain during their pregnancy. We excluded 12 persons who had gained within the recommended weight$(15{\beta}{\prod})$ and had diagnosed as the diseases inducing pathologic edema, preeclamsia. gestational heart or renal diseases, for example. In 2 days after delivery(nomal) or 5 days after(Caesarean section) we analysed the body composition of 20 persons. Results: 1. Compared with normal female, body weight, body mass index and body fat of the women gained over the recommended were increased and there made alternation to the increase of the percentage of body fat or the decrease of the percentage of lean body mass. 2. Compared with obese women who had same body mass index, the women gained over the recommended showed a little increase of body fluid, protein and mineral, but had a little decrease of the percentage of body fat. 3. The percentages of body fat increased with the women gained over the recommended, the women gained within the recommended and the obese women in order. This could imply the relation between the pregnancy, weight gain during pregnancy and the obesity. 4. The weights before pregnancy were same in the women gained over the recommended and the women gained within the recommended. But the weights just after delivery kept the gap happened during pregnancy between them and its main cause was the increase of body fat. Conclusions : The women gained over the recommended during pregnancy experienced the chage of body composition and its main cause was the increase of body fat. So compared with the women gained within the recommende, postpartal obesity more frequently could happen.

      • 수부냉증이 있는 산모의 체성분학적 특성 분석

        Purpose :To analyze body composition in postpartum women with cold-hypersensitivity, their edema index, skelectal muscle's weight and body fat were measured and analyzed with cold hypersensitive postpartum women compared with those of non-cold hypersensitivity. Methods : We studied 38 postpartum women visiting Gangnam Kyung-Hee Korean Hospital from 1 st October 2010 to 30th september 2011. they were subjected to Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging and those with thermal difference greater than $0.3^{\circ}C$ between anterior forearm and center of hand were diagnosed with cold hypersensitivity. Cold hypersensitivity group were consisted of 11 women, the other were consisted of 26 women. All of them were measured Edema index, skelectal muscle's weight and body fat by Inbody720(body composition scanner). We studied the difference of Body composition factor between two groups and relationship between cold-hypersensitivity, Edema index, skelectal muscle's weight and body fat by Independent Samples T-test and Spearman Correlation. Results : No significant differences were observed in edema index, skelectal muscle's weight and body fat between two groups. Conclusion : There was no significant relationship among the Cold-hypersensitivity and Body composition factor(Edema index, skelectal muscle's weight. body fat). But furthemore large scale study is required.
