Dual actions are the most recently used delivery system in drug study. Dual-action agents are unique chemical entities comprised of two different type of antibacterial compounds covalently linked together in a single molecule in such a way that both components are able to exert their bactericidal properties. Crosslinked sulfadiazine-sulfanilamide such as antibiotics is synthesized by synthetic handle with glutaraldehyde. As a result, New synthetic antibacterial agent exhibited the broad antibacterial activities against Gram(+) and Gram(-) of 4 strains and a long durability supposing that the stomach and blood.

N/A Antibiotics polymer prepared by chemical bonding and simple blending of antibacterial into polymers have attracted much interest because of their long-lasting and antibacterial activity. Antibiotics polymer can significantly reduce losses associated with dissolution, photolytic decomposition and volatillization. Further more, increased efficiency safety and selectivity are additional benefits which may be realized. In this study, Antibiotics polymer was synthesized by chemical reaction of polyacrylic acid with sulfamethazine by N,N´-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) method. Antibacterial susceptibility was determined against Streptococcus pyrogenes[gram(+)] and Esherichia coli.[gram(-)] using a standardized disc test. As a result, the synthetic antibiotics polymer exhibited the broad susceptibilty against Streptococcus pyrogenes and Esherichia coli. Especially, the antibiotic effect of antibacterial polymer against Gram negative(Esherichia coli) was much stronger than that against Gram positive(Streptococcus pyrogenes).

This thesis aims at analyzing how the citizen recognition for opening Incheon Asian Game has an influence on cooperation intention, support level, and regional image, at providing with basic data on the way by which the large-scale sports event can take off as a successful pan-national event, and in addition, at providing with basic data for making a strategy to successfully open 2014 Incheon Asian Game. So, this thesis selected a sample group, 450 persons, living in Incheon Metropolitan City in June, 2009. The sample was drawn by convenience sampling method, one of the most widely used methods of non-probability sampling methods. A questionnaire inquiry was performed by self-administrated method. Used measure tool, questionnaire papers, was composed of 5 items of demographic and social peculiarity, 9 items of citizen recognition, 4 items of cooperative opinion, 3 items of support level, and 5 items of regional image. This thesis processed data with SPSS Win Ver.17.0 and AMOS Ver. 4.0 programs by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factory analysis, and produced Cronbach's α coefficient. In addition, this thesis performed Person's correlation analysis to find the relationship between factors and also performed the relationship between structure equation model analysis to verify cause-result structure model. The processes leaded to following results. H1: citizen recognition had an influence on cooperation intention positively, and hypothesis1 was selected. H1: citizen recognition had a positive influence on support level1, and hypothesis2 was selected. H3: citizen recognition had a positive influence on regional image, and hypothesis23 was selected.

N/A The firing reaction and calcination characteristics of the waste shellfish were examined for the future use as absorbent. The weight variation was measured according to thermal-decomposition using TGA and observed variation of the phase. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the sample were performed using XRD and the structural analysis, SEM. The results of TGA and XRD experiments showed that the almost all of the raw Corbicula Japonica and Ostrea virgirjca were changed from calcite to lime by firing and calcination reaction. The result of SEM experiment showed that the plate type of the raw sample was changed to circle type, so the surface area ratio was increased. Above results suggested that waste shellfish were usable as absorbent in the viewpoint of the reuse of resource and the decrease of environmental pollution.
Deamination 과 Nitration 반응을 이용한 아닐린과 Isoquinoline 유도체의 합성

This study is to develop a new synthetic method for the nitroarenes via non-electrophilic substitution. Direct nitration at the C-l position of isoquinoline has never been reported and substitution in isoquinoline under the normal nitration condition occurs at C-5 and C-8. We have demonstrated a facile one-step sythetic method for the nitration of isoquinolines at the C-1 position, which involves the electrophilic attack of a DMSO-A_c_2O complex, followed by nucleophilic addition of nitrate ion to this intermediate. Since the reaction is simple and mild, this method has preparative merit since 1-nitroisoquinolines are not readily accessible by other methods. Application to the synthesis of poly nitroarenes from the corresponding anilines was also described.

Objectives: Phthalates are used in a large variety of products including as coatings of pharmaceutical tablets, film formers, stabilizers, dispersants, emulsifying agents, and suspending agents. They have been the subject of great public concern in recent years. The extensive uses of this material have attracted attention and issues regarding its safety have been raised. Methods: In this study, three types of phthalate skin permeation were studied using matrixes such as ointments, creams and lotions in vitro. The absorption of phthalate diesters [Dimethyl phthalate (DMP), Di-n-propyl phthalate (DPP) and Di-n-pentyl phthalate (DNPP)] using film former has been measured in vitro through rat skin. Epidermal membranes were set up in Franz diffusion cells and their permeability to PBS measured in order to establish the integrity of the skin before the phthalates were applied to the epidermal surface. Results: Absorption rates for each phthalate ester were determined and permeability assessment made to quantify any irreversible alterations in barrier function due to contact with the esters. Types of phthalate in vitro experimental results quickly appeared in the following order DMP > DPP ${\geq}$ DNPP. Conclusions: In the experimental results, lotion> cream> ointment, and the permeation rate of lotion with a great amount of moisture was the fastest. Skin permeation rate is generally influenced by the chemical characteristics of a given chemical, such as molecular weight and lipophilicity. As the esters became more lipophilic and less hydrophilic, the rate of absorption decreased.
