        Long-term clinical outcomes after endovascular management of ruptured pseudoaneurysm in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy

        Purpose: Recent studies have analyzed the short-term clinical outcomes of ndovascular management. However, the long-term outcomes are unknown. This study aimed to investigate clinical outcomes after endovascular management for ruptured pseudoaneurysm in patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). Methods: The medical records of 2,783 patients who underwent PD were retrospectively reviewed at a single center. Of 62 patients who received intervention after pseudonaeurysm rupture, 57 patients (91.9%) experienced eventual success of hemostasis. The patients were composed as follows: (embolization only [EMB], n = 30), (stent-graft placement only [STENT], n = 19) and (both embolization and stent-graft placement simultaneously or different times [EMB + STENT], n = 8). Longterm complications were defined as events that occur more than 30 days after the last successful endovascular treatment. Results: Among 57 patients, short-term stent-graft related complications developed in 3 patients (5.3%) and clinical complication developed in 18 patients (31.5%). Nine (15.8%) had long-term stent-graft related complications, which involved partial thrombosis in 5 cases, occlusion in 3 cases and migration in 1 case. Except for 1 death, the remaining 8 cases did not experience clinical complications. The stent graft primary patency rate was 88.9% after 1 month, 84.2% after 1 year, and 63.2% after 2 years. Of 57 patients, 30 days mortality occurred in 8 patients (14.0%). Conclusion: After recovery from initial complication, most of patients did not experience fatal clinical complication during long-term follow-up. Endovascular management is an effective and safe management of pseudoaneurysm rupture after PD in terms of long-term safety.

        서남 연근해 운항 차도철부선의 선내 소음에 관한 연구

        선박에서 선내 소음이 문제로 인식되기 시작한 시기는 1970년대 초반 유럽에서 선박소음규제를 명문화하기 시작하였다. 이후 1982년 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 "International Code on Noise Levels on Board Ships"가 채택되어 오늘날에는 거의 모든 신조 선박에 대하여 해당하는 조항의 적용이 명문화되었다. 특히, 대형의 디젤기관과 다수의 보조기계가 동시에 운전되어지는 기관실 내부는 크고 복잡한 소음이 발생하는 환경으로 되어지고, 이러한 환경에서 작업하는 작업자는 소음성난청으로 되기 쉽다. 최근에는 각 나라별로 직업상의 난청으로부터 작업자를 보호할 목적으로 허용소음 폭로 시간을 법적으로 규제하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 근로기준법에서 정의하고 있지만 선박의 기관실과같이 특수한 조건에 대해서 국제해사기구의 규정에 따르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 서남 연안을 정기적으로 운항하고 있는 화객선에 대한 소음의 정도를 조사하였다 The noise levels on board ship recognized at Europe in the early 1970s and the noise regulations on the ship began to put in a statutory form. After that, in 1982 'International Code on Noise Levels on Board Ships' adopted by IMO and it became a standards to the newly built ship and it remains up to recently. Especially, the ship engine room, which have huge main engine and various kinds of subsidiary machines, is under an extremely loud condition and so the worker who works in it is easy to lose his hearing. Recently, each nation regulates the allowable noise exposure time by law to protect the industrial employee from the occupational hardness of hearing. In our country, the allowable noise exposure time is regulated by the labor. standard law but the international provisions regulated by IMO have been applied in case of the ship engine room. In this paper, the cabin's noise levels of cargo-passenger ships plies south-west coast line were investigated.

        Ti-3Al-2.5V 튜브의 초소성 하이드로포밍과 확산접합으로 제조된 T형 구조물의 접합 특성 분석

        A T-shape structure was manufactured by the superplastic forming and diffusion bonding process using two Ti-3Al-2.5V alloy tubes. A Ti-3Al-2.5V tube was prepared for the hydroforming in the superplastic condition until it reaches a surface area such as a roof welded in the hole of another Ti-3Al-2.5V tube. Afterward, the superplastic forming process and the diffusion bonding process were carried out simultaneously until the appropriate bonding along the interface area of two Ti-3Al-2.5V tubes was obtained. The bonding qualities were different at each location of the entire interface according to the applied process conditions such as strain, pressure, temperature, holding time, geometries, etc. The microstructures of bonding interface have been observed to understand the characteristics of the applied processes in this study.

Meantime, as a new planning, the rationale of urban process planning has been investigated to bring forth the most current concept known as urban comprehensive planning.

        수련생의 태권도시범단 활동에 대한 지각이 단원이미지 및 입단의사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of non-members' perceptions of Taekwondo demonstration team activity on member image and team entry intention. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 200 general trainees of at least one year and at least the 4th grade were selected as study participants from 5 Taekwondo gyms that operate a demonstration team in the Seoul and Northern Gyeonggi area using the convenient sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and exploratory factor analysis, descriptive analysis, and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted on the data using the SPSS Window statistical package program(Version 20.0). The followings are the results: First, the character-building effect of the demonstration team activity significantly and positively affect member image including physical strength, personality and technical skills with a magnitude of the listed order. Second, the psychological effect and character-building effect of demonstration team activity significantly and positively affect trainee's team entry intention with a magnitude of the listed order. Third, member image based on character significantly and positively affects team entry intention. 이 연구는 수련생의 태권도시범단 활동에 대한 지각이 단원이미지 및 수련생의입단의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 소재의 일선 시범단을 운영하고 있는 태권도장 5곳에서 최소 1년 이상 수련한 초등학교 4학년 이상의 일반 수련생 200명을 비확률 표집법인 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 표본으로 추출하였다. 회수된 설문지중 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 4부의 자료를 제외한 총 196부의 설문자료를 토대로 SPSS/PC + 20.0 version 통계프로그램을 이용한 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 그리고 표준다중회귀분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시범단 활동의 인성함양효과가 단원의 체력, 인성 및 기술력에 대한 이미지에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 시범단 활동의 심리효과와 인성함양효과가 수련생 입단의사에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 인성에 관한 단원이미지가 수련생 입단의사에 긍정적 영향을 미친다.

      • IMO의 선내 소음규제와 실습선(새유달호)의 기관실 및 선실소음

        In this paper deals the investigation of the noise of ship engine room and cabins with the internationally allowable noise exposure level and noise exposure time. Recently, international regulations for ship noises are going to restrict because of passengers and workers who ride in a ship desire that the ship noise should improve for comport and good working environment. However, as the noise of ship engine room is too loud, engineer works in a ship engine-room or any other loud working environment has the trouble of hearing. The problem of engine-room noise is more serious because ship-owner wants to make small number and larger size of cylinder. Therefore, investigation and comparision for the ship noise with the international regulation are very important to improve the ship noises. In this study, a training ship is used to investigate the noise of bridge, engine room, engine-control room, offices and cabins. As a criteria of sound levels, sound pressure level and octave band pressure level were used.
