        2010년 이후 중소형 아파트 단위세대 평면 공간구성 분석

        Apartment unit plan is evolving by the development of commercialization strategy and designing technology and the demand of consumer. In the past, middle- to large-sized apartment was favored, but with the changes of family members and institutional changes, the preference for national housing size apartment(less than 85㎡) began to increase. In this study, we investigate the characteristics of the plan composition through the analysis of the plan of unit households of the residential housing products that have been sold since 2010 and compare it with the previous research data to understand the changes of the housing products and provide them as basic data for future product development. The result of this study shows that various plan types are being tried to diversify the product composition. As the number of bay expansions is increasing, the width of the front is increasing as it is generalized to 4 bays. However, it can be seen that the pattern of the front seal configuration maintains a constant shape. A variety of space configurations reflecting changes in the demands and preferences of the state are attempted, but it is necessary to study space configurations that can cope more actively.

        공공도서관 시설성능 평가지표 개발

        In terms of facility performance, there are insufficient indicators to evaluate the efficiency of the use of public libraries and the effectiveness of their operation. The aim of this study is to prepare basic data for developing an evaluation system that can evaluate the appropriateness of facility performance for a library. To this end, the concepts related to performance and performance evaluation were summarized through literature review, and evaluation indicators and standards used to evaluate the operational performance of libraries and facilities performance evaluation indicators of public facilities were collected. In addition, items related to facility performance evaluation were added by reviewing the literature on domestic library facility standards and public library facility changes. As a result, it was divided into four areas: finance, service, facility, and community, and evaluation indicators were set in terms of efficiency, functionality, publicity, and sociality, and measurement methods were provided. In the future, in order to supplement the objectivity of indicators selected, it is necessary to study the appropriateness of the indicators by experts and to establish a final evaluation system.

      • 스마트워크 업무공간의 유형과 계획 특성 분석

        급변하는 시대의 요구에 부응하는데 있어 스마트워크를 지원하기 위한 업무공간 개발은 불가피한 사회적 요구이며, 반드시 해결되어야 할 중요과제이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워크 업무공간의 개념과 스마트워크 업무공간을 구축하는 다양한 업무공간의 유형을 조사하고, 업무공간 유형(개인, 그룹, 지원공간)에 따른 유사점과 차이점, 사례 업무공간의 물리적 환경 특성을 분석하여 변화하는 스마트워크 업무공간의 특성을 파악하여 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 기존의 업무공간과 상이한 스마트업무환경의 주요 특성은 탈영역성/산재성/연결성, 형평성/비위계성, 가변성/융통성, 유희성/정체성으로 나타났으며, 전통적인 업무공간에 비하여 획일적인 방식이 아닌 다양한 형태, 구성, 조합으로 업무공간을 제공하고 있다. 또한 전체 업무공간에서 개인 공간과 그룹 공간, 지원 공간간의 명확한 경계가 모호해지며 좌석 지정제와 공유 방식이 필요에 따라 정해지기 때문에 물리적 경계는 모호해지고 직원 1인당 면적은 줄지만 개인이 인지하는 공간은 넓어져 보이는 특성을 가지고 있다. 또한 지원공간이 단순히 서비스 기능을 벗어나 업무공간의 연장으로 계획되고 있으며 업무공간 전체에 걸쳐 직원들의 창의성과 자율성, 유희성을 높이는 방안으로 계획되고 있다. 스마트업무공간의 계획방안은 획일적인 방안이 아닌 업무유형과 협업방식, 필요기술 정도, 조직의 문화 등이 반영된 각 기업이나 조직의 독특한 그들만의 스마트업무를 지원하는 공간으로 제공되어야 한다. In response to the rapidly changing needs of the society, development of workplace for the smart work is an inevitable and challenging problem. The purpose of this study is to identify the definition of the smart workplace, identify the various types of smart workplace, and investigate the similarities and differences of various smart work places in order to provide the major characteristics of smart workplace thorough the case studies. Apparent distinctions of smart workplace compared to the traditional office are non territoriality/ dissemination/ connectivity, equality/ non-hierarchy, adaptability/ flexibility, and playfulness/ identity. In addition the boundaries of individual workstation/ workspace, group workspace, supporting areas are not apparent because of shared use of work space and touchdown or hoteling. Although the amount of space per employee was reduced, employees perceive the workplace more spacious. The supporting space is not only a service area but also the extension of workplace. Overall the whole workplace is provided to improve creativity, pleasantness, and autonomy. Smart workplace should be planned in an unique way to reflect type of works, methods of collaboration, required technologies, the culture of organization, etc and convert from the uniform and identical traditional office.

        스마트오피스의 업무공간 유형별 평가 및 업무환경 만족도에 미치는 영향

        혁신적인 기술 도입과 보다 경쟁적인 비즈니스 환경이 보편화되면서 스마트오피스 전략의 도입이 늘어나는 추세이다. 본 연구의 목적은 스마트오피스에서 일하는 근무자를 대상으로 스마트워크에 대한 의식, 근무자들이 경험한 스마트오피스의 업무공간 유형별 평가, 개인업무공간, 협업공간, 서비스공간, 운영시스템에 대한 만족도를 조사하고, 각 업무공간이 전반적인 업무환경 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 함이다. 본 연구를 위하여 총 155부의 설문지를 수집하여 SPSS를 이용하여 기술 통계, 독립표본 평균비교(t검증), 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measure ANOVA), 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 스마트오피스 환경에 대한 의식과 전반적인 공간별 만족도를 살펴본 결과, 개인업무공간에서는 완전히 개방적인 공간보다는 반개방적인 공간을 선호하였으며 대회의실은 가장 선호하지 않는 공간으로 나타났다. 스마트오피스의 개념은 커뮤니케이션 증진을 위하여 개방적이고 융통적인 개념을 강조하지만 조사 결과는 시각적·청각적 프라이버시가 확보되어야 하며 개방성을 적용하는데 있어서 보다 주의 깊은 계획이 필요함을 제안하고 있다. 전반적인 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 핵심 업무공간뿐만 아니라 휴게공간 및 서비스공간 등 다양한 공간 유형에 대해서 적절한 위치, 면적, 프라이버시 확보등을 고려하여 전체적으로 통합하여 계획할 필요가 있다. Smart office strategies have been adopted more frequently as innovative technology and competitive business environment prevalent. The purpose of this study is to investigate appraisal of smart office adoption of employees, the degree of satisfaction of individual workstation, teamwork space, amenity areas, service areas, and operation systems and investigate the effects of a variety of space on the degree of overall satisfaction. A total of 155 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS for descriptive analysis, t-test, repeated measure ANOVA, and regressions analysis. The result indicated that people prefer a semi-open space to a completely open workspace for individual work. A large meeting room provided was a least favorite space. A amenity space for resting needs to be provided in a better place to achieve communication privacy. Although smart work place emphasizes open, flexible space planning concept for communication, the result suggest more cautious planning implementing openness and to acquire visual and acoustical privacy in smart office. Results from overall workplace satisfaction indicated that location, size and amount, and privacy issues need to be considered in resting areas and service areas. as well as core work activity areas.

        소형주택 계획을 위한 청·장년층 1인 가구의 주거요구 - 서울과 수도권 지역을 중심으로 -

        As the number of households living along has gradually increases, the demand for small-sized houses is increasing, The purpose of this study is to identify the housing situation and the housing needs of one person household and suggest the direction of small-sized housing development. Based on the results of this study, It is important to select a convenient location for transportation and living and it is desirable to develop it in combination with general households considering the social relations such as loneliness and isolation. It is necessary to provide adequate housing that can bear the burden of housing cost considering the economic aspect and quality of residential environment. Apartment type was preferred for housing type. The size of the house was 30-60m 2 , 60-85m 2 , and 2LDK flat type was preferred. There is a high demand for indoor environment such as ventilation, noise, air conditioning and heating. The demand for the size of space was higher than the composition and arrangement of space. It is necessary to provide a combination of facilities and programs that combine housing and services that can support everyday housework and work-life balance.

        대학도서관의 공간구성 및 디자인 분석- 군산대학교 황룡도서관을 대상으로 -

        University libraries are changing as the teaching and learning environment changes. In the case of a new recently built or remodeled university library, an open private study space, a group study room, and a break room are being expanded, and a space to support various group activities is being planned. In this study, changes in the spatial composition of university libraries, characteristics of spatial planning, and evaluation indicators were investigated through literature review. A tool for evaluating the spatial composition of university libraries was developed. Then the library space composition was analyzed with the evaluation tool, and the design characteristics were evaluated. Spaces were divided into individual learning spaces, group learning spaces, complex spaces, and public spaces. Six characteristics of a university library, flexibility, accessibility, safety, functionality, convenience, and creativity were evaluated. As a result of the study, a university library needs a design plan that increases flexibility and creativity, combined with study spaces and rest facilities. A library basically requires functionality, convenience, and accessibility.

        직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 물리적 환경 특성 분석

        Work environment is an important factor affecting productivity and quality of life of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyse the physical environment characteristics that impact on job satisfaction. Questionnaire concerning satisfaction with physical environment including office furniture, indoor environment conditions, and space planning, and environmental and job satisfaction was analyzed. Three-step mediated regression analysis was used to test a model linking the physical environment, through overall environmental satisfaction, to job satisfaction. Even though workers in open plan office show low satisfaction with physical conditions and overall environment, job satisfaction was little higher than environmental satisfaction. Among office furniture, indoor environment and spatial planning, spatial planning elements was appeared to be most affective to overall environmental satisfaction. Results confirmed the important role of physical environment in job satisfaction, mediated by overall environmental satisfaction. There is a limit to generalize the results because this study is based on survey. However, it contributes to help understanding the physical conditions impact on job satisfaction in open-plan office environment. The results of this study can be utilized as useful information when office space is relocated or new office space are designed.

        The Rights-Based Approach (RBA) to Korea's Education ODA

        근래에 인권이 개발 담론에 들어오게 되면서, 국제개발협력 분야에서 인권을 주류화하려는 노력들이 활발히 전개되고 있다. 이미 많은 국제개발관련 기관들이 인권에 기반한 접근 (Rights-based Approach)을 다양한 방식으로 적용하고 있다. 이러한 국제적 흐름과 날로 더해지는 인권에 기반한 접근의 중요성에 비추어, 한국의 교육 ODA는 얼마나 인권에 기반하고 있는지를 살펴보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. ‘인권에 기반한 접근’이라는 관점으로 한국의 교육 ODA를 봄으로써, 현재 인권에 기반한 한국 교육 ODA의 현 위치와 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 알게 될 것이다. 연구 결과, 아직 한국 교육 ODA는 인권에 기반한 프로그래밍 요소 중 소수 몇 개만을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 참여와 책무성과 같은 인권적 원칙과 가치가 교육 ODA 사업에 녹아들기 위해서는, 현지 사람들과 개발협력기관을 바라보는 관점 자체와 교육 ODA에 대한 철학과 방향이 재정립되어야 함을 시사한다. Recently, the rights-based approach to development has received a wide attention from the field of international development. Many development agencies have been adopting the frameworks of the rights-based approach in the process of implementing their own projects and programs. In this context, the article tries to examine how much human rights principles and values are embedded in Korea’s education ODA by analyzing one of the education ODA projects implemented by KOICA, an agency responsible for Korea’s grant aid. Through this analysis, the current state of Korea’s education ODA in relation to the rights-based approach and, further, what is needed for mainstreaming human rights in Korea’s education ODA can be identified.
