본 연구는 전라북도 소재의 중등학교 교사들이 인식하는 학교장의 교육지도성과 교사학습공동체의 관계를 실증적으로 파악하고, 학교장 교육지도성이 중등학교 교사들의 학습공동체에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 전라북도 14개 시 · 군에 소재하는 35개 중·고등학교 교사 387명을 대상으로 온라인 설문 및 인편설문을 실시하였고, 분석한 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교장 교육지도성의 전체 평균은 5점 척도에서 3.54로 보통 수준으로 나타났다. 보직교사 배경변인(t=2.01, p=.045)을 제외한 다른 배경변인에서 통계적으로 집단 간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 교사학습공동체의 전체 평균은 5점 척도에서 3.78점으로 보통 수준을 보였다. 배경변인에 다른 교사학습공동체는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 학교장의 교육지도성과 교사학습공동체 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계(r=.669, p<.01)를 나타냈다. 이를 통해 학교장의 교육지도성과 교사학습공동체는 상관관계가 높다는 결과를 확인 할 수 있었다. 넷째, 단순회귀 분석을 통해 학교장의 교육지도성이 교사학습공동체 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학교장의 교육지도성이 교사학습공동체의 변화의 44.7%를 설명해 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 학교장의 교육지도성이 교사학습공동체가 형성되는 데 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여준다. 이 결과는 학교장의 교육지도성이 발현된다면 교사 학습공동체가 형성 및 유지, 발전하는 데 긍정적으로 작용될 수 있음을 의미한다. This study aims at figuring out empirically levels of principal s educational leadership and teacher learning communities(TLC) perceived by teachers of secondary schools in Jeollabuk-do and analyzing the influences of principal s educational leadership on the TLC in secondary schools. In order to achieve the goal of the study, The survey was conducted by questionnaires online and in person on 387 secondary school teachers in 35 middle schools and high schools in 14 cities and countiees in Jeollabuk-do from March 21st to April 8th, 2016. The research results through those research analysis are summarized as follows. First, the entire average of the principal s educational leadership was 3.54 of 5, showing ordinary level. Except for the background variant of assigned teachers(t=2.01, p=.045), the other background variants showed no statistically significant differences between groups. Second, the entire average of level of TLC was 3.78 of 5, showing ordinary level. For levels of TLC different in background variants, it had no statistically significant differences. Third, between the principal s educational leadership and forming level of TLC showed significantly positive correlation(r=.669, p<.01). Through it, it was confirmed that the principal s educational leadership and TLC had higher correlations. Fourth, in simple regression analysis on influences of the principal s educational leadership on teacher learning communities, it affected 44.7% of changes in TLC and statistically, it was significant in p<.001. This shows that the principal s educational leadership affect to form TLC. These results means that if principal s educational leadership is realized, it will positively affect forming, maintaining, and developing teacher learning communities.

본 연구는 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구 2013의 5차년도 학생, 학부모 및 학교 데이터를 사용하여 중학생의 자기조절학습전략의 영향 요인을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 영향 요인 탐색을 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 분석 프로그램은 SPSS 22를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 타인과의 관계 또는 상호작용과 관련된 협력학습 선호, 상호작용 중심 수업방식, 부모의 교육적 지원, 부모와의 상호작용 등이 상대적으로 높은 영향력을 보였다. 또 한 개인의 노력이나 의지와 관련된 변수로는 진로성숙도와 스트레스, 숙제시간 등이 높은 영향력을 나타냈다. 이에, 중학생의 자기조절학습전략을 높이기 위해서 학교에서는 협동과 상호작용을 높이는 수업 방법을 활용하고, 자녀 교육에 대한 학부모의 관심을 증대할 수 있도록 가정과 학교 간 긴밀한 연계가 요구되며, 학생들이 자신의 진로를 탐색하고 계획할 수 있는 교육환경을 조성하기 위한 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. This study aims to explore the influencing factors of middle school students' self-regulated learning strategies using the fifth year student, parent, and school data of the Korea Educational Development Institute's Korean Educational Longitudinal Study 2013. Multiple regression analysis was performed to explore the influencing factors, and the analysis program used SPSS 22. The analysis showed relatively high influence, such as preference for collaborative learning related to relationships or interactions with others, interaction-oriented teaching methods, parental educational support, and interaction with parents. Also, the variables related to individual effort or willpower showed high influence such as career maturity, stress, and homework time. Therefore, to enhance the self-regulating learning strategy of middle school students, schools need to utilize teaching methods that enhance cooperation and interaction, close links between homes and schools to increase parents' interest in their children's education, and make efforts to create an educational environment in which students can explore and plan their own careers.

This study is a case of the conversion process between the professional sports club commissioned type and the regional type of the Jeollabuk-do School Sports Department from March to December 2021. The Jeollabuk-do Office of Education promoted the ‘School Sports Department Specialized Sports Club Conversion Plan’. The policy of converting the sports club to a professional sports club is a policy to convert the existing school sports club into a professional sports club through a voluntary and democratic agreement among members in order to promote the nurturing of local student athletes and to ensure efficiency and transparency in operation. It is being implemented based on the collaboration between the sports association and sports organizations) and the Office of Education. As such, the professional sports club conversion policy is a self-reliant school sports policy promoted at the local provincial education office level, not the national level, to overcome the crisis of local school sports extinction due to population decline and to normalize school elite sports. Through this, it can be seen that not only has sufficient meaning and value as a research material related to school sports, but it is also a case that can provide basic data to improve the problems of local school sports departments that are in danger of extinction.
