The present study is an analysis of dorsal root ganglion cells and their axons in both dorsal roots and peripheral nerves of L_(6) and S₁ segments in normal and capsaicin-pretreated adult rats. Capsaicin was injected subcutaneously on 2nd day of life. All rats were operated microsurgically to remove somatic and visceral motor nerve fibers from peripheral nerves, and fixed by transcardiac perfusion technique. The dorsal root ganglia were embedded in paraffin, cut serially, and all ganglion cells were counted by light microscopy. The dorsal roots and peripheral nerves were embedded in plastic mixture, and all myelinated and unmyelinated axons were counted by electron microscopy. The results obtained were summarized as followings. 1. In normal rats, the ganglion cell numbers were revealed wide individual differences in L_(6) and S₁ dorsal root ganglia, but not so wide, only less than 20%, when put together. 2. In capsaicin rats, the perished cells in dorsal root ganglia were 46% in average, and most of them were appeared to be small B cells. 3. In capsaicin rats, the decrease rates of axons in dorsal roots and peripheral nerves were almost same in L_(6) or S₁ segment, and the average decrease rate was 10% in myelinated axons, 58% in unmyelinated axons and 44% as a whole. 4. In normal rats, the branching rates were about same in doral root and periphera1 nerve in one segment, but not in different segments. The average rate (1.59) in L_(6) was lower than that (1.76) in S₁. 5. In capsaicin rats, the branching rates of preserved axons (1.67 in L_(6) and 1.87 in S₁) w x e higher than those in normal rats, and those of perished axons(1.49 in L_(6) and 1.63 in S₁) were lower than those in normal rats. 6. Thus, it is manifested that the neonatal capsaicin treatment causes the marked depletions of small B cells in dorsal root ganglia and of unmyelinated axons in dorsal roots and peripheral, i.e., the small ganglion cells give rise to the fine sensorry axons in dorsal roots and peripheral nerves. And, it is suggested that the branching rate of the fine unmyelinated axons is lower than that of large myelinated axons.
AR 모델에 의한 견학 유발전위의 Bicoherence분석에 관한 연구

In this paper the harmonic degrees between $\alpha$ wave and $\beta$ wave in visual evoked potential are analyzed by the bicoherence. The bicoherence analysis is based on an AR model which provides significantly better resolution than that of Fourier transform. The analysis results of visual evoked pope ntial are compared with the analysis results of background EEC. From the comparison results it is found that the harmonic degree of visual evoked potential is less than she harmonic degree of background EEG and the $\beta$ wave of visual evoke potential unlike the background EEC contains the non harmonic property of a wave more than the harmonic properity

Background and Objectives:The plunging ranula is a relatively uncommon phenomenon which represents a mucus escapingreaction due to the disruption of the sublingual gland. We recommend that plunging ranula be treated by surgery via an intraoralapproach rather than cervical approach. Materials and Methods:We present the cases of 15 patients managed at Ghil hospitalover the period of a year. A retrospective review of 15 patients with this condition was undertaken. All patients underwent removalof the sublingual gland combined with the evacuation of the ranula via an intraoral approach. Information was collected on age,sex, origin, history of onset, predisposing factors, treatment, and outcome of treatment. Results:Pain and temporary submaxillaryswelling were observed during postoperative 3 days. But, neither complication nor recurrence was observed in any patient. Histologicalobservation revealed no epithelial lining in any of the examined specimens. Conclusion:Removal of the sublingual glandcombined with the evacuation of the ranula via an intraoral approach was the reliable method.
국제상사중재에서 중재판정부에 의한 임시적 처분에 관한 고찰-우리나라 개정 중재법과 UNCITRAL 모델중재법을 중심으로-

Interim measures by an arbitral tribunal aim to protect the parties' rights before or during arbitral proceedings for avoiding frustration of the final award in international commercial disputes. Even though decisions of the interim measure are expected to be performed by parties directly during the arbitral processing, it is not easy to be provided by the arbitral tribunals cause of lack the power to enforce their decisions directly against the parties. Particular court supports mechanism for enforcement directly to assistance to arbitral tribunal's decisions. Decisions on interim measures are provisional. Even though the arbitration is ongoing to request interim measure directly to the arbitral tribunal, relevant courts are able to ensure effective relief cause by the difficulty of limited rights of the arbitral tribunal. In this time both revised Korean Arbitration Act in 2016 and UNCITRAL 2006 revised Model Law are complemented to attach articles for recognition and enforcement of interim measures by arbitral tribunal during the arbitration processing. It could be possible to enforcement of decisions of interim measures by arbitral tribunal on the revised arbitration law. In this paper it is considered the problems and alternatives on related applicable articles and articles of recognition and enforcement for the interim measures by arbitral tribunal under the revised UNCITRAL Model law and Korean Arbitration Act.

유발뇌파의 감성지수파라미터를 뇌파의 지속시간과 크기로 설정하고 감성지표화하려는 뇌파에 Prony모델을 적용하여 감성의 지속시간과 크기를 추정하였다. Prony모델을 적용하여 유발뇌파를 실험분석한 결과 대역별특성을 분석할 수 있었고, 감성평가지수 파라미터인 감성지속시간과 크기를 추정함으로써 안타까움, 분노 및 공포의 감성을 감성평가지수로 분류할 수 있었으며, 추정된 파라미터가 감성평가지수로서 적합함을 확인하였다. In this paper, assuming the ergonomics estimate index parameter from the evoked potential of the object stimulation by the continuance time and the amplitude of the ergonomics, the continuance time and the amplitude of the ergonomics were estimated by applying the Prony model to ergonomics. As a result of analyzing ergonomics, band characteristics could be classified, ergonomics of the impatient, rage and fear could be classified by assuming the continuance time and the amplitude of ergonomics, the estimated parameter could be practicable to the ergonomics estimate index.

본 논문에서는 음성을 비선형 결정론적 발생메카니즘에서 발생되는 불규칙한 신호인 카오스로 보고 상관차원과 Lyapunov 차원을 구함으로써 음성화자식별 파라미터와 음성인식파라미터에 대한 성능을 평가하였다. Taken의 매립정리를 이용하여 스트레인지 어트렉터를 구성할 때 AR모델의 파워스펙트럼으로부터 주요주기를 구함으로써 정확한 상관차원과 Lyapunov 차원을 추정하였다. 이트렉터 궤도의 특징을 잘 나타내는 상관차원과 Lyapunov 차원을 가지고 음성인식과 화자인식의 특징파라미터로의 효용성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 음성인식보다는 화자식별의 특징파라미터로타당하였으며 화자식별 특징파라미터로서는 상관차원보다는 Lyapunov 차원이 높은 화자식별 인식율을 얻을 수 있음을 알았다. This paper has apparaised ability of speaker recognition and speech recognition using correlation dimension and Lyapunov dimension. In this method, speech was regarded the cahos that the random signal is appeared in determinisitic raising system. we deduced exact correlation dimension and Lyapunov dimension with searching important orbit from AR model power spectrum when reconstruct strange attractor using Taken's embedding theory. We considered a usefulness of speech recognition and speaker recognition using correlation dimension and Lyapunov dimension that characterized reconstruction attractor. As a result of consideration, which were of use more the speaker recognition than speech recognition, and in case of speaker recognition using Lyapunov dimension were much recognition rate more than speaker recognitions using correlation dimension.
