This study aims to derive other customer perception factors of individual customers in domestic hotels or resorts and to investigate the relationships among other customer perception, customer satisfaction, and brand image. In order to test the hypothesis, the data were collected from adults over 20 years of age who had stayed at a hotel or resort during a trip for more than one night in the last year. A total of 177 responses were analyzed in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that only the suitable behavior of the other customers among other customer perception factors had a significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, it was confirmed that customer satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on the hotel brand image. Based on these results, implications and future research directions were presented.

Membrane technology for CO<sub>2</sub> separation has been intensively developed to reduce capture cost compared with amine-sorption technology in post combustion CO<sub>2</sub> capture of conventional power plants. However, the previous researches have been focused on the material development and lab-scale level experiments, so that the large scale production and operation of thin-film composite membranes under real gas condition have hardly been verified worldwide. In this study, we will propose several approaches to prepare large-scale (22cm x 34cm) CO<sub>2</sub> separation membranes using graphene oxide(GO) and highly CO<sub>2</sub>-selectively permeable polymer composite material as well as their gas transport properties. In addition, the membranes were fabricated into the bench-scale plate-and-frame membrane module, which has membrane area about 15,000 ㎠, and the CO<sub>2</sub> separation properties of the membrane module will be discussed in this study.
이온교환수지를 이용한 농 · 어촌 지하수중의 질산이온 제거

본 연구에서 얻을 수 있었던 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 황산이온 농도를 포함해 원수의 음이온 농도가 낮은 경우 질산이온을 효율적으로 제거하기 위해 사용가능한 수지는 일반적으로 사용되는 Type 1수지보다도 공극형태가 gel 형태인 Type 2수지를 사용하는 것이 적절할 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 음이온 농도가 높은 지하수나 빠른 유속으로 처리할 경우 공극형태가 macroporous인 것이 유리할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 원수의 항산이온 농도가 낮은 경우에는 같은 macroporous 형태의 수지라도 IRA-900 같은 일반 형태의 수지가 질산이온 선택성 수지보다도 효율이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 2. Type 2 수지를 사용하여 얻은 자료로 동력학적 접근 방정식에 적용하여 얻은 결과를 다중희귀분석한 결과 다음과 같은 식을 도출할 수 있었다. logq_0=-0.14logV-0.148logH-1.04(r=0.99) logM=0.135logV+0.151logH+1.814(r=0.99) 3. 황산이온 농도가 다소 높은 지하수를 처리할 때는 일반형태인 IRA-900보다도 질산이온 선택성 수지인 IMAC HP-555 수지가 효율이 좋은 것으로 나타나 원수의 황산이온 농도가 50㎎/ℓ 이상일 경우에는 질산이온 선택성 수지를 사용하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to find out a suitable resin to remove NO₃-N from groundwater. Four different commercial resins differentiated by type, porosity and nitrate selectivity were used to compare the performance of nitrate removal. Gel type, Type 2 anion exchange resin was preferable when anion concentration of raw water was low. But efficiency of this resin decreased as flow rate increased. However, macroporous type resins were not affected by increasing flow rate. Macroporous resins were preferable when anion concentrations in raw water were high and high flow rate was proposed. And the general type resin showed better efficiency when sulfate concentrations were low. However the nitrate selective resin had better efficiency in treating raw water of high sulfate concentration. From the results, it may be drawn that nitrate selective resins are preferable to general type when a sulfate concentration in groundwater is over 50㎎/ℓ.
Gutter Layer가 복합막의 기체투과특성에 미치는 영향

Flat sheet membranes consisting of a selective layer and a porous support usually require gutter layer to reduce the bulk pores of the substrates. The gutter layer mitigates the geometric restrictions of support, which enables selective layer to have defect-free morphology with thin thickness (< 100 nm). For this reason, the gutter layer has been introduced to many industrial membranes, and the systematical studies of the effects of the gutter layer properties on membrane performance should be needed. Herein, we introduced several gutter layers with different thicknesses into graphene oxide intercalated polymer TFC membranes to determine the relationship between gutter layer properties and total membrane performances. This study provides more practical insight to determine the optimum gutter layer properties in designing TFC membranes.
고분자 gutter layer가 그래핀 옥사이드 분리막의 기체 투과 특성에 미치는 영향

Graphene oxide (GO) has received a lot of attention in membrane science for its CO2-philic nature, which can facilitate CO2 separation performance. In addition, GO has attractive properties for gas separation membrane material due to thin-film membrane formation and tunable transport channel. GO membrane can be generally prepared by coating GO nanosheets on microporous polymer supports for mechanical stability. However, the substrates for in thin GO layer should be carefully chosen for good adhesion between GO layer and support surface with maintaining good separation performance. In this study, we tried to modify the surface properties of high permeable support membranes by using gutter layer as an intermediate layer, and measured the gas transport properties of these GO thin-film composite membranes.

The quality of radiation for a high energy x-ray beam can be specified by its attenuation curve in a selected material. The inverse Laplace transform of the attenuation curve can be used as an approximate indication of the energy spectrum of the beam, We have made a comparative investigation of the estimated spectrum obtained by the Laplace transform analysis of the transmitted exposure data measured in an absorption study of a 6MV x-ray beam. Two of existing transform pair models have been investicated and discussed.
