A natural language processing system usually has the demerit that its processing time is relatively long. If an interactive system makes its user kept waiting long, it can't be said to be practical. In this paper, the on-line natural language parser in which its processing coincides with the sentence's inputting is designed. Since the greater part of morpholgical and syntatic semantic analysis is already performed during the keyboard input, user can get a prompt response. Moreover, the Korean parser is implemented in multitasking environment, and it is compared with an off-line parser. The on-line parser can be considered to be efficient for its real time processing.
Framework for Multimedia Service using Multicast in CVCN Network

Vehicle communication networks have some deficient network resources to support a vast multimedia service including safety driving information, video, news and some broadcast relayed from the playgrounds such as professional baseball games for autonomous vehicles. This paper deals with the framework for providing seamless multimedia service including safety driving information using multicast in cooperated-connected vehicle communication network (CVCN). It adopts smart-switch (SS) and smart intelligent multicast agent(SIMA) to support the seamless multimedia service. The SS manages and switches multimedia streams through SIMA in CVCN network. The SIMA to operate as an access point, is composed of multicast supporting part and control part of mobile devices/autonomous vehicles in CVCN network. Therefore this proposed technique using SS and SIMA within CVCN network is a new framework for multimedia service that can disperse the load of server.

In this paper, a database interface system with natural language dialogue is designed and implemented. The system is made up of language analysis, context processing dialogue processing and DB processing unit. The method for classifying and processing an undefined word in language analysis is proposed. It reduces the dictionary size, which gives difficulties in DB interface. And the current DB interfaces dealt with an input utterance independently. But the system in this paper provides a user with the interface environment in which he or she can have a continuous conversation with the system and retrieve DB information. Thus in this paper, speech acts which include user''s intentions as well as propositional contents are defined, and user action hierachical model for library DB retrieval is constructed. And the system uses the defined knowledge to recognize user''s plan, effectively understanding and managing the ongoing dialogue. And the system is implemented in the domain of library database in order to prove the proposed methods in this paper.
