        고분자에 결합된 활성 에스테르에 의한 펩티드합성 Ⅲ . 1- 페닐 -3- 메틸 -4- 옥시미노파라졸 레진을 이용한 펩티드 합성에서 Spacer Arm 의 효과

        Aminomethyl레진을 chloromethyl레진(Merrifield레진)으로부터 또는 polystyrene레진을 직접 amidoalkylation하여 각각 합성하였다. 두 종류의 aminomethyl레진을 이용하여 5개의 ε-aminocaproic acid(ACA)가 차례로 커플링된 spacer arm을 가진 레진들을 각각 합성하였다. Chloromethyl레진으로부터 합성된 aminomethyl레진의 경우 ACA를 매번 커플링 할 때마다 25∼30%의 유리 아미노기의 양이 감소하였으며, 직접 amidoalkylation에 의해 합성한 aminomethyl레진의 경우 매 커플링 단계 마다 3∼5%의 유리 아미노기의 양이 감소하였다. 4-Nitroso-5-aminopyrazole 기능기를 가진 레진은 직접 amidoalkylation하여 얻은 레진에 ACA를 spacer arm으로 커플링시켜 얻은 레진과 5-phenyl-7-methylpyrazole[4,3-c][1,2,4]oxadiazin-3-one을 반응시켜 얻었다. 4-Nitroso-5-aminopyrazole 기능기를 가진 레진을 이용하여 α-아미노기가 보호된 여러 가지 아미노산의 활성에스테르 레진들을 합성하였다. 4-Nitroso-5-aminopyrazole 기능기를 가진 활성 에스테르 레진은 N-acylation 반응에 매우 뛰어난 반응성을 나타내었다. 또한 입체장애 효과 없이 아미노산 유도체의 종류에 거의 무관하게 아실화 반응이 일어났으며 90∼96%의 수율로 펩티드들을 합성할 수 있었다. 얻어진 펩티드들은 NMR을 비롯한 여러 가지 물리적 방법으로 그 순도를 확인하였다. Aminomethyl polystyrene resins were prepared either from chloromethyl-resin(Merrifield resin) or from direct amidoalkylation of polystyrene resin. Two kinds of aminomethlyl resin were lengthened with spacer arms via sequential coupling of five ε-aminocaproic acids(ACA) respectively. In case of the resin prepared from the Merrifield resin, the amounts of free amino group of the resin were reduced by 25∼30% after each coupling of ACA. But the one from direct amidoalkylation showed 3∼5% loss after each coupling of ACA. 4-Nitroso-5-aminopyrazole resin was made by reacting ACA spacer arm resin, which was made from direct amidoalkylated resin, with 5-phonyl-7-methylpyrazole [4, 3-c][1, 2, 4]oxadiazin-3-one. Several polymeric active esters of N-blocked amino acids were prepared from the 4-nitroso-5-aminopyrazole bound resins. In anchoring step of the amino acid derivatives on the resin, no substantial effect of bulkiness was found. 4-Nitroso-5-aminopyrazole bound active ester resins were found to be very reactive in Nacylation, The resulting peptides were obtained with 90∼95% yield and characterized by NMR and other physical methods.

        돼지에서 구제역 백신 접종 후 항체가 변화 조사

        Three serotypes (O+A+Asia1 type) of the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccine were injected into cloven-hoofed animals in Korea after the nationwide spread of FMD at the end of 2010. This study was conducted to investigate FMD antibody development after FMD vaccination, and to determine whether there was a significant correlation between the antibody titer of the sow and the antibody titer of the growing pigs. The antibody titer (percentage inhibition [PI] titer) of the sow (gilt) after FMD vaccination was maintained at a level higher than 50 (P<0.05) for 5 months. A higher PI titer for the 1-month-old growing pigs corresponded with greater inhibition of the PI titer of the vaccinated growing pigs (P<0.05). A negative correlation (P<0.05) between the PI titer of the 1-month-old growing pigs and the PI titer of 3-month-old growing pigs, 4-month-old growing pigs after FMD vaccination at 2 months, 3months was identified, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.274. Thus the PI titer of the growing pigs was inhibited to a greater degree when vaccination was performed at 2 months of age than at 3 months. However, many other factors likely influence growing pigs` PI titer in addition to the PI titer of the sow and age at vaccination, given that the coefficient of determination was somewhat lower.

        유휴산업시설의 재생에서 나타난 지속가능성 분석 모델개발 및 사례 연구

        (Background and Purpose) This study focused on industrial facilities becoming idle due to changes in the urban industrial structure and the reorganization of heavy industry and related sectors after the Industrial Revolution. While these facilities have become an integral part of urban development, their large-scale and specialized equipment often make demolition challenging and lead to sustainability issues. Consequently, many such sites have either disappeared or been transformed into commercialized tourism spots, undermining the value of industrial heritage and failing to reflect the historical and cultural characteristics of regions. This underscores the urgent need to protect and renew idle industrial facilities. The aims of this research were to develop an analytical model for the regeneration and sustainability of such facilities, identify key sustainability assessment factors in the process, and systematically analyze exemplary cases of idle industrial facility rejuvenation. (Method) This study focused on the regeneration and sustainability of idle industrial facilities resulting from the post-Industrial Revolution urban industrial structural shift. In the first phase, a systematic review of the existing literature on industrial heritage and idle industrial facilities was conducted to broaden our understanding, establish a theoretical foundation, and derive relevant evaluation indicators. In the second phase, a model for the sustainable development of idle industrial facilities was developed along with a corresponding assessment scale. This phase involved analyzing cases of facility regeneration centered on major events and exhibitions, concretizing sustainable design models for facilities linked to global events such as the Olympics, and exploring various aspects of the regeneration and sustainable utilization of idle industrial facilities. (Results) First, it was observed that many idle facilities were unable to realize their potential value owing to the absence of appropriate guidelines and protection, placing them at risk of disappearance. Consequently, a comprehensive analysis model is proposed. Second, successful cases of industrial heritage and idle industrial facility regeneration were analyzed to identify sustainability assessment factors. Finally, this study highlights the impact of transforming these sites into venues for large-scale international events in various urban sectors. (Conclusion) The proposed models and assessment factors will contribute to our understanding and facilitation of the sustainable regeneration of idle industrial facilities. This approach holds significant importance for preserving urban historical and cultural heritage, enhancing images, improving functionality, upgrading industries, and offering theoretical and practical guidance for future urban development.

        중국 DCEP 발행의 파급효과와 향후과제에 관한 연구

        최근 중앙은행 디지털화폐(CBDC)에 대한 관심이 전세계적으로 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 중국정부는 세계 최초로 중앙은행 디지털화폐 중의 하나인 DCEP(Digital Currency Electronic Payment)의 도입을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 문헌연구의 검토를 바탕으로 중국 인민은행이 발행하고 있는 DCEP의 특징과 파급효과, 문제점, 향후과제에 대한 연구를 진행했다. DCEP는 분산원장방식과 단일원장방식의 혼합방식 형태로 화폐에 시리얼번호가 부여되어 전자지갑에 저장되는 형태로 만들어졌다. 전자지갑의 기능은 스캔, 송금, 입금, 지불, 그리고 NFC 무선통신시스템이 지원된다. DCEP는 2020년 4월부터 ‘디지털위안화 시범지구’의 형태로 선전 및 북경 등 5곳에서 운영된다. 중국의 DCEP 도입은 중국내의 통화정책과 시중은행에 대해 영향을 미치고, 제3의 결제기구와 국내 및 국제간 지급결제 분야에서도 영향을 미친다. DCEP의 도입에는 새로운 유통환경 조성에 많은 비용과 시간이 들고, 이자지급문제도 존재한다. 그리고 정보기술 분야와 금융관리·감독체계상의 문제점과 법적 체계 미비 등과 같은 문제점도 존재한다. 본고에서는 DCEP의 성공적 도입과 정착을 위한 향후 과제로 제도도입의 투명성 확대와 관련 법체계 완비, 관련 R&D 투자 확대, DCEP에 대한 금융관리감독체제의 전문화가 필요하다고 보았다. 마지막으로 본고에서는 DCEP의 연구개발 및 국제표준 구축을 위한 국제협력체계 구축과 관련 대중홍보의 강화가 필요하다고 보았다. Recently the People s Bank of China is introducing the legal and digital central bank of currency DCEP(Digital Currency Electronic Payment). The background of the DCEP is as follows : Advantages of digital currency and central bank’s monetary policy, Alleviating excessive dominance of the dollar over the Chinese economy, Reinforcing the internationalization of the yuan. China s DCEP is a mixed method of distributed ledger technology and single ledger technology, in which a serial number is assigned to money and stored in an electronic wallet. The electronic wallet has the functions of scanning, remittance, deposit, payment, and NFC wireless communication system. From April 2020, it will be operated in five locations as the form of a “digital yuan demonstration district”. The DCEP has a variety of impacts in the monetary policy of central banks, commercial banks, third-party payment institutions, and domestic and international payments and settlements. It may bring some problems. Firstly, it takes much time and money to create a new distribution environment. Secondly, the issue of how to pay interest exist. In addition, there are problems including the challenges of information technology, the financial management and supervision system, and lack of a legal system. In the future, the Chinese government should gradually and stably institutionalize the DCEP, expand investment in R&D of the DCEP, and establish a professional financial management and supervisory system. Finally, they needs to establish an international cooperation system related to R&D of the DCEP, and strengthen the PR activities related to the DCEP’s issuance and use.

        중국인 학습자를 위한 백워드 설계 기반의 한국어 쓰기 단원 개발 방안 탐색

        본 연구는 백워드 설계 모형에 기반하여 중국인 한국어 학습자를 위한 중급 단계의 쓰기 단원을 개발하고 단원 개발 과정에서의 시사점을 도출하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 문헌분석과 교육과정 설계 방법(백워드 설계 모형)을 활용하여 중급 단계의 한국어 쓰기 단원을 개발하였다. 연구 결과, 1단계에서는 이해중심 목표를 설정하고, 2단계에서는 GRASPS라는 조직자를 통해 진정한 이해를 평가하며, 3단계에서는 학습 경험이나 수업 활동을 계획하는 백워 드 설계는 학습자들이 논리적이고 일관된 학술적 또는 실용적 글을 작성하는 데에 유용하였다. 또한 중국인 학습자를 위한 백워드 설계 과정의 단계별 유의점을 제시하였 다. 백워드 설계가 한국어 중급 쓰기 수업에 적용될 때, 학생들이 학습과정을 통해 이해를 구성하고 전이되어 의사소통 과정에서 유의미하게 활용될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to develop an intermediate-level Korean writing unit for Chinese learners of the Korean language based on the Backward Design Model and to deduce implications from the unit design process. To achieve the research objectives, this study developed the intermediate-level Korean writing unit based on literature reviews and curriculum design methods such as the Backward Design Model. The results of the study indicated that in the first stage, Understanding-centered goals were set. In the second stage, the real understanding of the students was evaluated by the GRASPS framework. In the third stage, the Backward Design Model was found to be useful in planning learning experiences or classroom activities to help learners write logical and consistent academic or practical texts. Additionally, the stage-by-stage considerations for the Backward Design process for Chinese learners were presented. When Backward Design is applied to intermediate Korean writing classes, students are expected to construct their understanding through the learning process and meaningfully apply it in their communication.

        With the rapid development of urbanization, city had changed many people"s living standard and life style. People pay more and more attention to the city park.City park caters the space for public socialization such as waiting、 associating、 viewing、 reading and eating. City park facilities not only provide a medium for recreation and communication behavior but also reflect cultural special features of the city, humanity spirit of a nation, and etc. The recreation facilities , regional culture, and visitor behavior are the three components that influencing each other and composing to harmonized mutually. Thus, the study will design the facilities of the city park and the relationship between the regional culture and visitor behavior will be tested. As a result, the relationship between the facilities provided, the regional culture and visitor behavior reflects the organic unity of the facilities, environment and people.
