BIM 기반 형상코드를 이용한 기둥 철근길이 자동 산정 기초 연구

In reinforced concrete constructions, reinforcing bar generates more CO<sub>2</sub> per unit weight than other construction materials. In particular, cutting and bending rebar is the main source of rebar waste in the construction industry. Rebar-cutting waste is inevitable during the construction of a reinforced concrete structure since the rebar is not manufactured as designed. Large amounts of waste can be avoided by utilizing optimal cutting patterns and schedules. This research provides a fundamental analysis of the automatic calculation of column rebar length using BIM-based shape codes to minimize cutting waste to near zero. By employing this approach in practice, it is possible to minimize the rate of rebar-cutting waste, reduce costs, shorten construction duration, and reduce CO<sub>2</sub> emissions. In addition, the development of this research will serve as a clue for the development of BIM-based rebar layout automation algorithms.

Recently, with the active development of technologies for autonomous vehicles, the problem of calculating the percentage of negligence when an accident occurs while driving an autonomous vehicle is emerging. Accordingly, a data storage system for automated driving that can record autonomous driving information in an autonomous vehicle is being developed, and research is underway to extract data from the data storage system for automated driving and use it as digital evidence in case of an accident. In order for accident data extracted from autonomous vehicles to be adopted as digital evidence, the procedure for collecting evidence must be legal under the current law, and the integrity of the data must be guaranteed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a two-dimensional Merkle tree-based data integrity verification method with improved performance in terms of speed and memory when generating and verifying the integrity of the Merkle tree compared to the existing Merkle tree.

Large logistics centers are being built around the world. Most of these buildings have characteristics of long span and heavy load, and use PC (precast concrete) structure for quick construction. There have been few attempts to systematically analyze the various influencing factors of PC erection planning. In this study, we intend to analyze the influencing factors necessary for the creation of a sustainable PC erection planning algorithm.

As large logistics buildings have high floor heights and long spans, these buildings are designed as PC structures, and large cranes are used to lift PC members. PC erection planning can generally cause errors depending on the field engineer’s experience. To solve this problem, a basic analysis method is needed to establish a systematic PC member erection plan. Crane work can be minimized if the trajectory is easily and quickly calculated according to the location of the crane and applied to the site. Therefore, the objective of this study is a basic study of crane trajectory distance calculation for sustainable PC members erection of large logistic building. In this study, a crawler crane commonly used for lifting PC members is limited. The trajectory distance for the PC erection plan was automatically calculated using the algorithm.
