The characteristics of the wet-etching of ZnO thin films were investigated using hydrochloric and phosphoric acid solutions as etchants. The etch rate of ZnO films, using highly diluted hydrochloric acid solutions at a concentration of 0.25% in deionized water, was determined to be about 120 nm/min, and linearly increased with increasing the acid concentration, resulting in $1.17{\mu}m/min$ when a 2% HCl solution was used. The surface of ZnO etched by an HCl solution, observed by scanning electron microscopy, showed a rough morphology with a high density of hexagonal pyramids or cones with sidewall angles of about ${\sim}45^{\circ}C$. Moreover, the sidewall angles of the masked area were similar to those of the pyramids on the surface. In comparison, the surface of ZnO etched by a phosphoric acid had a smooth surface morphology. The origin of this difference is from the very initial stage of etching, indicating that the etch-mechanism is different for each solution. Furthermore, when $H_3PO_4$ was added to the HCl aqueous solution, the morphology of the etched surface was greatly enhanced and the sidewall angle was also increased to about $65^{\circ}C$.

As the mobile market share of smartphones increases, the importance of smartphone forensic has increased in a digital forensics investigation. Smartphone has contacts, call history, message as well as calendar, e-mail, Internet history and download information. So the investigator can get useful information related to the case through the analysis of smartphone at the point of digital forensic. In this paper, we explain the methodology of Android smartphone forensic analysis. First, we explain a data collection through the routing and data sharing, then explain analysis of collected data. Second, we explain the image creation taking into account the characteristics of NAND Flash and analysis of created image. Finally, integrated android smartphone data collection and analysis procedures are presented.
난청 동물모델에서 신경성장인자에 의한 청력회복과 나선 신경절재생에 관한 연구

Cochlear prostheses for the sensorineural hearing impairment are dependent on survival and excitability of the auditory nerve. Multiple neurotrophic factors have been shown to have important roles in the survival of auditory neurons and protecting spiral ganglion cells. This study evaluated the efficacy of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) combined with glial-cell derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF) and neurotrophin-3(NT-3), insulin growth factor(IGF), and epidermal growth factor(EGF) with fibroblast growth factor(FGF) application in 2 weeks post-deafening guinea pigs. Healthy 30 guinea pigs were deafened by infusion of kanamycin and ethacrynic acid. Myringotomy was done in both ears, gelfoams immersed with neurotrophic factors were placed on the round window membrane while gelfoams immersed with saline were applied to control ear. On 1 week after drug application, hearing test was done and the cochleae were collected in every 2 weeks. And the number of spiral ganglion cells was quantitatively analyzed. Significant hearing restoration was observed in group 1(BDNF, GDNF, NT-3 treated group) & group 2(IGF treated group). The number of spiral ganglion cells of group 1 on 5 week after the treatment, and group 3(EGF, FGF treated group) on 3 week after the treatment were significantly increased them compared with control group. However, no statistically significant regeneration was observed in group 2. These findings demonstrate that BDNF+GDNF+NT-3 neurotrophic factor application through round window membrane have the potential for regeneration of spiral ganglion cells & hearing restoration.
헤어 미용업 종사자들의 직무 스트레스와 감정노동에 따른 직무만족과의 관계

This study conducted a questionnaire survey against 380 beauty salon employees across the country in order to find out the relations of job stress and emotional labor on job satisfaction, and use the results as basic data in conducting related studies. The results were as follows: In terms of job stress factors, conflict with customers was the highest, followed by job demand, organizational system, inappropriate compensation and peer conflict. In terms of emotional labor factors, emotional labor was the highest, followed by extrinsic behavior, diversity and intrinsic behavior. In terms of job satisfaction factors, job itself was highest, followed by interpersonal relationship, economic factor and work environment. In addition, correlations were observed among job stress, emotional labor and job satisfaction in beauticians.

사물인터넷은 최근 몇 년간 급격한 발전을 이루었으며 발전을 바탕으로 삶의 질 향상과 상업적인 가치가 큰 스마트 환경을 구축하였다. 스마트 환경 구축을 위해서는 각각 사물들이 사용하는 통신 프로토콜 간 통신이 되어야 한다. 그러나 통신 프로토콜 간 서로 다른 통신 규약을 가지기 때문에 통신이안 되는 이질성 문제가 있으며 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 DDS(Data Distribution Service) 기반의 어댑터(Adaptor)가 필요하다. 본 논문은 최근 각광받고 있는 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)를 사물 인터넷에 적용하기 위해 DDS 기반의 BLE 어댑터를 제안한다. 이러한 BLE 어댑터를 통하여 BLE와 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification), LTE(Long-Term Evolution), 그리고 지그비(ZigBee) 등 다른 통신 프로토콜 간 이질성 문제를 해결함으로써 서로 다른 데이터를 활용할 수 있다.
사물인터넷 환경에서 표준 Profile 데이터 상호운용을 위한 DDS 기반 BLE 어댑터

IoT(Internet of Things) has purpose for providing new kind of service though interaction with everything. With development of IoT, computer model which is based on internet is changed to distributed connection model between heterogeneous things. There is a problem that it is impossible to connect between each other different protocols. To solve this problem, we should abstract each of things of data through using adaptor of middleware structure in order to make consistent data unit. In this paper, we propose BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) adaptor, which is interaction with things, based on DDS(Data Distribution Service) that is real-time standard middleware. It is possible to data interaction between BLE Devices as well as two-way data interaction with different protocol devices. Also existing BLE Devices and study have a problem that Data exchange without using a standard data format of a profile defined by the Bluetooth SIG. Using the data formats defined independently by a problem that should not exchange data according to the type and manufacturer of the device BLE. The BLE adapter to solve this problem, the classification and analysis of the 12 stand profile was applied to create a profile based on the standard data format. It is possible to get wide interoperability of not affected on the BLE devices type and manufacturer of the device because it is applied a profile that standard data format.
