SOC 사업은 그 특성상 규모가 크고 막대한 비용과 시간이 소요된다. 이러한 특성에 의해 SOC 사업의 설계업무도 여러 조직의 복잡한 프로세스를 거처 수행된다. 따라서 일반건설공사와 비교할 수 없는 수많은 정보가 생성ㆍ소멸되며, 정보를 필요로 하는 조직간의 원활한 정보교류가 사업의 성공에 중요한 요인으로 작용하게 된다. 그러나 아직까지 SOC사업의 설계단계에서 정보교류 방법론이 체계적으로 정립되어 있지 않아 정보교류에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 SOC사업의 설계단계에서 설계업무를 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 참여주체간 필요정보를 규명하여 인터페이스 향상 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요내용에는 업무수행 조직 중심의 조직프로세스 개선을 통한 인터페이스 향상 방안, 전문가들의 파트너링을 통한 협력설계 의사결정 방안, 정보표준화를 통한 개방형 설계 정보 통합 시스템 구축 방안 등이 포함된다. SOC projects entail inherently large-scale works, and need much capital and time. Because of these features, the design activities in SOC projects are performed through a complicated process involving many organizations. A great deal of information is generated and vanished during the process, and the communication among the related organizations plays a very important role in successful fulfillment of SOC projects. But, because the method of information communication has not yet systematically established, there are many difficulties in sharing information. This study aims at establishing the design interface management model which enables the participants to effectively share the information during the design phase. The contents of the study include (1) Restructuring performance organization, (2) A decision making method in collaborative design through partnering with experts, (3) A method to develop Open Design Information Integrated model using Standardization(ODIIS).
LTCC 적층소자를 이용한 2.4㎓ 무선랜 대역 LNA의 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, a small size, 7×6 ㎟, Low Noise Amplifier(LNA) using LTCC process was fabricated with multi-layer structure for 2.4㎓ wireless LAN. The measured results demonstrate that the bandwidth is 130 ㎒, and the operating frequency is from 2.39㎓ to 2.52㎓. The power gain is above 7.3 ㏈ in the operating frequency range and the gain flatness is 0.5 ㏈. The maximum S11 is -4 ㏈ and the maximum S22 is -7.5 ㏈. The noise figure is less than 1.83 ㏈. The measured power gain, S11 and S22 were had poorer performance than the simulation results. The reason for this discrepancy is that the input and output matching was not performed exactly. However, the noise figure of the LTCC low noise amplifier is better than simulation result. It is found that it is possible to fabricate a LTCC low noise amplifier in a small size.

Purpose: Recently, oxytocin has been introduced experimentally as a pharmacological treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD). This study attempted to investigate the possibility of oxytocin as a treatment option for patients with PTSD by examining itsdose, interval, and effectiveness in patients with PTSD. Methods: A systematic review was done on articles published from 1967 to2020 using the PubMed, PsycINFO, and Cochrane databases. Our inclusion criteria were 1) subjects 18 years of age or older diagnosedwith PTSD or exposed to a traumatic event that met criterion A of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) forPTSD, 2) oxytocin was administered at least once, 3) clinical trials, and 4) studies published in Korean or English. Two independent researchersreviewed 22 articles and recorded the contents. The risk of bias was evaluated to determine the quality of the reviewed article. Results: The parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of oxytocin were identified as socio-behavioral measures in 11 articles,neuronal imaging in 9, and biomarkers in 4. In 5 papers, oxytocin was administered multiple times. Socio-behavioral measures wereimproved in 3 out of 5 studies in which oxytocin was administered multiple times. In 2 studies in which prolonged exposure treatmentand nasal oxytocin administration were combined for 10 weeks, patient symptoms were decreased compared to the controlgroup. Conclusion: The possibility of oxytocin as an adjuvant treatment for PTSD psychotherapy was confirmed. Further studies arenecessary to evaluate the long term effectiveness of administering oxytocin multiple times combined with psychotherapy.

본 논문에서는 물리보안 감시 시스템을 위한 웹서비스의 설계 및 구현 내용을 보인다. 다양한 영상 및 이벤트 소스가 넓은 지역에 분포하는 경우, 중앙 집중화된 거대시스템을 구성하는 것이 비효율적이거니 불가능하다. 각 데이터 소스가 독립적인 에이전트를 두어 로컬 서비스와 더불어 동등 수준 혹은 상하위 시스템과의 통신을 통한 각 서비스의 융합 및 추론을 거친 고수준 서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 웹 서비스를 제공하는 에이전트를 설계 및 구축하였다. In this paper we present the design and implementation of web service for physical security surveillance systems. When various video and event sources are distributed wide, it is inefficient or impossible to build a centralized mega systems. Each data source should have independent agent and provide high level service based on knowledge fusion and inference between peer systems or other neighbor systems. To accomplish our goal, we have designed and implemented agents which provide web services.
