The pegging board planning for jacquard weaves was carried out to express a big enough design in 60 inch width. 20 Kinds of fabrics were fabricated by a jacquard loom with a warp density of 168 yarns/inch, a weft density of 100T, and a weight of 180-220g/m2 or 250-300g/m2. The result of sanitary test about Escherichia coli, Staphilococcus aureus. Klebsiella pneumoniae and Salmonella typhimurium showed a sterilizing power of over 90% after cultivating for 30, 60. 120 minutes. And also its properly was sustained after laundrying 20 times. The flame retardant properties showed a good result and complied with the flame retardant criteria of KOFEI 1001. Abrasion, laundry and light fastnesses of flame retardant fabrics showed 4-5 grades. The fabrics manufactured from 30`s fiber appeared a little fluff and pill on the fabric. Therefore, they need a Shearing process after finishing all processes to decrease the fluff or pill on the fabric. The flame retardant fabric manufactured from 30`s and 40`s fiber showed increased strength and elongation after soaping and dyeing finishing because the fabrics were shrunk.

As car seat is the closest part between driver and rider, the interest of the security and comfort of the seat is increasing. This research discovered the best condition for dyeing and finishing to produce a fabric for car seat and also developed the design of fabrication to give the feeling from such a finishing. The best condition of coating finishing solution is aqueous PU 65%, dye resist reagent 20%, water 12%, thicker 3%, and knife thickness 2mm, tenter temperature 170℃, tenter speed 35yard/min, viscosity 12,000cps and stirring time 100kg * 30min. According to the processing time of knife coating upon stirring the change of resin and the uneven of coating quantity was shown. This problems will be solved by means of automatic temperature control apparatus for resin and sealing device through a coming research.

Rayon fiber as clothing material has silk-like property which relates to other synthetic fibers. It has many advantages that is required to women`s clothes. However rayon has many shortcomings. Therefore this research is to spin rayon-like polyester which has high contraction property to be synthesized by previous research to solve those shortcomings and to maintain advantages of rayon. The contraction ratio of regular polyester is 30% and the contraction ratio of this synthesized polyester is over 60%. The spinning temperature of regular polyester ranges from 285℃ to 300℃. However, this copolymer is set range from 270℃ to 290℃, which is 10℃ less than regular polyester due to decreasing melting temperature. The spinning velocity effects the tensile strength and elongation of yarn magnificently. The high velocity of spinning makes yarn highly oriented, increases the tensile strength and decreases the elongation. This research defines the condition as following; draw ratio 2.734, First roller temperature 85℃, Slit heater temperature 175℃.

The hardening system of polyurethanes has usually caused by air pollution, bad working condition and fire hazard according to using organic solvents. Therefore there have been researched on emulsion, water soluble and colloid-dispersion based water soluble instead of using organic solvents recently. This study synthesized polyurethane dispersing particle by means of muting precursor and neutralized emulsion method. In the first step, polyurethane was preparated from isopharone diisacyanate and poly (ethylene-adipate) glycol, and got precursor by introducing dimethyl prapiortic acid as a hydrophilic group. Synthesized polyurethane was bonded to the surface of fiber and crosslinked as a anti-static agent; and then looked far the change of color and softening property.
